Definitions
- the present invention relates to a male urine absorbing pad worn on a male genital organ.
- a male urine absorption pad disclosed in Patent Document 1 contains a pad body having liquid absorbency, an opening for inserting a genital defined by being surrounded by an outer peripheral barrier cuff sheet having elasticity, and a genital. Space.
- the genital is elastically tightened by inserting the genital into an opening (insertion port) surrounded by an elastic outer peripheral barrier cuff sheet, and the outer peripheral barrier.
- the opening peripheral edge of the cuff sheet fits, and no gap is formed between the genitals and the barrier cuff sheet that causes leakage of body fluid.
- the outer peripheral barrier cuff sheet is provided with elasticity by the elastic member arranged at the peripheral edge of the opening, when the wearer wears the pad, he / she grabs the pad and applies force in the width direction. Further, the elastic member is contracted, and the opening becomes small, which may make it difficult to perform the wearing operation. In addition, while being worn, the outer peripheral barrier cuff sheet is elastically deformed by being sandwiched between the thighs of the wearer, so that the required size and shape of the opening can be changed to sufficiently accommodate urine. There is a possibility that a storage space is not formed.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a male urine collection pad that is an improvement of the conventional technique and has a space part that can temporarily store bodily fluids and is excellent in preventing leakage of bodily fluids.
- the present invention is directed to a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction orthogonal thereto, a skin facing surface and a non-skin facing surface on the opposite side, and a liquid-absorbing core.
- a male urine absorbing pad including a pad body.
- the present invention is the male urine absorbing pad, wherein the pad main body is positioned between the first and second end regions that are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction, both side regions that are spaced apart in the lateral direction, and the both side regions.
- a cover sheet that covers the central area is disposed in at least the first end area of the first and second end areas, and extends in the longitudinal direction in the both side areas.
- a pair of barrier cuff sheets are arranged, and the barrier cuff sheet is fixed between the both-end fixing portions fixed to the skin-facing surface side of the pad main body in the first and second end regions, and the both-end fixing portions.
- the free edge extending in the longitudinal direction, the free edge includes a contraction area that can be expanded and contracted in the vertical direction, and a non-contraction area that is located outside the contraction area in the vertical direction
- the cover sheet is a non-elastic sheet.
- a center fixing portion fixed to the main body, and a covering portion that covers the central area defined between the both fixed side edge portions and the central fixing portion, and the covering portion and the pad main body A space for accommodating urine with the inner edge of the cover sheet as an opening edge is formed in between, and a contracting action by the contraction area extends to the opening edge.
- the cover sheet fixed to the barrier cuff sheet is also moved upward by raising the free edge of the barrier cuff sheet.
- a space that can store body fluid is formed between the two. Since the contraction area of the free edge extends to the opening end, the opening is formed relatively large. Further, since the cover sheet has no elasticity, even when the portion including the cover sheet is sandwiched between the thighs of the wearer in the wearing state, the cover sheet is deformed and the volume of the space portion is reduced. Will never be smaller.

- a fiber nonwoven fabric can be used.
- the back sheet 22 is formed of a hardly liquid-permeable or liquid-impervious fiber nonwoven fabric, a breathable plastic film, or a laminate sheet thereof, and when formed from a fiber nonwoven fabric, for example, a mass of about 10 to 30 g. / M 2 spunbond / meltblown / spunbond (SMS) fiber nonwoven fabric, spunbond fiber nonwoven fabric, meltblown fiber nonwoven fabric and the like can be used.
- SMS spunbond / meltblown / spunbond
- the cushion sheet 24 is bulkier than the body side liner 21 in order to improve cushioning properties, and the body side liner 21 located between the barrier cuff sheets 50 is exposed through the body side liner 21. Coloring elements that are seen through may be arranged. When the coloring element is arranged in the central area 15 of the cushion sheet 24, when the wearer places the penis on the inner surface of the pad main body 20, the penis is easily arranged at a position in contact with the central area 15. be able to.
- the cushion sheet 24 is preferably made of a material having a function of suppressing the backflow of urine once absorbed into the body side liner 21.
- the liquid-absorbent core 23 is shaped substantially the same as the pad body 20 and is formed from a mixture containing wood fluff pulp, superabsorbent polymer particles (SAP), and optionally thermoplastic fibers. And a liquid diffusive sheet such as tissue paper covering the core material.
