一种滑动调节扳手 技术领域
本实用新型属于五金工具技术领域,具体涉及一种滑动调节扳手。
背景技术
现有的扳手大多都是固定规格,每一款扳手只与一种或两种螺母配合,要完成一件产品的组装需要不同规格的工具,导致工作效率低,工具的成本高。市面上也出现一些可调节的扳手,但是扳手与螺母接触的表为两个,其受力不均匀,很容易导致打滑和磨损,甚至将螺母咬坏,使其难以拆缷,影响螺母的使用。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述技术缺陷,本实用新型提供一种能适用不同规格螺母的滑动调节板手。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型按以下技术方案予以实现的:
本实用新型所述滑动调节扳手,包括扳手主体、设置在扳手主体上能前后滑动的调节部、用于固定调节部的安装板和用于锁紧调节部的锁紧结构,所述扳手主体包括手柄、设置在手柄一端的多边形通孔和用于安装锁紧结构的安装槽,所述安装槽与多边形通孔连通,使多边形通孔形成一缺口;锁紧结构包括定位板和按扭,所述定位板上设置有用于放置按扭的滑槽,所述定位板的下表面设置有定位齿,所述按扭包括滑动板和手按部,所述滑动板上表面设置有与定位板下表面的定位齿相啮合的锯齿,所述调节部靠近多边形通孔的端面填补了多边形通孔的缺口,所述调节部上还设置有用于固定按扭的定位槽,所述按扭与调节部间设置有弹簧。
进一步地,为了锁紧更稳固,所述定位板下表面的定位齿为直角齿,所述直角齿靠近多边形通孔的一边与水平面垂直,所述按钮上的锯齿与定位齿相啮合。
进一步地,所述多边形通孔为六边形通孔,所述六边形通孔的一个内角与缺口相对应,所述调节部与多边形通孔对应的端面为一V形缺口,通过滑动调节部调节V形缺口与对应的内角的距离来适应不同规格的螺母,其接触面为四个,受力更均匀。
进一步地,为了与六边形通孔相配合,所述调节部的V形缺口的夹角为120°。
进一步地,为了美化外观,所述扳手主体的上、下表面设置有用于放置定位板、安装板的凹陷,使定位板和安装板安装后与扳手主体的表面互相对齐。

如图1~图3所示,本实用新型所述滑动调节扳手,包括扳手主体1、设置在扳手主体上能前后滑动的调节部2、用于固定调节部的安装板3和用于锁紧调节部2的锁紧结构。
所述扳手主体1包括手柄11、设置在手柄另一端的多边形通孔12和用于安装锁紧结构的安装槽13,所述多边形通孔12的一个内角正对着安装槽13,所述安装槽13与多边形通孔12连通,使多边形通孔12存在一缺口,所述多边形通孔12为六边形。
所述锁紧结构包括定位板4和按扭5,所述定位板4上设置有用于放置按扭5的滑槽41和设置在下表面的定位齿42,所述定位齿42为直角齿,其靠近六边形通孔12的一边为直角边,所述定位板4靠近六边形通孔的端面为V形,其与六边形通孔形成一个完整的六边形通孔;所述按扭5包括滑动板52和手按部51,所述滑动板52上表面设置有与定位板4下表面的定位齿42相啮合的锯齿53。
所述调节部2靠近多边形通孔12的端面上设置有一V形缺口21,所述调节部2上还设置有用于放置按扭的定位槽22,所述按扭5与调节部2间设置有弹簧6,所述定位槽22上设 置有弹簧定位柱23。
所述按扭5的下表面设置有用于固定弹簧6的凸起。
所述定位板4的上表面设置有刻度43,所述刻度43有公制刻度和英制刻度,方便使用者观察扳手适合螺母的型号。
所述安装板3上设置有若干安装孔31,所述定位板4与板手主体1的相应位置上设置有若干螺栓孔,安装板3、定位板4与扳手主体1通过螺栓7固定安装。
所述扳手主体11上表面设置有用于放置定位板的凹槽14,其下表面设置有用于放置安装板3的凹陷,使安装板3和定位板4安装后与扳手主体的表面相互对齐,使整个扳手自成一体,结构紧凑、外形美观。
本实用新型所述的滑动调节扳手工作原理是:
用手按下按扭5并推动按扭5,调节部2在按扭5的作用下向前移动,调节调节部2的伸出长度,选择适合螺母型号的位置,松开按扭5,在弹簧6的作用下按扭5与定位板4的定位齿相互啮合锁紧调节部2,将扳手套到相应的螺母上,转动手柄11即可实现螺母的拧紧或松开。
本实用新型通过滑动调节部来适合不同规格型号的螺母,扳手与螺母的接触面为四个,使其受力更均匀,不会发生打滑或咬坏螺母的问题。本实用新型效率高,操作简便,结构紧凑,外形美观。
本实施例所述滑动调节扳手的其它结构参见现有技术。

  1. 一种滑动调节扳手,包括扳手主体、设置在扳手主体上能前后滑动的调节部、用于固定调节部的安装板和用于锁紧调节部的锁紧结构,其特征在于:所述扳手主体包括手柄、设置在手柄一端的多边形通孔和用于安装锁紧结构的安装槽,所述安装槽与多边形通孔连通,使多边形通孔形成一缺口;锁紧结构包括定位板和按扭,所述定位板上设置有用于放置按扭的滑槽,所述定位板的下表面设置有定位齿,所述按扭包括滑动板和手按部,所述滑动板上表面设置有与定位板下表面的定位齿相啮合的锯齿,所述调节部靠近多边形通孔的端面填补了多边形通孔的缺口,所述调节部上还设置有用于固定按扭的定位槽,所述按扭与调节部间设置有弹簧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述滑动调节扳手,其特征在于:所述定位板下表面的定位齿为直角齿,所述直角齿靠近多边形通孔的一边与水平面垂直。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述滑动调节扳手,其特征在于:所述多边形通孔为六边形通孔,所述六边形通孔的一个内角与缺口相对应,所述调节部与多边形通孔对应的端面为一V形缺口。

  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述滑动调节板手,其特征在于:所述定位板表面设置有方便观察调节部V形缺口与多边形通孔间的距离的刻度,所述刻度有英制刻度和公制刻度。
