まず、図1を参照しながら、本開示の実施の形態に係る情報処理システム1のシステム構成について説明する。情報処理システム1は、複数のユーザ端末10と、サーバ20と、ローカル端末30とを含む。図1に示す例では、複数のユーザ端末10として、ユーザ端末10a~10cが示されている。ユーザ端末10a~10cは、それぞれユーザu10a~u10cのユーザ端末10を示している。
[2.1.ユーザ端末の構成]
図3を参照しながら、ユーザ端末10の構成について説明する。図3は、本実施形態に係るユーザ端末10の構成を示したブロック図である。図3に示すように、ユーザ端末10は、システム情報取得部101と、コメント受付部102と、判断部103と、通知部104と、レビュー受付部105とを含む。
次に、図6を参照しながら、サーバ20の構成について説明する。図6は、本実施形態に係るサーバ20の構成を示したブロック図である。図6に示すように、サーバ20は、システム情報登録部201と、システム情報DB202と、ユーザ体験管理部203と、ユーザ体験DB204と、コメント登録部205と、コメントDB206と、コメント取得部207とを含む。
[3.1.概要]
本実施形態に係る情報処理システム1の一連の処理は、「初期設定フェーズ」、「コメント及び評価の収集フェーズ」、及び「分析フェーズ」に分類することができる。以降では、フェーズごとに、情報処理システム1の処理について説明する。
初期設定フェーズは、開発者u30がユーザu10から意見を収集したいユーザ体験やそのユーザ体験に対するコメントをあらかじめ登録しておくためのフェーズである。初期設定フェーズにおける情報処理システム1の処理について図10を参照しながら説明する。図10は、情報処理システム1において、初期設定フェーズにおける処理の一例について示したフローチャートである。
開発者u30は、ローカル端末30を介して、登録対象のユーザ体験(使い方)に関するシステム情報の履歴をサーバ20に送信する。ユーザ体験管理部203は、開発者u30から指定されたシステム情報の履歴に基づきユーザ体験データを作成し、作成したユーザ体験データd210をユーザ体験DB204に記憶させる。
また、登録されたユーザ体験データd210に対して、各ユーザu10から意見を収集する場合(ステップS102、Y)には、ユーザ体験データd210についてユーザu10に確認を取りたい内容をコメントとして登録してもよい。この場合には、コメント登録部205は、開発者u30から指定されたユーザ体験に対するコメントをローカル端末30から取得し、取得した意見をコメントDB206内のコメント管理テーブルd300に記憶させる。このようにコメントをあらかじめ登録しておくことで、ユーザu10がそのコメントに関連付けられたユーザ体験に対応する使い方をした場合に、情報処理システム1が、そのユーザu10に登録されたコメントの評価を依頼することが可能となる。
コメント及び評価の収集フェーズは、各ユーザから、ユーザ体験に対しするコメントや、ユーザ体験に関連付けられたコメントに対しする意見(即ち、評価やコメント)を収集するフェーズである。コメント及び評価の収集フェーズにおける情報処理システム1の処理について図11を参照しながら説明する。図11は、情報処理システム1において、コメント及び評価の収集フェーズにおける処理の一例ついて示したフローチャートである。
システム情報取得部101は、ユーザu10のユーザ端末10に対する操作内容や、その操作時のユーザ端末10の状態を監視しシステム情報を取得する。システム情報には、例えば、ユーザu10の操作に基づく入力情報や、ユーザ端末10の状態を示す制御情報(例えば、制御パラメタ等)が含まれる。
ユーザu10が、ユーザ端末10の操作や、ユーザ端末10で動作するアプリケーションの操作中にコメントの入力を指示すると(ステップS210、Y)、コメント受付部102は、コメントを入力するためのユーザインタフェース(U/I)をユーザu10に提示する。コメント受付部102は、提示したU/Iに対してユーザu10が入力したコメントを取得する。このようにコメント受付部102を動作させることで、例えば、ユーザu10が操作に困ったときにコメントの入力を指示することで、その時点までの操作に対するコメントを入力することが可能となる。なお、ユーザu10からのコメントの入力に係る指示が無い限りは(ステップS210、N)、ステップS211及びS212に係る処理は実行されず次処理に遷移する。
コメント受付部102は、ユーザu10により入力されたコメントを取得すると、取得したコメントを、そのコメントが取得されたタイミングを示すタイムスタンプ、及びユーザ端末10の端末情報と関連付けてサーバ20に送信する。