- a plurality of fastening portions 30 extending in the longitudinal direction Y are arranged.
- the fastening portion 30 is located on both sides of the central fastening portion 31 on the second end region 12 side, and a central fastening portion 31 that intersects the horizontal axis Q and extends from the first end region 11 to the second end region 12.
- Side fastening part 32 are covered with a separator 33 made of plastic or non-woven fabric.
- the liquid-absorbent core 23 has a central area 35 disposed in the center in the lateral direction X and both side areas 36 disposed on both sides in the lateral direction X.
- the thickness of the central area 35 of the liquid-absorbent core 23 is larger than that of the both side areas 36, and in the vicinity of the boundary between the central area 35 and the both side areas 36, the thickness increases from the both side areas 36 to the central area 35.
- the thickness of the liquid-absorbent core 23 is gradually increased.
- the central area 35 is higher than the both side areas 36 because the central area 35 of the liquid-absorbent core 23 is thicker than the both side areas 36 and has a larger mass per unit area. Absorbency can be demonstrated.
- the form of the liquid-absorbent core 23 in which the thicknesses of the central region 35 and the both side regions 36 are relatively different can be obtained, for example, by the following method. That is, (1) a method of forming a mold similar to the form of the liquid-absorbent core 23 by spraying and filling the core material, and (2) a form similar to the form of the liquid-absorbent core 23 having an appropriate thickness. (3) a method of forming the core material by a mold that is configured to apply a relatively strong pressure to the portions corresponding to the side regions 36, and (4) the core material. Examples include a method of forming two layers of relatively wide width and narrow width and integrally laminating the narrow width layer in the central region of the wide width layer.
- the density (g / cm 3 ) of the central region 35 and the both side regions 36 can be made substantially equal.
- the both side regions 36 Density (g / cm 3 ) can be greater than those in the central region 35. If necessary, the mass (g / m 2 ) per unit area of the central region 35 can be made larger than those of the both side regions 36.
- both end edges 23a and 23b of the liquid-absorbent core 23 are formed thin.
- the both side regions 36 of the liquid absorbent core 23 are formed thinner than the central region 35 (see FIG. 4), so that the entire outer peripheral edge of the liquid absorbent core 23 is It is relatively thin and can suppress a sudden thickness change (step) between the end flap and the side flap adjacent to the outer peripheral edge. Therefore, the outer contour of the absorbent core 23 does not appear convexly on the outer surface of the underwear to which the urine collecting pad 10 is attached due to a large step, and the outer peripheral edge of the urine collecting pad 10 is fitted to the wearer's body. Can do.
- the barrier cuff sheet 50 has a shape extending in the longitudinal direction Y that gradually tapers from the second end edge 10b toward the first end edge 10a, and is a liquid non-permeable or liquid-impervious non-woven fabric such as mass. it can be formed from a spunbonded nonwoven fabric of about 20 g / m 2.

- the proximal edge portion 57 and the fixed both end portions 58 are part of the seal portion 18, that is, the barrier cuff sheet 50 has its entire outer periphery except the free edge portion 52 via the seal portion 18 to the pad body 20. It is fixed.
- a string-like or strand-like cuff elastic element (elastic elastic member) 53 extending in the longitudinal direction Y is fixed to the free edge 52 of the barrier cuff sheet 50 so as to be contractable in an extended state.
- the free edge 52 is separated from the skin-facing surface of the body side liner 21 by the contraction action of the cuff elastic element 53 in the wearing state, and a pair of barrier cuffs (three-dimensional cuffs) for preventing side leakage of urine are formed.
- the cuff elastic element 53 for example, an elastic material having a thickness (wire diameter) of about 940 dtex and stretched and fixed about 1.2 to 1.5 times from a contracted or relaxed state is used. Can do.
- the free edge 52 of the barrier cuff sheet 50 includes a contraction region 54 in which the cuff elastic element 53 is disposed in an expanded state and a non-contraction region (low in the state in which the cuff elastic element 53 is substantially inelasticized). (Refer to FIGS. 9 and 10).
- the barrier cuff sheet 50 overlaps a part of the first and second cover sheets 61 and 62, and the non-shrink region 55 is fixed to the cover sheet 60 via both fixed side edges 66 and 67 described later. ing.
