设备绑定方法及装置
本申请基于申请号为201510114299.8、申请日为2015年3月16日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开涉及计算机技术领域,特别涉及一种设备绑定方法及装置。
背景技术
用户在使用电子设备之前,通常需要通过终端将电子设备与用户账号进行绑定,以便将电子设备设置为用户的私有设备,从而为用户提供个性化服务。其中,电子设备是需要与用户账号进行绑定的设备,终端是辅助电子设备与用户账号进行绑定的设备。
假设终端是手机、电子设备是手环,则设备绑定方法包括:手机获取手环的手环标识和用户账号,将该手环标识和用户账号发送给服务器,服务器向手机发送对手环执行预定操作的指示信息,当用户根据该指示信息对手环执行了预定操作时,此时服务器接收到手环根据预定操作生成并发送的操作信号,确定该手环是用户拥有的手环,对该用户账号和手环标识进行绑定。其中,预定操作可以是按下按键等。
发明内容
为解决根据用户对电子设备的操作来确定该电子设备是用户拥有的电子设备,导致绑定过程繁琐且效率低的问题,本公开提供了一种设备绑定方法及装置。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种设备绑定方法,所述方法应用于服务器中,包括:
接收终端发送的绑定请求,所述绑定请求包括待绑定的电子设备的设备标识和所述终端对应的用户账号;
检测所述服务器中是否存在与所述用户账号和所述设备标识相对应的兑换记录;
当所述服务器中存在与所述用户账号和所述设备标识相对应的兑换记录时,对所述用户账号和所述设备标识进行绑定。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供一种设备绑定方法,所述方法应用于终端中,包括:
生成携带有待绑定的电子设备的设备标识和所述终端对应的用户账号的绑定请求;
将所述绑定请求发送给所述服务器,所述绑定请求用于指示所述服务器在确定所述服务器中存在与所述用户账号和所述设备标识相对应的兑换记录时,对所述用户账号和所述设备标识进行绑定。

