较佳地,所述撑开涨紧部包含相互并排布置的第一撑开涨紧部及第二撑开涨紧部,所述第一撑开涨紧部及第二撑开涨紧部沿远离各自的方向被外界物件所撑开而使该第一撑开涨紧部和第二撑开涨紧部共同涨紧于所述通孔内。
较佳地,所述通孔远离所述抵触压紧段的一端沿第一方向呈扩大该通孔之孔径的布置形成大孔段,所述第一撑开涨紧部及第二撑开涨紧部共同涨紧于所述大孔段内。
较佳地,所述大孔段之孔壁中相对应两侧壁呈八字型的倾斜布置。
较佳地,所述通孔沿横跨所述剃须刀片的方向布置于该剃须刀片的两侧外, 所述抵触压紧段横跨所述剃须刀片的两端之末端各延伸出所述插置段,每一所述插置段对应一个所述分隔槽。
较佳地,所述通孔为扁孔且该扁孔的孔径与所述插置段的尺寸相匹配。
较佳地,所述前边缘、后边缘及侧边缘共同围出一供所述剃须刀片放置的放置空间,所述侧边缘朝所述放置空间处延伸出数量与所述剃须刀片相同的弹腿,所述剃须刀片沿第一方向装配于所述弹腿上,所述弹腿阻挡所述剃须刀片沿第一方向移动。
为实现上述的目的,本申请的剃须刀刀头的组装方法包括步骤有:(1)提供所述壳体、剃须刀片及夹片;(2)沿第一方向将剃须刀片装配于壳体上;(3)沿第一方向移动所述夹片,使所述夹片的插置段插入所述通孔内;以及(4)沿与第一方向相反的方向挤推所述撑开涨紧部,使所述撑开涨紧部朝所述通孔的孔壁处撑开,直到所述撑开涨紧部向下拉紧所述抵触压紧段及阻挡所述插置段从所述通孔处拔出为止。
较佳地,在所述步骤(4)中,外界物件沿与第一方向相反的方向呈挤压地插入所述分隔槽内,则所述撑开涨紧部被外界物件所撑开,直到所述撑开涨紧部涨紧于所述通孔内为止。
与现有技术相比,由于通孔位于前边缘和后边缘之间,夹片包含横跨于剃须刀片的抵触压紧段及相对抵触压紧段弯折的插置段,该插置段开设有沿第一方向贯穿该插置段末端的分隔槽,分隔槽使插置段分隔出朝通孔的孔壁处撑开的撑开涨紧部,该撑开涨紧部向下拉紧抵触压紧段,且撑开涨紧部还阻挡插置段沿与第一方向相反的方向从通孔处拔出,从而使抵触压紧段抵触并压紧剃须刀片,实现剃须刀片方便快捷地夹紧于抵触压紧段与侧边缘之间。正由于夹片的抵触压紧段借助位于通孔内的撑开涨紧部朝通孔的孔壁处撑开而达到对剃须刀片进行抵触压紧的目的,故使得夹片于壳体上的安装简便快捷。又由于夹片仅需横跨位于前边缘及后边缘之间的剃须刀片,并使插置段的撑开涨紧部朝通孔的孔壁处撑开即可实现对剃须刀片的夹紧作用,故缩短了夹片的长度要求,使得夹片的用材更小,从而提高了夹片的利用效率以降低投入成本。

具体实施方式
为了详细说明本申请的技术内容、构造特征,以下结合实施方式并配合附图作进一步说明。
请参阅图1至图5,本申请的剃须刀刀头100包括壳体10、一个或多个剃须刀片20及夹片30。具体地,在本实施例中,剃须刀片20的数量为5个,当然,在其它实施例中,剃须刀片20的数量还可以为1个、2个、3个、4个或6个等,故不以上述的举例为限。
如图1至图4所示,壳体10具有前边缘11、后边缘12、在前边缘11和后边缘12之间延伸的侧边缘13及位于前边缘11和后边缘12之间的通孔14;具体地,通孔14沿横跨剃须刀片20的方向布置于该剃须刀片20的两侧外,以使剃须刀片20沿横跨剃须刀片20的方向位于通孔14之间,即是剃须刀片20沿横跨剃须刀片20的方向位于两侧外的通孔14之间,例如图1中的前后两侧的通孔14之间,为夹紧剃须刀片20创造良好条件;较优的是,通孔14分别开设于前边缘11及后边缘12上;而前边缘11、后边缘12及侧边缘13共同围出一供剃须刀片20放置的放置空间16;更优的是,通孔14为扁孔且该扁孔的孔径与插置段32的尺寸相匹配,更利于插置段32可靠地插入通孔14内,而插置段32的尺寸与扁孔的孔径相匹配是指:插置段32的厚度及宽度的尺寸均小于或等于扁孔对应的孔径,以便于插置段32插入通孔14内。