- the barrier cuff is substantially erected by the contraction region 54 of the free edge 52 contracting.
- substantially inelastic means that the cuff elastic element 53 is cut and removed and substantially does not exist, and the cuff elastic element 53 is present in the region, but is contractible. In the case where the cuff elastic element 53 is present in the region, it includes a case where a slight contractility can be expressed. Therefore, depending on the difference in contraction force of the cuff elastic element 53, the contraction region 54 can be referred to as a high contraction region, and the non-contraction region 55 can be referred to as a low contraction region.
- the first and second cover sheets 61 and 62 are formed from an inelastic sheet material, and are formed from, for example, a hardly liquid-permeable or liquid-impervious fiber nonwoven fabric, a breathable plastic film, or a laminate sheet thereof. be able to.
- a fiber nonwoven fabric for example, a spunbond meltblown spunbond (SMS) fiber nonwoven fabric having a mass of about 10 to 30 g / m 2 , a spunbond fiber nonwoven fabric, A meltblown fiber nonwoven fabric or the like can be used.
- the first and second cover sheets 61 and 62 have inner edges (free edges) 61a and 62a extending in the lateral direction X between the inner edges 50a of the barrier cuff sheet 50, respectively.
- the first and second cover sheets 61 and 62 are fixed to the barrier cuff sheet 50, and the first and second end edges 10a between the fixed side edges 66 and 67 and the fixed side edges 66 and 67, respectively. , 10b and center fixing portions 68, 69, and covering portions 70, 71 covering the pad main body 20 surrounded by both fixing side edges 66, 67 and the center fixing portions 68, 69.
- FIG. 6 when the barrier cuff sheet 50 stands up, the covering portions 70 and 71 of the first and second cover sheets 61 and 62 are separated from the body side liner 21 and the covering portions 70 and 71 and the body side liner. 21, a first space part (body fluid storage space) 72 and a second space part 73 are formed, respectively.
- the contraction region 54 is contracted and extends straight in the longitudinal direction Y, and the pad main body 20 exhibits a curved shape as a whole.
- the cuff elastic element 53 is made inelastic in the non-contraction region 55, a bent portion 56 is formed at the boundary between the contraction region 54 and the non-contraction region 55. Since the pad main body 20 has such a configuration, first and second space portions 72 and 73 of first and second cover sheets 61 and 62 described later are directed from the opening toward the first and second end edges 10a and 10b. Gradually the height dimension is getting smaller.
- the inner edge 50 a of the barrier cuff sheet 50 and the inner edges 61 a and 62 a of the first and second cover sheets 61 and 62 define an insertion port 63 into which the wearer's penis is inserted.
- the barrier cuff sheet 50 is erected so as to be separated from the body side liner 21 by the contraction action of the cuff elastic element 53, and the cover sheet 60 fixed to the upper surface side (skin facing surface side) by the barrier cuff sheet 50 standing up. Moves upward with its standing.
- the cover sheet 60 is fixed to the upper surface of the barrier cuff sheet 50, so that the cover sheet 60 can be reliably moved upward by its standing, but the lower surface of the barrier cuff sheet 50, that is, the body side It may be fixed to a surface (non-skin facing surface) facing the liner 21. Even in this case, since the barrier cuff sheet 50 and the cover sheet 60 are fixed, the inner edges 61 a and 62 a of the cover sheet 60 can be moved upward by the contraction force of the barrier cuff sheet 50.
- the penis 40 when the wearer wears the urine collecting pad 10, the penis 40 is inserted into the insertion port 63.
- the scrotum 41 is in contact with or spaced apart from the upper surface of the first end region 11.
- the pad main body 20 In the wearing state, the pad main body 20 is in a curved shape by being addressed to the wearer's body as a whole, and is defined by a side wall formed by the two side regions 14 and a bottom wall formed by the middle region 13.
- An accommodation space S that can be accommodated so as to be wrapped is formed.
