Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种咖啡机的液压驱动结构, 包括
机座 (1);
约束于机座 (1)内、 能前后滑移的机件 (2), 该机件 (2)的前部具有容置咖啡包的容置 腔 (21), 机件 (2)的后部具有后腔室 (22), 且机件 (2)上开有与容置腔 (21)相通的进热水通 道 (23);
设置在机座 (1)上、 能使机件 (2)保持后移趋势的复位弹簧 (4);
固定在所述机座 (1)后部的固定座 (3), 所述后腔室 (22)活动套设在固定座 (3)外周; 设置在固定座 (3)的外周面与后腔室 (22)的内周壁之间的第一密封圈 (5);
其特征在于- 所述固定座 (3)的前端具有前凹腔 (31), 所述机件 (2)的后腔室 (22)内固定有活塞件 (6), 该活塞件 (6)后端插入所述固定座的前凹腔 (31)内, 活塞件 (6)的外周面与前凹腔 (31) 的内周壁设有第二密封圈 (7),所述活塞件 (6)的外周面与后腔室 (22)的内周壁之间形成呈 环状的压力腔 (8), 所述机件 (2)上开有与压力腔 (8)相通的高压水流通道 (24)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的咖啡机的液压驱动结构, 其特征在于: 所述活塞件 (6)的 后部具有凹腔 (61), 所述后腔室 (22)的内顶壁上具有两凸起的连接柱 (25), 连接柱 (25)上 开有螺纹孔 (26);
所述活塞件 (6)的凹腔 (61)的外顶壁上具有两内凹部 (62),所述连接柱 (25)分别插设在 各内凹部 (62)中, 有螺钉穿过从凹腔 (61)的顶壁上穿过后与所述螺纹孔螺纹 (26)连接。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的咖啡机的液压驱动结构, 其特征在于: 所述活塞件 (6)的 前部外周具有环形挡肩 (63), 所述环形挡肩 (63)与后腔室 (22)的内顶壁之间设有密封垫 (9), 在活塞件 (6)固定在所述后腔室 (22)内的状态下, 所述密封垫 (9)压紧在环形挡肩 (63) 和后腔室 (22)的内顶壁之间。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的咖啡机的液压驱动结构, 其特征在于: 所述固定座 (3)的 外周面上形成有第一环形安装槽 (32), 所述第一密封圈 (5)安装在该第一环形安装槽 (32) 内; 所述活塞件 (6)的外周面上形成有第二环形安装槽 (64), 所述第二密封圈 (7)安装在该 第二环形安装槽 (64)内。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的咖啡机的液压驱动结构, 其特征在于: 所述压力腔 (8)的 环形高度 (H)为 40〜60毫米。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的咖啡机的液压驱动结构, 其特征在于: 所述压力腔 (8)的 环形高度 (H)为 47.2毫米。
7、根据权利要求 1〜6中任一所述的咖啡机的液压驱动结构, 其特征在于: 所述机 座 (1)则包括前固定板 (11)、 后固定板 (12)及支撑在前固定板 (11)和后固定板 (12)之间且左 右平行间隔设置的两根导向柱 (13);所述导向柱 (13)活动穿过所述机件左右两侧使机件 (2) 能相对机座 (1)前后滑移; 所述复位弹簧 (4)有两根, 分别套设在导向柱 (13)上, 复位弹簧 (4)支撑在前固定板 (11)和机件 (2)之间; 所述固定座 (3)固定在后固定板 (12)上。