又如图2所示,剃须刀片20位于前边缘11和后边缘12之间,剃须刀片20沿第一方向装配于侧边缘13上,侧边缘13阻挡剃须刀片20沿第一方向移动;具体地,在本实施例中,第一方向是沿壳体10由上至下的方向,即是图4中箭头B所指的方向;当然,在其它实施例中,第一方向也可以沿壳体10由下至上的方向,故不以上述的举例为限;同样,前述提到的壳体10的上方是指在剃须时与皮肤面对的一方,与皮肤背对的一方为壳体10的下方;同样,前述提到的前边缘11是在剃须时邻近皮肤的一边缘;前述提到的后边缘12是在剃须时远离皮肤的一边缘。
如图3至图5所示,夹片30包含横跨于剃须刀片20的抵触压紧段31及相对抵触压紧段31弯折且沿第一方向插置于通孔14内的插置段32,较优的是,插置段32与抵触压紧段31呈垂直的布置。插置段32开设有沿第一方向贯穿该插置段32末端的分隔槽33,该分隔槽33使插置段32分隔出朝通孔14的孔壁处撑开的撑开涨紧部34(见图3、图4或图5所示),该撑开涨紧部34向下拉紧抵触压紧段31的同时,还阻挡插置段32沿与第一方向相反的方向从通孔14处拔出。抵触压紧段31沿第一方向抵触并压紧剃须刀片20,使剃须刀片20夹紧于抵触压紧段31与侧边缘13之间,实现夹片30方便快捷地将剃须刀片20固定于壳体10上的目的。
为使得剃须刀片20在剃须过程中能做适应性的弹性形变,以使剃须刀片20更好地与皮肤贴合,故侧边缘13朝放置空间16处延伸出数量与剃须刀片20相同的弹腿17,当剃须刀片20沿第一方向装配于弹腿17上,此时的弹腿17阻挡剃须刀片20沿第一方向移动。为剃须刀刀头100在剃须过程中提供导向,故前边缘11处安装有沿壳体10的纵向布置的导向辊18。为剃须刀刀头100在剃须过程中提供润滑效果,故后边缘12处安装有沿壳体10的纵向布置的润滑条19,较优的是,润滑条19与导向辊19相互平行。为了对应于沿横跨剃须刀片20的方向布置于该剃须刀片20之两侧外的通孔14,故抵触压紧段31横跨剃须刀片20的两端之末端各延伸出插置段32,每一插置段32对应有一个分隔槽33;较优的是,抵触压紧段31及插置段32二者共同形成一体结构,以增加夹片30对 剃须刀片20的夹紧效果;优选的是,夹片30的材质可为金属或非金属,金属可为不锈钢、铜、铝合金或铝等,而对于非金属,如塑胶等。更具体地,如下:
如图6a至图6c所示,在插置段32沿第一方向插置于通孔14后,状态如图6b所示;此时,外界物件200(如顶推头)沿与第一方向相反的方向(即图6b中箭头C所示的方向)呈挤压地插入分隔槽33内,则撑开涨紧部34被外界物件200撑开并涨紧于通孔14内,状态如图3、图4或图6c所示,从而使撑开涨紧部34可靠地向下拉紧抵触压紧段31,还可靠地阻挡插置段32沿与第一方向相反的方向(即图6b中箭头C所示的方向)从通孔14处拔出;较优的是,撑开涨紧部34包含相互并排布置的第一撑开涨紧部341及第二撑开涨紧部342,第一撑开涨紧部341及第二撑开涨紧部342沿远离各自的方向被外界物件200所撑开,状态如图6c所示,从而使该第一撑开涨紧部341和第二撑开涨紧部342共同涨紧于通孔14内,使得撑开涨紧部34更方便快捷地固定于通孔14内,并防止夹片30沿与第一方向的相反方向被拔出。更优的是,通孔14远离抵触压紧段31的一端沿第一方向呈扩大该通孔14之孔径的布置形成大孔段141,第一撑开涨紧部341及第二撑开涨紧部342共同涨紧于大孔段141内,以借助大孔段141处形成的阻挡结构而为夹片30的稳固提供平台,从而确保夹片30可靠地装配于通孔14内。可选择的是,在本实施例中,大孔段141之孔壁中相对应两侧壁呈八字型的倾斜布置,以使第一撑开涨紧部341及第二撑开涨紧部342在被外界物件200撑开的过程中更可靠地贴合于大孔段141的孔壁处,以进一步地提高插置段32稳固于通孔14内。