- the urine excreted while wearing the urine absorbing pad 10 is diffused throughout the liquid absorbent core 23. Further, since the entire urine removing pad 10 has a curved shape, the cuff elastic element 53 is extended and the barrier cuff sheet 50 is erected to form a three-dimensional cuff, thereby effectively preventing urine side leakage. Further, the first and second cover sheets 61 and 62 located on the upper surface of the three-dimensional cuff are separated from the body side liner 21, and the first and second space portions 72 and 73 are formed therebetween. The By forming the first space portion 72, the urine flow excreted from the urethral orifice even when the tip of the penis 40 faces upward (a state toward the second end edge 10b) is provided in the second cover. Since the second space 73 hits the inner surface of the sheet 62, the second space 73 functions as a (upper) leak-proof wall (leak-proof space) for preventing urine from being excreted outside the urine collecting pad 10.
- the first space 72 is formed by the first cover sheet 61, so that the tip of the penis 40 faces downward (a state toward the first edge 10a), and the urethral opening is worn. Since the urine flow excreted from the urethral orifice hits the inner surface of the first cover sheet 61 when facing the second end region 11 bent along the crotch part of the person, the first space 72 has the first urine.
- the barrier cuff sheet 50 and the first and second cover sheets 61 and 62 overlap each other, and the contraction area 54 in the free edge 52 of the barrier cuff sheet 50 is as follows.
- the first and second cover sheets 61 and 62 extend outward in the longitudinal direction Y from the inner edges (opening edges) 61a and 62a.
- the free edge portion 52 has a contraction region 54 and a non-contraction region 55 in a laminated portion 74 where the barrier cuff sheet 50 and the first and second cover sheets 61 and 62 overlap each other.
- the contraction region 54 is located at the inner edge 61a, 62a side in the laminated portion 74 where the barrier cuff sheet 50 and the first and second cover sheets 61, 62 overlap each other.
- the barrier cuff sheet 50 stands up due to the contraction force of the cuff elastic element 53, the vicinity of the inner edges 61a, 62a (opening edges) of the first and second cover sheets 61, 62 located on the upper surface thereof is the body side liner 21. It has a shape that is spaced apart from and convex upward.
- the space portions 72, 73 may be closed.
- the first cover sheet 61 is sandwiched between the thighs of the wearer in the wearing state and acts to reduce the dimension in the lateral direction X, the covering portion 70 is elastically deformed and the first cover sheet 61 is first deformed.
- the volume of the space 72 may be reduced.
- the opening can be formed relatively large by extending the shrinkage region 54 at the opening edge, while the non-shrinkage region 55 is located on both sides of the covering portions 70 and 71. The deformation of the portions 70 and 71 can be prevented, and the space portions 72 and 73 having a required volume can be formed stably.
- the pad main body 20 has a shape that gradually becomes narrower from the second end edge 10b toward the first end edge 10a, and contracts in the first end area 11 than in the second end area 12. Since it is easy to bend toward the skin facing surface side of the intermediate region 13 due to the contraction force of the region 54, it is possible to absorb urine that has flowed into the second space portion 73 along the surface of the body side liner 21. . That is, the dimension in the lateral direction X of the barrier cuff sheet 50 in the first end region 11 (the distance dimension in the lateral direction X between the inner edge 50a of the barrier cuff sheet 50 and the seal portion 18) is larger than that in the second end region 12.
- the contraction force of the contraction region 54 can act to both side edges 10 c and 10 d where the seal portion 18 is located, and the entire second end region 12 can be curved. Since the separation dimension is relatively large, the contraction force of the contraction region 54 does not act up to the vicinity of the seal portion 18, and the whole cannot be bent like the first end region 11.
- the first and second end regions 11 and 12 are bent (curved) toward the skin-facing surface side, whereby the dimension in the longitudinal direction Y of the contraction region 54 (both fixed side edges). 66, 67 is reduced in the longitudinal dimension Y), and the contraction area 54 is contracted and the cover sheet 60 is moved upward. As a result, the body side liner 21 and the cover sheet 60 Is slightly increased, and the openings of the first and second space portions 72 and 73 are expanded.
- the extension force in the predetermined width of the contraction region 54 is about 1.1 to 1.8 times the extension force in the predetermined width of the non-contraction region (or low contraction region) 55.
- the first and second cover sheets 61 and 62 can form an opening having a sufficient size even when the barrier cuff sheet 50 stands up in the worn state. It cannot be separated from the body side liner 21.
- the barrier cuff sheet 50 is relatively strongly contracted in the vertical direction Y, the dimension in the vertical direction Y becomes too small, and the outer shape of the insertion port 63 becomes small. There is a possibility that the penis inserted into the insertion port 63 may be tightened and uncomfortable.