图3A是根据另一示例性实施例示出的一种设备绑定方法的流程图,该设备绑定方法应用于包括服务器和终端的系统中,如图3A所示,该设备绑定方法包括如下步骤。
在步骤301中,终端接收待绑定的电子设备广播的入网请求,入网请求用于请求接入终端当前所接入的无线网络,入网请求包括电子设备的设备标识。
在接通电子设备的电源后,电子设备可以向外广播入网请求,以请求接入终端当前所接入的无线网络。
本步骤中的电子设备可以是用户通过用户账号兑换的电子设备,也可以不是用户通过用户账号兑换的电子设备,如其他用户送给用户的电子设备,本实施例不作限定。其中,用户账号是用户向服务器发送账号申请请求,服务器根据账号申请请求中携带的用户信息为用户分配一个账号。用户信息包括昵称、生日、职业等信息。
用户可以采用以下两种实现方式中的一种兑换电子设备:
第一种实现方式是用户通过终端兑换电子设备,此时用户可以在终端安装的兑换客户端或浏览器中登录用户账号,再通过登录的用户账号兑换电子设备。以兑换客户端为例说明,请参考图3B所示的用户账号的登录示意图,用户可以在兑换客户端的页面中点击其中“设备商店”的选项,并在“设备商店”中兑换电子设备。其中,兑换过程包括:终端对服务器提供的各种电子设备的设备描述信息进行展示,当用户需要兑换某种电子设备时,可以选定该种电子设备,生成兑换指令,该兑换指令包括用户选择兑换的电子设备的设备型号。终端生成携带有该设备型号和用户账号的兑换请求,将兑换请求发送给服务器。服务器根据兑换请求生成兑换订单,并根据兑换订单指示第三方向用户发送电子设备。第三方从兑换订单中设备类型所指示的一种电子设备中选择出一个电子设备,并将该电子设备发送给用户。
第二种实现方式是用户通过其他终端兑换电子设备。比如,终端是手机,其他终端是电脑,用户可以在电脑中安装的兑换客户端或浏览器中登录用户账号,再通过登录的用户账号兑换电子设备。通过其他终端兑换电子设备的过程与通过终端兑换电子设备的过程相同,此处不赘述。
在步骤302中,终端根据入网请求生成并向服务器发送入网询问请求,入网询问请求包括用户账号和设备标识。
终端可以直接将电子设备接入无线网络,请参考图3C所示的电子设备的连接过程示意图,图中以无线网络是WLAN(Wireless Local Area Networks,无线局域网)进行举例说明。其中,终端在显示界面中提示用户输入WLAN的名称和密码;或,当用户之前在终端中输入过WLAN的名称和密码时,终端在显示界面中提示用户选择WLAN的名称和密码。图3C以名称为“xxxxxxx”,密码为“……”进行举例说明。请参考图3D所示的电子设备的连接成功示意图,图中以电子设备是空气净化器进行举例说明,则在成功将空气净化器接入无线网络后,终端在显示界面中显示“恭喜,已成功连接空气净化器”的提示信息。在电子设备接入无线网络后,执行步骤308。
为了避免终端将不被用户拥有的电子设备接入无线网络,导致无线网络被盗用的问题,终端还可以在将电子设备接入无线网络之前,对电子设备是否被用户拥有进行检测,从而根据检测结果决定是否将电子设备接入无线网络。
本实施例提供的一种检测电子设备是否被用户拥有的方法包括:检测服务器中是否存在与用户账号和设备标识相对应的兑换记录。当服务器中存在与用户账号和设备标识相对应的兑换记录时,终端确定电子设备被用户拥有;当服务器中不存在与用户账号和设备标识相对应的兑换记录时,终端不能确定电子设备是否被用户拥有。其中,用户账号是终端对应的用户账号,包括终端中登录的用户账号,或者用户在终端中输入的用户账号。
其中,与用户账号和设备标识相对应的兑换记录是当用户通过用户账号兑换电子设备时,由服务器保存的。比如,服务器可以从第三方处获取发送给该用户账号的设备标识,以建立兑换记录。因此,终端可以生成携带有用户账号和设备标识的入网询问请求,并将 该入网询问请求发送给服务器,以便服务器根据该入网询问请求反馈是否将电子设备接入无线网络的指示。
在步骤303中,服务器接收终端发送的入网询问请求,入网询问请求包括终端对应的用户账号和请求接入无线网络的电子设备的设备标识,无线网络是终端当前所接入的网络。
在步骤304中,服务器检测服务器中是否存在与用户账号和设备标识相对应的兑换记录。
服务器可以读取入网询问请求中的用户账号,在兑换记录中查找与该用户账号对应的设备标识,检测查找到的设备标识是否与接收到的设备标识相同,当查找到的设备标识与接收到的设备标识相同时,确定服务器中存在与用户账号和设备标识相对应的兑换记录,当查找到的设备标识与接收到的设备标识不同时,确定服务器中不存在与用户账号和设备标识相对应的兑换记录。或,服务器可以读取入网询问请求中的设备标识,在兑换记录中查找与该设备标识对应的用户账号,检测查找到的用户账号是否与接收到的用户账号相同,当查找到的用户账号与接收到的用户账号相同时,确定服务器中存在与用户账号和设备标识相对应的兑换记录,当查找到的用户账号与接收到的用户账号不同时,确定服务器中不存在与用户账号和设备标识相对应的兑换记录。当然,服务器还可以通过其他方式检测服务器中存在与用户账号和设备标识相对应的兑换记录,本实施例不作限定。
在步骤305中,当服务器中存在与用户账号和设备标识相对应的兑换记录时,服务器向终端发送指示信息,指示信息用于指示将电子设备接入无线网络。
比如,指示信息可以是:您在x月x日兑换的电子设备xx就在您的周围,请开始连接该电子设备。
当服务器确定服务器中不存在与用户账号和设备标识相对应的兑换记录时,服务器可以向终端发送服务器中不存在与用户账号和设备标识相对应的兑换记录的提示信息,以便用户根据该提示信息确定是否将电子设备接入网络。当用户确定将电子设备接入网络时,执行步骤308。此时,终端将电子设备接入无线网络的过程详见图3C、图3D和步骤302中的描述,此处不赘述。
在步骤306中,终端接收服务器发送的指示信息,指示信息是服务器在根据入网询问请求,确定服务器中存在与用户账号和设备标识相对应的兑换记录时发送的。
在步骤307中,终端根据指示信息将电子设备接入无线网络。