ここで、ステップS212の処理に基づくサーバ20側の動作について、図6を参照しながら説明する。
ここで、再度図11を参照する。判断部103は、あらかじめ決められた1以上のユーザ体験を示すデータd210をサーバ20から取得し記憶しておく。
判断部103は、時系列順に並べられたシステム情報の中から、いずれかのユーザ体験データに含まれる履歴と一致する一連のシステム情報(即ち、履歴)を検出した場合(ステップS220、Y)は、一連のシステム情報が一致したユーザ体験データに関連付けられているコメントをサーバ20に通知させる。サーバ20において、対応するユーザ体験データにコメントが関連付けられている場合には、判断部103は、サーバ20からユーザ体験データに関連付けられたコメントd320と、そのコメントの識別情報(即ち、IDd310)とを取得する。なお、ユーザ体験データに含まれる履歴と一致する一連のシステム情報が検出されない限りは(ステップS220、N)、ステップS221~S224に係る処理は実行されず次処理に遷移する。
通知部104からの通知に対してレビューの入力が選択されると(ステップS222、Y)、通知部104は、レビュー入力に関する指示があったことをレビュー受付部105に通知し、判断部103から取得したコメント及びコメントIDをレビュー受付部105に出力する。なお、通知部104からの通知に対してレビューの入力が選択されなかった場合には(ステップS222、N)、ステップS223及びS224に係る処理は実行されず次処理に遷移する。
レビュー受付部105は、評価ボタンv221~v223のうちのいずれかに対する操作に基づき、評価対象コメントにユーザu10の評価を認識し、認識した評価を示す情報と評価対象コメントのIDとをサーバ20に通知する。このレビュー受付部105からの通知により、サーバ20は、通知された評価対象コメントのIDに基づき評価対象コメントを特定し、特定された評価対象コメントにレビュー受付部105から通知された評価を関連付けることが可能となる。
ここで、ステップS224の処理に基づくサーバ20側の動作について、図6を参照しながら説明する。
ここで、再度図11を参照する。システム情報取得部101は、ユーザu10のユーザ端末10に対する操作内容や、その操作時のユーザ端末10の状態を監視しシステム情報を取得する処理を、ユーザ端末10の停止が指示されるまで継続する(ステップS230、N)。ユーザ端末10の停止が指示されると(ステップS230、Y)、ユーザ端末10は、一連の動作を終了させる。
分析フェーズは、開発者u30がローカル端末30を介して、サーバ20のコメントDB206に蓄積されたユーザ体験に対するコメントd320や、コメントd320に対する評価d340を参照及び分析するフェーズである。
次に、変形例に係る情報処理システム1について説明する。上記の実施形態に係る情報処理システム1は、ユーザu10が所定のユーザ体験に対応する使い方をしたユーザu10に、そのユーザ体験に対するコメントの評価を依頼していた。変形例に係る情報処理システム1では、ユーザu10が所定のユーザ体験に対応する使い方をした場合に、ユーザu10の使い方に関連する別の使い方を提示する。以下に、図2を参照しながら具体的に説明する。
以上、本開示の実施形態を説明した。上述したユーザ端末10、サーバ20、及びローカル端末30による情報処理は、ソフトウェアと、ユーザ端末10、サーバ20、及びローカル端末30として用いられる以下に説明するような情報処理装置90のハードウェアとの協働により実現される。
以上のように、本時実施形態に係る情報処理システム1は、所定のユーザ体験(即ち、評価対象となる使い方)を体験したユーザに、そのユーザ体験に関する他のユーザの主観的な意見(例えば、コメント)の評価を依頼する。そのため、より信頼性の高いレビュー結果を収集することが可能となる。
(1)ユーザの操作に基づく入力情報及び当該操作時の状態を示す制御情報の少なくともいずれかを含むシステム情報の第1の履歴を取得し、取得した当該第1の履歴を、あらかじめ記憶された前記システム情報を含む第2の履歴と比較する判断部と、
前記判断部による比較結果に基づき、前記ユーザから前記第1の履歴に関連する意見を取得するための通知を行う通知部と、
を備える情報処理装置。
(2)前記通知部は、前記第1の履歴と前記第2の履歴とが一致する場合に前記通知を行う前記(1)に記載の情報処理装置。
(3)前記通知部は、前記第2の履歴に関連付けられた前記意見を通知する前記(2)に記載の情報処理装置。