- the various dimensions of the cover sheet 60 will be described.
- the length dimensions L3 and L4 in the longitudinal direction Y of the first and second cover sheets 61 and 62 are about 1/10 to 1 of the dimension L1 in the longitudinal direction Y of the pad body 20. / 3.
- the dimension L3 in the longitudinal direction Y of the first cover sheet 61 is larger than the dimension L4 in the longitudinal direction Y of the second cover sheet 62, the former being about 80 mm and the latter being about 40 mm.
- the dimension L5 in the vertical direction Y of the covering portion 70 of the first cover sheet 61 is about 40 mm and is about 5 to 35% with respect to the dimension L1 in the vertical direction Y of the pad main body 20.
- the height for forming the opening is not sufficient.
- the height is larger than 35%, the urine is stored in the first space portion 72 up to the storage limit, and the central fixing portion 68 is fixed. This is because urine may be leaked due to the release.
- the length dimension L6 in the longitudinal direction Y of the shrinkage region 54 in the laminated portion 74 of the first cover sheet 61 has a size of about 10% with respect to the dimension L3 in the longitudinal direction Y of the first cover sheet 61.
- the dimension L7 in the longitudinal direction Y of the covering portion 71 of the second cover sheet 62 is about 20 mm, and is about 5 to 35% of the dimension L1 in the longitudinal direction Y of the pad body 20.
- the dimension L8 in the longitudinal direction Y of the shrinkage region 54 in the laminated portion 74 of the second cover sheet 62 is about 5 mm, and is about 12.5% of the dimension L4 in the longitudinal direction Y of the second cover sheet 62.
- the longitudinal dimensions L5 and L7 of the covering portions 70 and 71 of the first and second cover sheets 61 and 62 are the volumes of the first and second space portions 72 and 73, particularly the dimensions in the longitudinal direction Y (opening edges).
- the dimensions L5 and L7 in the longitudinal direction Y of the covering portions 70 and 71 of the first and second cover sheets 61 and 62 are the same as the depth of the pad main body 20. If the size is about 5% or more of the dimension L1 in the vertical direction Y, the volumes of the first and second space portions 72 and 73 are formed to be relatively large.
- the dimensions L5 and L7 in the longitudinal direction Y of the covering portions 70 and 71 of the first and second cover sheets 61 and 62 are about 37.5% or more of the dimension L1 in the longitudinal direction Y of the pad body 20. In this case, the volume of the entire storage space S including the first and second space portions 72 and 73 becomes relatively large and the penis 40 is not fitted, and there is a gap between the pad body 20 and the penis 40. May occur.
- the dimensions L6 and L8 in the longitudinal direction Y of the shrinkage region 54 in the laminated portion 74 are 50% or less of the dimensions L5 and L7 in the longitudinal direction Y of the covering portions 70 and 71 of the first and second cover sheets 61 and 62. Preferably there is.
- the inner edges 61a, 62a are further raised upward in the wearing state to expand the opening, while the ratio of the shrinkage area 54 in the laminated portion 74 is relatively high. This is because the sheet 60 has elasticity, so that it cannot resist the external force applied from the lateral direction X and may be elastically deformed.
- the liquid-absorbent core 23 has a shape that becomes gradually narrower (tapered) from the second end region 12 toward the first end region 11, similar to the outer shape of the pad body 20. And the taper degree is higher than the shape of the pad main body 20. Therefore, the separation dimension R1, R2 in the lateral direction X between the side edge 23c of the liquid-absorbent core 23 and the side edges 10c, 10d of the pad main body 20 is the separation dimension R1 on the side close to the first end region 11 is the first separation dimension R1. It is larger than the separation dimension R2 on the side close to the two end regions.
- the urine collection pad 10 is generally curved, and the side walls positioned so as to wrap the penis are formed by the two side regions 14 of the urine collection pad 10, This corresponds to the separation dimensions R1, R2 in the lateral direction X from the side edge of the liquid absorbent core 23 to the side edges 10c, 10d of the urine absorbing pad 10. Therefore, a side wall having a larger height than the second end region 12 is formed in the first end region 11, and the penis can be reliably accommodated so as to be wrapped from below.
- the first and second cover sheets 61 and 62 have higher rigidity than the barrier cuff sheet 50.
