Abstract
Description
本願は、2014年7月1日に日本国に出願された特願2014-136180号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
以下、本発明の第1実施形態に係る組織把持器具を、図1から図22を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本実施形態の組織把持器具1と、この組織把持器具1とともに使用される内視鏡装置300とを示す全体図である。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について図23及び図24を参照しながら説明するが、前記実施形態と同一の部位には同一の符号を付してその説明は省略し、異なる点についてのみ説明する。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態について図25から図35を参照しながら説明するが、前記実施形態と同一の部位には同一の符号を付してその説明は省略し、異なる点についてのみ説明する。

- 体内に挿入可能な長軸部材と、
前記長軸部材の先端部に設けられ、互いに開閉可能な第一の開閉部材及び第二の開閉部材と、
前記第一の開閉部材から突出された第一のワイヤ状の部材で第一ループが形成され、組織を押し下げる押下面を先端部に有する第一のループ部と、
前記第二の開閉部材から突出された第二のワイヤ状の部材で第二ループが形成され、組織を押し上げる押上面を先端部に有する第二のループ部と、
を備え、
前記第一のループ部の前記押下面よりも基端側の位置において前記第二のループ部の前記押上面が配置されており、
前記第一の開閉部材と前記第二の開閉部材とが閉じる動作に応じて、前記第一のループ部の前記押下面と前記第二のループ部の前記押上面との距離が離間する
組織把持器具。 - 前記長軸部材は、自然状態で第一軸に沿って延び、
前記第一の開閉部材及び前記第二の開閉部材は、前記第一軸に交差する第二軸に沿う方向に開閉可能であり、
前記第一のループ部は前記第一の開閉部材から先端側に突出し、
前記第二のループ部は前記第二の開閉部材から先端側に突出し、
前記第一の開閉部材と前記第二の開閉部材とが閉じた状態を、前記第一軸及び前記第二軸にそれぞれ直交する第三軸に平行に見たときに、前記第一のループ部と前記第二のループ部とが交差する
請求項1に記載の組織把持器具。 - 前記第一のループ部は、前記第一の開閉部材から先端側に突没可能であり、
前記第二のループ部は、前記第二の開閉部材から先端側に突没可能である
請求項2に記載の組織把持器具。 - 前記第一のループ部は、
前記第三軸に沿う方向の一方側に向かうにしたがって前記第二のループ部に近づくように前記第一のワイヤ状の部材が湾曲した第一の湾曲部と、
前記第三軸に沿う方向の他方側に向かうにしたがって前記第二のループ部に近づくように前記第一のワイヤ状の部材が湾曲した第二の湾曲部と、
を有し、
前記第二のループ部は、
前記第三軸に沿う方向の前記一方側に向かうにしたがって前記第一のループ部に近づくように前記第二のワイヤ状の部材が湾曲した第三の湾曲部と、
前記第三軸に沿う方向の前記他方側に向かうにしたがって前記第一のループ部に近づくように前記第二のワイヤ状の部材が湾曲した第四の湾曲部と、
を有する
請求項2に記載の組織把持器具。 - 前記第一の開閉部材から先端側に突出された第三のループ部をさらに備え、
前記第三のループ部は、前記第二軸に沿う方向に見たときに前記第一のループ部の縁部内に配置されている
請求項2に記載の組織把持器具。 - 前記第一のループ部及び前記第三のループ部は、前記第一の開閉部材から先端側に突没可能であり、
前記第二のループ部は、前記第二の開閉部材から先端側に突没可能である
請求項5に記載の組織把持器具。 - 前記第一のループ部は、
ワイヤ状の部材がループ状に形成され、一部が前記第一の湾曲部を構成するとともに残部の一部分が前記第一の湾曲部と前記第二の湾曲部との間に配置された第一の環状部材と、
ワイヤ状の部材がループ状に形成され、一部が前記第二の湾曲部を構成するとともに残部の一部分が前記第二の湾曲部と前記第一の湾曲部との間に配置された第二の環状部材と、
を有し、
前記第二のループ部は、
ワイヤ状の部材がループ状に形成され、一部が前記第三の湾曲部を構成するとともに残部の一部分が前記第三の湾曲部と前記第四の湾曲部との間に配置された第三の環状部材と、
ワイヤ状の部材がループ状に形成され、一部が前記第四の湾曲部を構成するとともに残部の一部分が前記第四の湾曲部と前記第三の湾曲部との間に配置された第四の環状部材と、

前記第二の環状部材は、前記第二の環状部材の外径が第二の値以下のときには、前記基準面に対して面対称な形状になり、
前記第三の環状部材は、前記第三の環状部材の外径が第三の値以下のときには、前記基準面に対して面対称な形状になり、
前記第四の環状部材は、前記第四の環状部材の外径が第四の値以下のときには、前記基準面に対して面対称な形状になる
