Abstract

Boquilla higiénica para botellas en una única pieza constituida por un cuerpo unido solidariamente a una base que presenta en su centro un rehundido que define con la superficie interior del cuerpo un anillo de apoyo sobre la embocadura de la botella, permitiendo su uso la limpieza o desinfección de la embocadura, manteniendo las propiedades de las bebidas a consumir y pudiendo ser utilizado como vaso. La boquilla tiene una configuración preferentemente tronco-cónica, que permite su utilización en botellas con distintos diámetros de embocadura, el apilamiento de varias boquillas de manera amovible, facilita la condensación y disminuye la efervescencia de bebidas gaseosas, espumosas o carbonatadas. Sobre la superficie interior de la boquilla se puede disponer una lámina antiséptica o cubrirse con una solución antiséptica para limpieza o desinfección de la embocadura de la botella. La superficie exterior lisa permite la colocación de una etiqueta publicitaria o informativa.

Description

BOQUILLA HIGIÉNICA PARA BOTELLAS
CAMPO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a una boquilla higiénica para botellas, cuyo cuerpo está unido solidariamente a una base que presenta un rehundido en parte central formando un anillo con la superficie interior del cuerpo de la boquilla para su apoyo en la embocadura de botellas.
ESTADO DE LA TÉCNICA ANTERIOR
En la actualidad y como referencia al estado de la técnica, es habitual y conocida la utilización de diferentes cierres para botellas, como tapones de corcho o plástico, así como chapas metálicas o capsulas que impiden el vertido involuntario del contenido de la botella, y sirven para mantener o conservar las propiedades de los líquidos. La eliminación de dichos cierres para el consumo de bebidas, puede dejar residuos como herrumbre, corcho o moho en la embocadura de la botella.
También son conocidas diversas boquillas para verter el contenido de las botellas, como las usadas para escanciar sidra, aliñar ensaladas o dosificar licores.
En los bares es habitual la utilización de una servilleta de papel que se enrolla sobre la embocadura de la botella, cuando se sirven las bebidas para consumirlas directamente de la botella, con la finalidad de que el consumidor pueda limpiar posibles restos de herrumbre o residuos dejados por el cierre de la botella, y como medida de higiene.
Frente a este estado de las cosas el objeto de esta invención pretende una boquilla higiénica para botellas, que consta de un cuerpo que está unido solidariamente a una base que presenta un rehundido en su parte central formando un anillo con la superficie interior del cuerpo de la boquilla para su apoyo en la embocadura de botellas.
La utilización de esta boquilla permite la limpieza de los posibles residuos de la embocadura de las botellas, así como la conservación de las propiedades de la bebida a consumir.
EXPLICACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN Y VENTAJAS La presente invención hace referencia a una boquilla higiénica para botellas compuesto por un cuerpo unido solidariamente a una base que presenta en su centro un rehundido que define, con la superficie interior del cuerpo de la boquilla, un anillo de apoyo sobre la embocadura de la botella, que permite la limpieza de los posibles residuos de la embocadura de las botellas, así como la conservación de las propiedades de la bebida a consumir.
El cuerpo de la boquilla adopta preferentemente una configuración tronco-cónica que permite su utilización en botellas con distintos diámetros de embocadura, ya que la boquilla se apoyará por la parte interior de su base en las botellas de diámetro standard o menor, y sobre la pared interior del cuerpo de la boquilla en las botellas de mayor diámetro.
Además, está previsto que el rehundido de la base de la boquilla tenga forma cónica, lo que permite el apilamiento de varias boquillas de manera amovible, facilitando su envasado y almacenaje, ya que al insertar una boquilla en el interior de otra se reduce considerablemente el volumen del conjunto, lo que economiza los costos de envasado y m i n i m iza el espacio requerido para su almacenaje.
La forma cónica del rehundido de la base de la boquilla, además, favorece la condensación y disminuye la efervescencia de bebidas gaseosas, espumosas o carbonatadas, permitiendo mantener las propiedades de dichas bebidas.
Por otro lado, la boquilla objeto de la invención está previsto que pueda contener en su interior elementos antisépticos, mediante la colocación de una lámina en la parte interior de la boquilla, o mediante la utilización de una solución antiséptica aplicada mediante impregnación o pulverizado, lo que mejora las cualidades higiénicas de la boquilla.
Finalmente, está previsto que sobre la superficie exterior del cuerpo de la boquilla que es de paredes lisas, se puedan colocar etiquetas mediante pegado, impresión o estampado, lo que permite su uso a efectos publicitarios o informativos. Añadidamente, la boquilla por su configuración tronco- cónica de base plana puede ser utilizado como vaso para la degustación de "chupitos", y ser apoyado sobre la barra, sobre una mesa o sobre cualquier superficie horizontal.