- the bending resistance of the cover sheet 60 by the cantilever method is about 70 mm
- the bending resistance of the barrier cuff sheet 50 by the cantilever direction is 40 mm
- the bending resistance of the cover sheets 61 and 62 is the barrier cuff sheet.
- the bending resistance of 50 is about 1.5 to 3.0 times.
- the rigidity of the cover sheet 60 is higher than the rigidity of the barrier cuff sheet 50, when an external force is applied to the urine collecting pad 10 in the lateral direction X, the barrier cuff sheet 50 is deformed by the external force applied. Even so, the cover sheet 60 is not deformed against the external force, and the insertion port 63 can be prevented from becoming smaller. Further, by fixing the barrier cuff sheet 50 to the cover sheet 60 having higher rigidity than that, the expansion / contraction force of the non-contraction area 55 at both of the fixed side edges 66 and 67 is further reduced, and the cuff elastic element 53 It is possible to effectively prevent the barrier cuff sheet 50 from being peeled off from the both fixed side edges 66 due to the contraction force.
- the rigidity value of the cover sheet 60 due to the cantilever stiffness is approximately 1.5 to 3.0 times that of the barrier cuff sheet 50.
- the magnitude of the rigidity value of the former with respect to the latter is about 1.5 times or less, when an external force in the lateral direction X is applied so as to deform the latter with respect to the former.
- the former may be bent and deformed to reduce the opening.
- the stiffness value of the latter relative to the former is about 3.0 or more, the former stiffness value becomes relatively large, giving the wearer who touched it a sense of incongruity and stimulating the skin. May cause skin problems.
- the cover sheet 60 is disposed at both ends in the longitudinal direction Y of the pad body 20, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the first and first in the longitudinal direction Y are described.
- the cover sheet 60 may be disposed only in one of the two end regions 11 and 12.
- the free edge portion 52 of the barrier cuff sheet 50 is provided with elasticity by disposing the thread-like cuff elastic element 53 in an expanded state so as to be contractible.
- the present invention is not limited to this, for example, in the longitudinal direction.
- a fiber nonwoven fabric having stretchability that can be stretched to Y may be fixed to the barrier cuff sheet 50.
- a hot melt adhesive may be applied to at least one of the sheets, and the sheets may be joined to each other via the hot melt adhesive, or the thermoplastic fiber nonwoven sheets may be bonded to each other. They may be joined together by heat welding.
- the contraction effect by the contraction region extends to the opening edge
- the contraction region 54 extends to the portion of the barrier cuff sheet 50 laminated on the cover sheet 60.
- the end of the shrinkage region 54 does not extend to the laminated portion 74 of the barrier cuff sheet 50 with the cover sheet 60 and is in the vicinity of the boundary 59, but to the portion where only the barrier cuff sheet 50 exists. The case where only it is extended is included.
- the contraction force of the cuff elastic element 53 must be increased as compared with the cases of (1) and (2).
- the cuff elastic element 53 it is necessary to use an elastic material having a thickness (wire diameter) of about 1240 dtex and stretched and fixed about 1.5 to 2.0 times from a contracted or relaxed state. .
- the cuff elastic element 53 is thicker and needs to use an elastic material fixed in a more extended state. There is.
- the dimension L9 in the longitudinal direction Y between the boundary 59 and the end of the contraction area 54 is greater than 0 mm and not greater than about 15 mm.
- the contraction area 54 is formed at the opening edge.
- the contraction force of 54 substantially acts, the opening edge can be pulled up.
- the cuff elastic element 53 having a relatively large contracting force is used, and the dimension L9 from the end of the contraction region 54 to the boundary 59 is used. Is a relatively small value within the above range.
- the contraction region 54 extends to the opening edge, so that the opening edge can be more reliably lifted and expanded. Even in the modes 2) and (3), the opening can be expanded by the contraction force of the contraction region 54 substantially acting on the opening edge.
- the barrier cuff sheet 50 is fixed not only at the seal portion 18 in the intermediate region 13 but also at the proximal fixing portion 79 extending in an elongated shape along both side edges 10 c and 10 d.
- the barrier cuff sheet 50 is fixed to the pad main body 20 at the seal portion 18 and the proximal fixing portion 79 in the intermediate region 13, the height dimension of the three-dimensional cuff is reduced, while the barrier cuff sheet 50 Peel strength can be improved.