同时,如图4所示,外壳10还具有供抵触压紧段31陷入外壳10内的凹陷槽15,凹陷槽15形成于前边缘11、后边缘12及侧边缘13上,以使抵触压紧段31略低于侧边缘13,以防止在剃须过程中碰撞该抵触压紧段31而影响到夹片30对剃须刀片20的夹紧效果。
请参阅图6a至图6c,对本申请的剃须刀刀头的组装过程进行描述:当剃须刀片20沿第一方向装配于壳体10上后,此时沿图6a中夹片30旁边的箭头所指的方向该夹片30的插置段32插入壳体10的通孔14内,状态如图6b所示。 接着,外界物件200沿图6b中箭头C所示的方向呈挤压地插入分隔槽33,使插置段32的撑开涨紧部34朝通孔14的孔壁处撑开而涨紧于通孔14内,状态如图6c所示,从而实现撑开涨紧部34拉紧抵触压紧段31及阻挡插置段32沿与第一方向的相反方向拔出通孔14的目的;具体是,第一撑开涨紧部341及第二撑开涨紧部342被外界物体200所撑开而涨紧于通孔14的大孔段141处。最后,沿图6c中外界物件200旁边的箭头所指的方向移离外界物件200,即可完成本申请的剃须刀刀头100的组装过程,状态如图6d所示。
请参阅图7,本申请的剃须刀刀头的组装方法包括步骤有:
S001、提供壳体10、剃须刀片20及夹片30。
S002、沿第一方向将剃须刀片30装配于壳体10上,具体是,将剃须刀片30装配于壳体10的弹腿17上,以使剃须刀片30受到弹腿17的阻挡而没法继续沿第一方向向下移动。
S003、沿第一方向移动夹片30,使夹片30的插置段32插入通孔14内。
S004、沿与第一方向相反的方向挤推撑开涨紧部34,使撑开涨紧部34朝通孔14的孔壁处撑开,直到撑开涨紧部34向下拉紧抵触压紧段31及阻挡插置段32从通孔14处拔出为止,则此时的抵触压紧段31从剃须刀片20的上方抵触并压紧剃须刀片20,而剃须刀片20的下方受到弹腿17的压紧,从而使剃须刀片20夹紧于抵触压紧段31及弹腿17之间。具体地,在步骤S004中,如图6b所示,外界物件200(例顶推头)沿与第一方向相反的方向呈挤压地插入分隔槽33内,则撑开涨紧部34被外界物件200所撑开,直到撑开涨紧部34涨紧于通孔14内为止,状态如图6c所示,从而使插置段32稳固地装配通孔14内,以防止插置段32沿与第一方向相反的方向从通孔14内拔出。当撑开涨紧部34涨紧于通孔14内后,此时再沿第一方向移离外界物件200,即完成本申请的剃须刀刀头的组装目的。
与现有技术相比,由于通孔14位于前边缘11和后边缘12之间,夹片30包含横跨于剃须刀片20的抵触压紧段31及相对抵触压紧段31弯折的插置段32,该插置段32开设有沿第一方向贯穿该插置段32末端的分隔槽33,分隔槽33使 插置段32分隔出朝通孔14的孔壁处撑开的撑开涨紧部34,该撑开涨紧部34向下拉紧抵触压紧段31,且撑开涨紧部34还阻挡插置段32沿与第一方向相反的方向从通孔14处拔出,从而使抵触压紧段31抵触并压紧剃须刀片20,实现剃须刀片20方便快捷地夹紧于抵触压紧段31与侧边缘13之间。正由于夹片30的抵触压紧段31借助位于通孔14内的撑开涨紧部34朝通孔14的孔壁处撑开而达到对剃须刀片20进行抵触压紧的目的,故使得夹片30于壳体10上的安装简便快捷。又由于夹片30仅需横跨位于前边缘11及后边缘12之间的剃须刀片30,并使插置段32的撑开涨紧部34朝通孔14的孔壁处撑开即可实现对剃须刀片20的夹紧作用,故缩短了夹片30的长度要求,使得夹片30的用材更小,从而提高了夹片30的利用效率以降低投入成本。
可理解的是,从图3和图4,以及图6b至图6d中得知,插置段32插置于通孔14内是收容于通孔14,且该插置段32的末端没有伸出通孔14外。
以上所揭露的仅为本申请的较佳实例而已,当然不能以此来限定本申请之权利范围,因此依本申请权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于本申请所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,包括:
    一壳体,所述壳体具有前边缘、后边缘、在所述前边缘和后边缘之间延伸的侧边缘及位于所述前边缘和后边缘之间的通孔;
    一个或多个位于所述前边缘和后边缘之间的剃须刀片,所述剃须刀片沿第一方向装配于所述侧边缘上,所述侧边缘阻挡所述剃须刀片沿第一方向移动;以及
    一夹片,所述夹片包含横跨于所述剃须刀片的抵触压紧段及相对所述抵触压紧段弯折且沿第一方向插置于所述通孔内的插置段,所述插置段开设有沿第一方向贯穿该插置段末端的分隔槽,所述分隔槽使所述插置段分隔出朝所述通孔之孔壁处撑开的撑开涨紧部,所述撑开涨紧部向下拉紧所述抵触压紧段,且所述撑开涨紧部还阻挡所述插置段沿与第一方向相反的方向从所述通孔处拔出,所述抵触压紧段抵触并压紧所述剃须刀片,所述剃须刀片夹紧于所述抵触压紧段与侧边缘之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,在所述插置段沿第一方向插置于所述通孔后,一外界物件沿与第一方向相反的方向呈挤压地插入所述分隔槽内,则所述撑开涨紧部被外界物件撑开并涨紧于所述通孔内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,所述撑开涨紧部包含相互并排布置的第一撑开涨紧部及第二撑开涨紧部,所述第一撑开涨紧部及第二撑开涨紧部沿远离各自的方向被外界物件所撑开而使该第一撑开涨紧部和第二撑开涨紧部共同涨紧于所述通孔内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,所述通孔远离所述抵触压紧段的一端沿第一方向呈扩大该通孔之孔径的布置形成大孔段,所述第一撑 开涨紧部及第二撑开涨紧部共同涨紧于所述大孔段内。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,所述大孔段之孔壁中相对应两侧壁呈八字型的倾斜布置。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,所述通孔沿横跨所述剃须刀片的方向布置于该剃须刀片的两侧外,所述抵触压紧段横跨所述剃须刀片的两端之末端各延伸出所述插置段,每一所述插置段对应一个所述分隔槽。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,所述通孔为扁孔且该扁孔的孔径与所述插置段的尺寸相匹配。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,所述前边缘、后边缘及侧边缘共同围出一供所述剃须刀片放置的放置空间,所述侧边缘朝所述放置空间处延伸出数量与所述剃须刀片相同的弹腿,所述剃须刀片沿第一方向装配于所述弹腿上,所述弹腿阻挡所述剃须刀片沿第一方向移动。
  9. 一种使用权利要求1至8任一项所述的剃须刀刀头的组装方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    (1)提供所述壳体、剃须刀片及夹片;
    (2)沿第一方向将剃须刀片装配于壳体上;
    (3)沿第一方向移动所述夹片,使所述夹片的插置段插入所述通孔内;以及
    (4)沿与第一方向相反的方向挤推所述撑开涨紧部,使所述撑开涨紧部朝所述通孔的孔壁处撑开,直到所述撑开涨紧部向下拉紧所述抵触压紧段及阻挡所述插置段从所述通孔处拔出为止。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的组装方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤(4)中,外界物件沿与第一方向相反的方向呈挤压地插入所述分隔槽内,则所述撑开涨紧部被外界物件所撑开,直到所述撑开涨紧部涨紧于所述通孔内为止。