在步骤308中,终端生成携带有待绑定的电子设备的设备标识和终端对应的用户账号的绑定请求。
本实施例中,终端还可以生成绑定请求,该绑定请求用于请求将电子设备和用户账号进行绑定。
在一种可能的实现方式中,绑定请求包括设备标识和用户账号。在另一种可能的实现方式中,绑定请求除了包括设备标识和用户账号之外,还可以包括电子设备的其他信息,该其他信息可以是终端将电子设备接入无线网络的过程中获取到的信息,如电子设备的名称、描述信息、地址信息等,本实施例不作限定。
可选的,当终端具有记录服务器中是否存在与用户账号和设备标识相对应的兑换记录的检测结果的功能时,还可以将该检测结果添加到绑定请求中。

可选的,当绑定请求还包括电子设备的其他信息时,服务器还可以根据其他信息检测电子设备是否是由用户账号协助接入的无线网络。当电子设备是由用户账号协助接入的无线网络且服务器中存在与用户账号和设备标识相对应的兑换记录时,执行步骤312;当电子设备不是由用户账号协助接入的无线网络或服务器中不存在与用户账号和设备标识相对应的兑换记录时,服务器向终端发送用于指示用户在电子设备上进行预定操作的指示信息,用户根据该指示信息在电子设备上执行预定操作,此时服务器接收到电子设备根据预定操作生成并发送的操作信号,确定电子设备被用户拥有,对用户账号和设备标识进行绑定。请参考图3E所示的电子设备的绑定提示示意图,该提示信息可以是:请在29秒内点击开关键完成连接。
在步骤312中,当服务器中存在与用户账号和设备标识相对应的兑换记录时,服务器对用户账号和设备标识进行绑定。

    接收终端发送的绑定请求,所述绑定请求包括待绑定的电子设备的设备标识和所述终端对应的用户账号;
    检测所述服务器中是否存在与所述用户账号和所述设备标识相对应的兑换记录;
    当所述服务器中存在与所述用户账号和所述设备标识相对应的兑换记录时,对所述用户账号和所述设备标识进行绑定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收终端发送的绑定请求之前,所述方法,还包括:
    接收所述终端发送的入网询问请求,所述入网询问请求包括所述终端对应的用户账号和请求接入无线网络的电子设备的设备标识,所述无线网络是所述终端当前所接入的网络;
    检测所述服务器中是否存在与所述用户账号和所述设备标识相对应的兑换记录;
    当所述服务器中存在与所述用户账号和所述设备标识相对应的兑换记录时,向所述终端发送指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示将所述电子设备接入所述无线网络,以便所述终端生成并发送所述绑定请求。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述与所述用户账号和所述设备标识相对应的兑换记录是当用户通过所述用户账号兑换所述电子设备时,由所述服务器保存的。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端对应的用户账号包括:所述终端中登陆的用户账号,或者用户在所述终端中输入的用户账号。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待绑定的电子设备的设备标识是所述终端根据所述待绑定的电子设备广播的入网请求获取到的。
  6. 一种设备绑定方法,所述方法应用于终端中,其特征在于,包括:
    生成携带有待绑定的电子设备的设备标识和所述终端对应的用户账号的绑定请求;
    将所述绑定请求发送给所述服务器,所述绑定请求用于指示所述服务器在确定所述服务器中存在与所述用户账号和所述设备标识相对应的兑换记录时,对所述用户账号和所述设备标识进行绑定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在生成携带有待绑定的电子设备的设 备标识和所述终端对应的用户账号的绑定请求之前,所述方法,还包括:
    接收待绑定的所述电子设备广播的入网请求,所述入网请求用于请求接入所述终端当前所接入的无线网络,所述入网请求包括所述电子设备的设备标识;
    根据所述入网请求生成并向所述服务器发送入网询问请求,所述入网询问请求包括所述用户账号和所述设备标识;
    接收所述服务器发送的指示信息,所述指示信息是所述服务器在根据所述入网询问请求,确定所述服务器中存在与所述用户账号和所述设备标识相对应的兑换记录时发送的;
    根据所述指示信息将所述电子设备接入所述无线网络。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述与所述用户账号和所述设备标识相对应的兑换记录是当用户通过所述用户账号兑换所述电子设备时,由所述服务器保存的。
  9. 根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端对应的用户账号包括:所述终端中登陆的用户账号,或者用户在所述终端中输入的用户账号。
  10. 一种设备绑定装置,所述装置应用于服务器中,其特征在于,包括:
    第一接收模块,被配置为接收终端发送的绑定请求,所述绑定请求包括待绑定的电子设备的设备标识和所述终端对应的用户账号;
    第一检测模块,被配置为检测所述服务器中是否存在与所述第一接收模块接收到的所述用户账号和所述设备标识相对应的兑换记录;
    设备绑定模块,被配置为当所述服务器中存在与所述用户账号和所述设备标识相对应的兑换记录时,对所述用户账号和所述设备标识进行绑定。