- the width dimension of the proximal fixing portion 79 gradually decreases from the second end region 12 side toward the first end region 11 side. Therefore, the height dimension of the three-dimensional cuff becomes higher on the second end region 12 side than on the first end region 11 side, thereby improving the peel strength and reliably preventing urine from leaking out from above. .
- a bending guide groove 80 is formed in a portion of the intermediate region 13 of the urine absorbing pad 10 that is not covered with the barrier cuff sheet 50 and the first and second cover sheets 61 and 62. Be placed.
- the bending guide groove 80 is a concave line that is squeezed from the body-side liner 21 toward the liquid-absorbent core 23, and includes a first groove 81 that obliquely intersects the vertical axis P, and a first groove 81.
- a second groove 82 extending in a direction intersecting with the first portion 83A, the first portion 83A located on the first edge 10a side of the first and second grooves 81, 82 and located on the vertical axis P, and the vertical axis P It has the 3rd groove
- no groove is formed at the intersection of the first groove 81 and the second groove 82, and the first and second grooves 81 and 82 are formed discontinuously.
- the intermediate region 13 of the urine removing pad 10 is deformed outwardly (to the clothing side) via the bending guide groove 80 in a convex shape.
- the cup-shaped accommodation space S that can be accommodated so as to wrap the penis in the side wall and the bottom wall forming the convex deformation region can be formed more stably.
- the intermediate region 13 forms a convex deformation region and has a more stable cup shape, whereby the first and second end regions 11 and 12 are curved toward the wearer's body and contracted. Since the size of the region 54 is reduced, the barrier cuff sheet 50 is further erected to form larger openings in the first and second space portions 72 and 73.
- the third groove 83 extends to the vicinity of the inner edge 61a of the first cover sheet 61, the first end region 11 is bent through the third groove 83 so that the inner edge 61a is further on the horizontal axis Q. Since it approaches, the opening of the 1st space part 72 is formed more largely. Further, by forming the bending guide groove 80 in the liquid absorbent core 23, the excretion of urine excreted is moved and diffused throughout the liquid absorbent core 23 through the bending guide groove 80, whereby the absorption speed is increased. Can be improved.
- the urine collection pad 10 has a pair of folding curves 85 and 86 extending in the lateral direction X.
- the folding lines 85 and 86 are formed by storing the urine collection pad 10 in a folded state or storing the urine collection pad 10 in a state of being folded into an individual wrapping bag. Even in (or in a natural state), there is a crease.
- the intermediate region 13 is curved along the folding lines 85 and 86, and a deformation region that is convex toward the clothing side is formed between the folding lines 85 and 86.
- first end region 11 and the second end region 12 are bent by the folding lines 85 and 86, and the dimension L2 in the longitudinal direction Y of the contraction region 54 is shortened, so that the barrier cuff sheet 50 is further raised.
- the openings of the first and second space portions 72 and 73 are expanded. As long as it has such an effect, it is sufficient that at least one folding line 85, 86 is formed.
- the thickness dimension of the liquid-absorbent core 23 on the first and second end regions 11, 12 side is larger than that in the intermediate region 13.
- the urine which is going to leak from the accommodation space S by forming the high absorption area by making the liquid-absorbent core 23 of the portion covered with the first and second cover sheets 61 and 62 thicker. Can be reliably absorbed and retained.
- the mass of the thin portion 90 of the liquid-absorbent core 23 located in the intermediate region 13 is about 400 g / m 2
- the thick portion 91 located in the first and second end regions 11 and 12 The mass is about 500 g / m 2 .
- the rigidity of the liquid absorbent core 23 changes at the boundary 92 between the thin portion 90 and the thick portion 91, that is, the portion where the thickness dimension of the liquid absorbent core 23 changes.
- the openings of the second cover sheets 61 and 62 are positioned, and the first and second end regions 11 and 12 are bent along the boundary 92, whereby the dimension L2 of the contraction region 54 is reduced, and the barrier cuff The sheet 50 rises more and the opening is further expanded.
- the width dimension of the seal portion 18 gradually increases from the intermediate area 13 toward the first end edge 10 a, and is larger than the width dimension W ⁇ b> 2 of the seal section 18 in the intermediate area 13.
- the width dimension W3 at the first edge 10a is large.

Abstract