Para comprender mejor la naturaleza del invento, en los d i bujos adj u ntos se representa u na forma preferente de realización industrial, la cual tiene carácter de ejemplo meramente ilustrativo y no limitativo,
La figura 1 presenta una perspectiva de la boqu illa seccionada longitudinalmente en la que se muestran el cuerpo (1), la superficie interior (2), la base (3) y el rehundido (4).
La figura 2 muestra una perspectiva superior de la boquilla higiénica para botellas en la que se observan los elementos que lo componen en escala variable: cuerpo (1 ), base (3) y rehundido (4).
La figura 3 muestra una perspectiva inferior de la boquilla higiénica para botellas en la que se aprecian el cuerpo (1), la superficie interior (2), y el rehundido (4) de la base (3).
La figura 4 presenta una vista lateral seccionada de la boquilla en la que aparecen el cuerpo (1), la superficie interior (2), la base (3), el rehundido (4), apoyada sobre la embocadura de la botella (5).
En estas figuras están representadas las referencias siguientes:

EXPOSICION DE UNA REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE
Con relación a los dibujos y referencias arriba enumerados, se ilustra en los planos adjuntos un modo de ejecución preferente del objeto de la invención, referido a una boquilla higiénica para botellas. El dispositivo que se propugna como se ilustra en la figura 1, consiste en una boquilla higiénica para botellas que consta de un cuerpo (1) de configuración tronco-cónica unido solidariamente a una base (3) que presenta en su centro un rehundido (4) cónico que define con la superficie interior (2) del cuerpo (1) de la boquilla un anillo de apoyo sobre la embocadura de la botella (5), que permite su uso para limpieza de los residuos de la embocadura o su desinfección, conserva las propiedades de las bebidas, es fácilmente apilable, y puede utilizarse como vaso y como soporte publicitario o informativo.
El rehundido (4) tiene forma preferentemente cónica tal y como se ilustra en las figuras 1 y 4, lo que facilita la amovilidad de las boquillas cuando se apilan unas sobre otras, reduciendo los costos de envasado, así como el espacio para su almacenamiento. Además, esta forma cónica del rehundido (4) de la base (3) de la boquilla favorece la condensación y disminuye la efervescencia de bebidas gaseosas, espumosas o carbonatadas, permitiendo mantener las propiedades de dichas bebidas.
La utilización de elementos antisépticos sobre la superficie interior (2) del cuerpo (1) de la boquilla, está prevista preferentemente mediante la colocación de una lámina antiséptica o mediante la impregnación o pulverización de una sustancia antiséptica apta para el consumo humano.
La conformación tronco-cónica del cuerpo (1) de la boquilla y la base (3) plana permiten su utilización como vaso, tal y como se refleja en la figura 3.
La superficie exterior lisa del cuerpo (1), tal y como se refleja en la figura 2, facilita la colocación de etiquetas mediante pegado, impresión o estampación, lo que permite su utilización con fines publicitarios o informativos.
Además, la forma tronco-cónica del cuerpo (1) de la boquilla permite su utilización en botellas con embocadura de distintos diámetros, al apoyarse la boquilla por la parte interior de la base (3) en las botellas de diámetro standard o menor, y sobre la superficie interior (2) del cuerpo (1) de la boquilla en las botellas de mayor diámetro, tal y como se representa en la figura 4.
Gracias a esta configuración se consigue sustituir la conocida servilleta de papel enrollada sobre la embocadura de la botella, habitualmente utilizada en los bares, por una boquilla que permite la limpieza de los posibles residuos de la embocadura de las botellas o su desinfección, la conservación de las propiedades de la bebida a consumir, su utilización como vaso o como soporte publicitario o informativo, así como la adaptación a diferentes diámetros de embocadura, y el apilamiento amovible de varias boquillas reduciendo los costos de envasado y facilitando su almacenamiento.
No altera la esencialidad de este modelo de utilidad variaciones en materiales, forma, tamaño y disposición de los elementos componentes, descritos de manera no limitativa.

Claims

R E I V I N D I C A C I O N E S
1a.- Boquilla higiénica para botellas caracterizada porque consta de una única pieza constituida por un cuerpo (1 ) unido solidariamente a una base (3) que presenta en su centro un rehundido (4) que define con la superficie interior (2) del cuerpo (1) un anillo de apoyo sobre la embocadura de la botella (5), permitiendo su uso la limpieza o desinfección de la embocadura, manteniendo las propiedades de las bebidas a consumir y pudiendo ser utilizado como vaso,
2a Boquilla higiénica para botellas, de acuerdo con la primera reivindicación, caracterizada porque el cuerpo (1 ) de la boquilla tiene una configuración preferentemente tronco-cónica, que permite su utilización en botellas con distintos diámetros de embocadura.
3a.- Boquilla higiénica para botellas, de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque el rehundido (4) tiene forma cónica que permite el apilamiento de varias boquillas de manera amovible, faci lita la condensación y disminuye la efervescencia de bebidas gaseosas, espumosas o carbonatadas.
4a.- Boquilla higiénica para botellas, de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque, sobre la superficie interior (2) de la boquilla se dispone una lámina antiséptica para limpieza o desinfección de la embocadura de la botella (5).
5a.- Boquilla higiénica para botellas, de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a a 3a, caracterizada porque, la superficie interior (2) se cubre con una solución antiséptica, apta para el consumo humano, mediante impregnación o pulverizado.
6a.- Boquilla higiénica para botellas, de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque el cuerpo (1 ) de la boquilla presenta una superficie exterior lisa que permite la colocación de una etiqueta publicitaria o informativa mediante pegado, impresión o estampación.
