Abstract
一种无底防雨鞋套,包括鞋套(20)、弹性组件(21)及多个扣固件(22)。鞋套为一体射出成型或者热压成型。鞋套的侧面具有一开放式缺口,在缺口的边缘处设置黏性组件(201)。在鞋套的两侧壁面形成定位件(200)。弹性组件(21)设在鞋套底部,并且弹性组件(21)通过扣固件(22)被固定在鞋套两侧的定位件(200)之间。
Description
无底防雨鞋套的改良结构 技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种无底防雨鞋套的改良结构, 尤指一种 以一体成型制作的雨鞋套, 可提高整体的耐用性与可任意形体 折合收纳。
背景技术:
因海岛型气候的国家常有突来的大雨状况, 而在下雨时所 使用的遮蔽用具就属雨衣及雨伞等, 但仅遮蔽上衣及裤子, 而 裤管及鞋袜部分则常吸附大量的雨水, 让人们相当的困扰, 对 骑士而言目前市面上的雨鞋套为有底式的鞋套, 而雨鞋套的鞋 型仅为传统单一型式, 无法因应各类的鞋型, 导致穿脱麻烦或 不易穿戴等现象, 对雨伞族及机车族而言, 就无便利鞋套可穿 戴。
而申请人先前于中国台湾申请的申请号: 1 002 1 2069的「无 底防雨鞋套之结构改良」, 其中如图 1所示, 该无底防雨鞋套 1 以一体成型设置, 于顶面处延伸形成具凹槽的凸部 1 1, 提供夹 固片 1 2所嵌套夹固, 又于一侧形成缺口状并设置黏扣件, 提供 快速穿戴的雨鞋套,该夹固片可因应各式鞋型作紧密包覆夹固, 提供骑士或行人或登山客于使用时可兼具防雨、 防寒、 防虫、 蛇咬伤的功能。
然而, 该案中的无底防雨鞋套的包覆是以金属的夹固片作 为紧密的夹固, 于收纳时较不便折合收纳, 故, 申请人经思考 与设计, 该鞋套及包覆处以一体成型制作, 再以一弹性组件由 鞋底部向上与鞋套两侧固持, 于收纳时可减少组件干扰更便利 折收, 已改善前案中的缺失。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是: 针对上述现有技术中 的不足, 提供一种无底防雨鞋套的改良结构, 该鞋套以一体射 出成型, 于侧边呈一开放式缺口, 且于两侧边形成定位件, 而 于鞋套底部设置一弹性组件, 以扣固件固持于鞋套两侧之定位 件, 以提供鞋套与鞋子间之固持, 更可以任意形体折合缩小体 积便于收纳。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是: 一种无底防雨鞋套的改良结构, 至少包括鞋套、 弹性组件及数 个扣固件所组构, 其特点是: 该鞋套为一体射出成型或热压成 型并呈长靴状, 于侧边呈一开放式缺口, 并设置数个黏性组件, 鞋套底部形呈无底状, 而鞋顶面形成横向凸部及纵向凸紋, 又 凸部两侧形成定位件, 该定位件提供弹性组件所对应, 而弹性 组件于端部形成扣部, 由扣固件将弹性组件固持于鞋套的凸部 两侧定位件间。
所述鞋套的材质选自黏性硅胶材(Sticky Silicone)、 热塑 性弹性体(TPE, Thermoplastic Elastomer) , 热塑性橡胶(TPR, ThermoplasticRubber) , 聚氯乙烯(PVC,
Poly vinyl chloride)、 或热塑性聚胺基甲酸酯(TPU,
Thermoplastic Pol yurethane)。 所述鞋套的材质选自黏性硅胶 发泡体、 热塑性弹性发泡体、 热塑性橡胶发泡体、 聚氯乙烯发 泡体、 或热塑性聚胺基甲酸酯发泡体。
所述鞋套的黏性组件为黏性硅胶膜或黏扣带。 所述无底防 雨鞋套的弹性组件为蛇形弹簧或弹簧条。 所述鞋套的凸部的定 位件为与鞋套一体成型的穿孔、 凸柱或挂耳。 所述鞋套具套筒, 于套筒内缘设置具保暧的毛料或绒布。 该防雨鞋套于一开放式

具体实施方式:
首先, 请同时 阅图 2及图 3所示, 图中见悉, 该无底防 雨鞋套 2 由鞋套 20 弹性组件 2 1及数个扣固件 22所结合, 其 中该鞋套 20 由一体射出成型或热压成型并呈长靴状,如以热压 成型制成, 其优点可使整体厚度更轻薄, 于侧边呈一开放式缺 口, 且于缺口边缘处设置黏性组件 20 1, 该黏性组件 20 1 以一 宽一窄对应设置, 以适应不同腿径及鞋长的调整, 而黏性组件 20 1亦可为黏性硅胶膜或黏扣带所实施, 且黏性硅胶膜实施于 鞋套 20侧边呈一开放式缺口时, 可为一侧或两侧设置所实施,