    第二接收模块,被配置为在所述第一接收模块接收终端发送的绑定请求之前,接收所述终端发送的入网询问请求,所述入网询问请求包括所述终端对应的用户账号和请求接入无线网络的电子设备的设备标识,所述无线网络是所述终端当前所接入的网络;
    第二检测模块,被配置为检测所述服务器中是否存在与所述第二接收模块接收到的所述用户账号和所述设备标识相对应的兑换记录;
    信息发送模块,被配置为当所述服务器中存在与所述用户账号和所述设备标识相对应的兑换记录时,向所述终端发送指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示将所述电子设备接入所述无线网络,以便所述终端生成并发送所述绑定请求。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述与所述用户账号和所述设 备标识相对应的兑换记录是当用户通过所述用户账号兑换所述电子设备时,由所述服务器保存的。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述终端对应的用户账号包括:所述终端中登陆的用户账号,或者用户在所述终端中输入的用户账号。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述待绑定的电子设备的设备标识是所述终端根据所述待绑定的电子设备广播的入网请求获取到的。
  15. 一种设备绑定装置,所述装置应用于终端中,其特征在于,包括:
    请求生成模块,被配置为生成携带有待绑定的电子设备的设备标识和所述终端对应的用户账号的绑定请求;

    请求接收模块,被配置为在所述请求生成模块生成携带有待绑定的电子设备的设备标识和所述终端对应的用户账号的绑定请求之前,获取待绑定的所述电子设备广播的入网请求,所述入网请求用于请求接入所述终端当前所接入的无线网络,所述入网请求包括所述电子设备的设备标识;
    第二发送模块,被配置为根据所述请求接收模块接收到的所述入网请求生成并向所述服务器发送入网询问请求,所述入网询问请求包括所述用户账号和所述设备标识;
    信息接收模块,被配置为接收所述服务器发送的指示信息,所述指示信息是所述服务器在根据所述第二发送模块发送的所述入网询问请求,确定所述服务器中存在与所述用户账号和所述设备标识相对应的兑换记录时发送的;
    网络接入模块,被配置为根据所述信息接收模块接收到的所述指示信息将所述电子设备接入所述无线网络。

    处理器;

    接收终端发送的绑定请求,所述绑定请求包括待绑定的电子设备的设备标识和所述终端对应的用户账号;
    检测所述服务器中是否存在与所述用户账号和所述设备标识相对应的兑换记录;
    当所述服务器中存在与所述用户账号和所述设备标识相对应的兑换记录时,对所述用户账号和所述设备标识进行绑定。
  20. 一种设备绑定装置,所述装置应用于终端中,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    生成携带有待绑定的电子设备的设备标识和所述终端对应的用户账号的绑定请求;
    将所述绑定请求发送给所述服务器,所述绑定请求用于指示所述服务器在确定所述服务器中存在与所述用户账号和所述设备标识相对应的兑换记录时,对所述用户账号和所述设备标识进行绑定。
