背景技术

1、 一种宽带集群通信系统的资源释放方法, 包括:
接入组呼的非话权用户向基站上报终端状态; 以及
基站根据已建立群组资源的小区中非话权用户的终端状态上报情况判断 所述小区中是否存在非话权用户, 如不存在, 则将所述小区下所有非话权用 户共享的下行共享信道资源释放。

7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中:

所述非话权用户归属的基站如判断目标小区不是本基站下的小区, 则判 断所述目标小区是否满足切换条件, 如果是, 则向目标小区所属基站发送资 源建立请求, 其中携带目标小区所属基站的标识和目标小区的标识;
所述目标小区所属基站收到所述资源建立请求后, 判断本基站是否在除 所述目标小区之外的其他小区下为所述组呼建立过群组资源, 如已建立过, 则直接为所述目标小区建立所述组呼的群组资源; 如未建立过, 则向 PDS转 发所述资源建立请求; 所述 PDS接收到所述目标小区所属基站发送的资源建 立请求后, 向目标小区归属的基站发送资源建立响应, 其中携带资源建立指 示信息; 所述目标小区归属的基站接收到所述 PDS的资源建立响应后, 根据 资源建立指示信息在所述目标小区下建立所述组呼的群组资源; 目标小区下 的群组资源建立成功后, 将所述目标小区的群组资源的配置信息发送给所述 非话权用户归属的基站, 再由非话权用户归属的基站将所述目标小区的群组 资源的配置信息转发给非话权用户。
10、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中:
所述非话权用户接收到目标小区的群组资源配置信息后, 发起切换。
11、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的方法, 其中:
所述切换条件包括:所述目标小区为所述非话权用户所在小区的邻小区 , 且所述目标小区支持集群功能。
12、 如权利要求 6-10中任一项所述的方法, 其中:
所述宽带集群通信系统为基于长期演进 LTE技术的宽带集群通信系统。
13、 一种宽带集群通信系统中的终端, 包括:
检测模块, 其设置成检测本终端是否为组呼的非话权用户, 如果是, 则 通知上报模块; 以及
上报模块, 其设置成向基站上报终端状态。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的终端, 其中:
上报模块通过如下方式向基站上报终端状态:
上报模块按照与基站预先约定的上报周期向基站周期性上报终端状态消 息, 或者上报模块在接收到基站下发的上报配置消息后, 根据所述上报配置 消息的上报指示向基站上报终端状态。
15、 一种宽带集群通信系统中的基站, 包括:
判断模块, 其设置成根据已建立群组资源的小区中非话权用户的终端状 态上报情况判断所述小区中是否存在非话权用户, 如不存在, 则通知资源释 放模块; 以及
资源释放模块, 其设置成将所述小区下所有非话权用户共享的下行共享 信道资源释放。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的基站, 其中:
所述判断模块通过如下方式根据已建立群组资源的小区中非话权用户的 终端状态上报情况判断所述小区中是否存在非话权用户:
如所述判断模块在一个预定的统计周期内, 未收到所述建立了群组资源 的小区下任何一个非话权用户的终端状态上报消息, 则判断所述小区中不存 在非话权用户; 以及
如所述判断模块在一个预定的统计周期内, 收到了所述建立了群组资源 的小区下至少一个非话权用户的终端状态上报消息, 则判断所述小区中存在 非话权用户。
17、 如权利要求 15-16中任一项所述的基站, 其中:
所述宽带集群通信系统为基于长期演进 LTE技术的宽带集群通信系统。
18、 一种宽带集群通信系统中的终端, 包括:
检测模块, 其设置成检测本终端是否为组呼的非话权用户, 如果是, 则 通知上报模块; 以及
上报模块, 其设置成向本终端归属的基站发送切换请求消息, 其中携带 请求建立群组资源的目标小区的信息。
19、 如权利要求 18所述的终端, 其中:
所述终端还包括切换模块;
上报模块, 其设置成向归属的基站发送切换请求消息, 其中携带请求建 立群组资源的目标小区的信息, 发送完成后通知切换模块; 以及 切换模块, 其设置成接收到上报模块的通知后, 如接收到所述目标小区 的群组资源的配置信息, 则发起切换。
20、 如权利要求 18所述的终端, 其中:
上报模块通过如下方式向本终端归属的基站发送切换请求消息, 其中携 带请求建立群组资源的目标小区的信息:
上报模块查询本地保存的所述组呼下已建立群组资源的小区列表, 如本 终端要切换到的目标小区不在所述小区列表中, 则判断本终端想要切换到的 目标小区未建立所述组呼的群组资源; 向归属的基站发送切换请求消息, 其 中携带一个或多个请求建立群组资源的目标小区的信息。
21、 一种宽带集群通信系统, 包括:
基站, 其设置成判断是否接收到本基站下的非话权用户发送的切换请求 消息, 如果是, 则判断请求建立群组资源的目标小区是否为本基站下的小区, 如果是本基站下的小区, 则在本基站下为所述目标小区建立所述组呼的群组 资源, 建立成功后, 将所述目标小区的群组资源的配置信息发送给所述非话 权用户; 如果不是本基站下的小区, 则通知所述目标小区归属的基站为所述 目标小区建立所述组呼的群组资源, 接收目标小区归属的基站发送的目标小 区的群组资源配置信息并转发给所述非话权用户;
其中, 所述切换请求消息中携带所述非话权用户请求建立群组资源的目 标小区的信息。
22、 如权利要求 21所述的系统, 其中:
非话权用户归属的基站如判断出请求建立群组资源的目标小区是本基站 下的小区, 在本基站下为所述目标小区建立所述组呼的群组资源, 建立成功
后, 将所述目标小区的群组资源的配置信息发送给所述非话权用户, 包括以 下方式的任意一种:
所述非话权用户归属的基站如判断目标小区是本基站下的小区, 则判断 所述目标小区是否满足切换条件, 如果是, 则在所述目标小区下建立所述组 呼的群组资源, 建立成功后, 将所述目标小区的群组资源的配置信息发送给 所述非话权用户; 以及
所述非话权用户归属的基站如判断目标小区是本基站下的小区, 则判断 所述目标小区是否满足切换条件, 如果是, 则向集群调度服务器 PDS发送资 源建立请求, 其中携带目标小区所属基站的标识和目标小区的标识;
PDS接收到所述非话权用户归属的基站发送的资源建立请求, 向基站发 送资源建立响应, 其中携带资源建立指示信息;
所述非话权用户归属的基站接收到所述 PDS的资源建立响应后, 根据资 源建立指示信息在所述目标小区下建立所述组呼的群组资源, 建立成功后, 将所述目标小区的群组资源的配置信息发送给所述非话权用户。
23、 如权利要求 21所述的系统, 其中:
所述非话权用户归属的基站如判断目标小区不是本基站下的小区, 则通 知所述目标小区归属的基站为所述目标小区建立所述组呼的群组资源, 接收 目标小区归属的基站发送的目标小区的群组资源配置信息并转发给所述非话 权用户, 包括以下方式的任意一种:
所述非话权用户归属的基站如判断目标小区不是本基站下的小区, 则判 断所述目标小区是否满足切换条件, 如果是, 则向集群调度服务器 PDS发送 资源建立请求, 其中携带目标小区所属基站的标识和目标小区的标识;
所述 PDS接收到所述非话权用户归属的基站发送的资源建立请求后, 通 知目标小区所属基站为所述目标小区建立所述组呼的群组资源, 其中携带资 源建立指示信息;
目标小区所属基站接收到 PDS的通知后, 根据资源建立指示信息为所述 目标小区建立所述组呼的群组资源, 建立成功后, 向所述 PDS发送目标小区 的群组资源配置信息;
所述 PDS接收到目标小区的群组资源配置信息后将所述群组资源配置信 息转发给所述非话权用户归属的基站, 再由所述非话权用户归属的基站将所 述群组资源配置信息转发给所述非话权用户; 以及
所述非话权用户归属的基站如判断目标小区不是本基站下的小区, 则判 断所述目标小区是否满足切换条件, 如果是, 则向目标小区所属基站发送资 源建立请求, 其中携带目标小区所属基站的标识和目标小区的标识;
所述目标小区所属基站收到所述资源建立请求后, 判断本基站是否在除 所述目标小区之外的其他小区下为所述组呼建立过群组资源, 如已建立过, 则直接为所述目标小区建立所述组呼的群组资源; 如未建立过, 则向 PDS转 发所述资源建立请求; 所述 PDS接收到所述目标小区所属基站发送的资源建 立请求后, 向目标小区归属的基站发送资源建立响应, 其中携带资源建立指 示信息; 所述目标小区归属的基站接收到所述 PDS的资源建立响应后, 根据 资源建立指示信息在所述目标小区下建立所述组呼的群组资源; 目标小区下 的群组资源建立成功后, 将所述目标小区的群组资源的配置信息发送给所述 非话权用户归属的基站, 再由非话权用户归属的基站将所述目标小区的群组 资源的配置信息转发给非话权用户。
24、 如权利要求 21所述的系统, 其中:
所述切换条件包括:所述目标小区为所述非话权用户所在小区的邻小区 , 且所述目标小区支持集群功能。
25、 如权利要求 21-24中任一项所述的基站, 其中:
所述宽带集群通信系统为基于长期演进 LTE技术的宽带集群通信系统。