又于鞋套 20表面形成横向环状的凸部 202及纵向的凸紋 203, 提供鞋套 20整体支撑性,而凸部 202两侧壁面形成定位件 200, 提供弹性组件 21及扣固件 22对应固持;
该弹性组件 21具适当变形裕度, 并于两端部形成扣部 210, 设置于鞋套 20底部, 而该扣部 210则与鞋套 20两侧的定 位件 200对应, 并以扣固件 22嵌扣固持, 其中弹性组件 21 可 为蛇形弹簧或弹簧条所实施;
该扣固件 22为一栓体, 提供弹性组件 21 的扣部 210与鞋 套 20 的定位件 200 间的固持; 又, 该鞋套 20 的材质可为黏性 硅胶材、 热塑性弹性体、 热塑性橡胶、 聚氯乙烯、 热塑性聚胺 基甲酸酯所实施或前述各材的发泡体所实施, 其中如以黏性硅 胶材设置, 于一侧的开放式缺口亦可无须使用黏性组件 201 的 设置, 该可自行相互黏贴, 又于鞋套 20 的套筒 204 内部环围可 设置毛料材或绒布材所实施, 以提供增加保暧的机能性, 藉此 该无底防雨鞋套 2 以一体射出成型或热压成型设置, 且鞋底部 以无底状呈现, 于鞋套侧面呈开放式缺口, 并以弹性组件 21 及扣固件 22 的固持, 以提供穿戴及折合收纳的便利性。
再请同时参阅图 4a、 图 4b及图 4c所示, 图中见悉, 该 无底防雨鞋套 2 由鞋套 20、 弹性组件 21及数个扣固件 22所结 合, 其中鞋套 20 以一体射出成型设置, 并于侧边呈一开放式缺 口, 又鞋套 20顶面横向形成凸部 202提供支撑性, 该凸部 202 两侧设有穿孔状的定位件 200, 提供弹性组件 21 由鞋套 20底 部向上扣置, 使弹性组件 21 的扣部 210与定位件 200对应, 再 以扣固件 22贯穿固持此为最佳实施例, 亦可为弹性组件 21 直 接挂持于定位件 200 间;
而另一实施例, 如图 4b及图 4c所示, 该设于鞋套 20 的
凸部 202两侧的定位件 200可为与鞋套 20—体射出成型或热压 成型同时设置,而定位件 200可为具穿孔 2000 的挂耳或凸柱所 实施, 其中挂耳状的定位件 200系将弹性组件 21 的扣部 210 挂持于该穿孔 2000 间, 另凸柱状的定位件 200系将弹性组件 21 的扣部 210穿设于凸柱间, 藉此可减少组件的使用, 更增加 便利性。
综此, 前述说明书中, 本实用新型以特定具体实施例为参 考来描述, 然而显然各种的修正与改变都不脱离本实用新型宽 广的精神与范围。 而该对应的说明与图示用来加以说明而非限 制本实用新型的范畴。 因此, 表示本实用新型应涵盖所有出现 在本实用新型的附加的申请专利范围与其相等项的修正与变 化。
Claims
1、 种无底防雨鞋套的改良 , 至少 '包括鞋 、 弹性组 件及数个扣固件所组构, 其特征在于 : 所述鞋套为 体射出成 型或热压成型并呈长靴状, 于侧边呈 开放式缺口 并设 数 个黏性组件, 鞋套底部形呈无底状 而鞋顶面形成横向凸部及 纵向凸紋 , 又凸部两侧形成定位件 该定位件提供弹性组件所 对应, 而弹性组件于端部形成扣部 由扣固件将弹性组件固持 于鞋套的凸部两侧定位件间。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的无底防雨鞋套的改良结构, 其特征 在于: 所述鞋套的材质选自黏性硅胶发泡体、 热塑性弹性发泡 体、 热塑性橡胶发泡体、 聚氯乙烯发泡体、 或热塑性聚胺基甲 酸酯发泡体。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的无底防雨鞋套的改良结构, 其特征 在于: 所述鞋套的黏性组件为黏性硅胶膜或黏扣带。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的无底防雨鞋套的改良结构, 其特征 在于: 所述无底防雨鞋套的弹性组件为蛇形弹簧或弹簧条。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的无底防雨鞋套的改良结构, 其特征 在于: 所述鞋套的凸部的定位件为与鞋套一体成型的穿孔、 凸 柱或挂耳。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的无底防雨鞋套的改良结构, 其特征 在于: 所述鞋套具套筒, 于套筒内缘设置具保暧的毛料或绒布。