(4)前記第2の履歴に関連付けられた一の意見に対するユーザの意見を取得する意見取得部と、
取得した前記ユーザの意見を前記一の意見に関連付ける意見登録部と、
を備える前記(3)に記載の情報処理装置。
(5)前記ユーザの意見は、前記一の意見に対する評価を含む前記(4)に記載の情報処理装置。
(6)前記ユーザの意見は、前記一の意見に対する補足情報を更に含む前記(5)に記載の情報処理装置。
(7)あらかじめ記憶された複数の前記意見それぞれに対する前記評価に基づき、当該複数の意見の中から、一部の意見を抽出する抽出部を備える前記(4)または(5)に記載の情報処理装置。

取得した前記第1の履歴を、前記第2の履歴として前記記憶部に記憶させるシステム情報登録部と、
を備える前記(1)~(7)のいずれか一項に記載の情報処理装置。
(9)第1のユーザの操作に基づく入力情報及び当該操作時の状態を示す制御情報の少なくともいずれかを含むシステム情報の履歴を記憶する記憶部と、
第2のユーザの操作に基づく前記システム情報の履歴を取得し、取得した当該履歴を、前記記憶部に記憶された前記第1のユーザの操作に基づく履歴と比較する判断部と、
前記判断部による比較結果に基づき、前記第2のユーザから、当該第2のユーザの操作に基づく履歴に関連する意見を取得するための通知を行う通知部と、
を備える情報処理システム。
(10)ユーザの操作に基づく入力情報及び当該操作時の状態を示す制御情報の少なくともいずれかを含むシステム情報の第1の履歴を取得し、取得した当該第1の履歴を、あらかじめ記憶された前記システム情報を含む第2の履歴と比較することと、
前記判断部による比較結果に基づき、前記ユーザから前記第1の履歴に関連する意見を取得するための通知を行うことと、
を含む情報処理方法。

- ユーザの操作に基づく入力情報及び当該操作時の状態を示す制御情報の少なくともいずれかを含むシステム情報の第1の履歴を取得し、取得した当該第1の履歴を、あらかじめ記憶された前記システム情報を含む第2の履歴と比較する判断部と、
前記判断部による比較結果に基づき、前記ユーザから前記第1の履歴に関連する意見を取得するための通知を行う通知部と、
を備える情報処理装置。 - 前記通知部は、前記第1の履歴と前記第2の履歴とが一致する場合に前記通知を行う請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記通知部は、前記第2の履歴に関連付けられた前記意見を通知する請求項2に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記第2の履歴に関連付けられた一の意見に対する前記ユーザの意見を取得する意見取得部と、
取得した前記ユーザの意見を前記一の意見に関連付ける意見登録部と、
を備える請求項3に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記ユーザの意見は、前記一の意見に対する評価を含む請求項4に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記ユーザの意見は、前記一の意見に対する補足情報を更に含む請求項5に記載の情報処理装置。
- あらかじめ記憶された複数の前記意見それぞれに対する前記評価に基づき、当該複数の意見の中から、一部の意見を抽出する抽出部を備える請求項5に記載の情報処理装置。
- 記憶部と、
取得した前記第1の履歴を、前記第2の履歴として前記記憶部に記憶させるシステム情報登録部と、
を備える請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。 - 第1のユーザの操作に基づく入力情報及び当該操作時の状態を示す制御情報の少なくともいずれかを含むシステム情報の履歴を記憶する記憶部と、
第2のユーザの操作に基づく前記システム情報の履歴を取得し、取得した当該履歴を、前記記憶部に記憶された前記第1のユーザの操作に基づく履歴と比較する判断部と、
前記判断部による比較結果に基づき、前記第2のユーザから、当該第2のユーザの操作に基づく履歴に関連する意見を取得するための通知を行う通知部と、
を備える情報処理システム。 - ユーザの操作に基づく入力情報及び当該操作時の状態を示す制御情報の少なくともいずれかを含むシステム情報の第1の履歴を取得し、取得した当該第1の履歴を、あらかじめ記憶された前記システム情報を含む第2の履歴と比較することと、
前記比較の結果に基づき、前記ユーザから前記第1の履歴に関連する意見を取得するための通知を行うことと、
を含む情報処理方法。
