Abstract
Description
- This application claims the benefits of priority to Taiwan Patent Application Nos. 108120386 and 109111680, filed on Jun. 11, 2019 and Apr. 6, 2020, respectively. The entire content of the above identified applications is incorporated herein by reference.
- Some references, which may include patents, patent applications and various publications, may be cited and discussed in the description of this disclosure. The citation and/or discussion of such references is provided merely to clarify the description of the present disclosure and is not an admission that any such reference is “prior art” to the disclosure described herein. All references cited and discussed in this specification are incorporated herein by reference in their entireties and to the same extent as if each reference was individually incorporated by reference.
- The present disclosure relates to a pair of shoes and shoe insert covers thereof, and more particularly to slippers with a replaceable surface material.
- Walking in slippers on a hot summer day can prevent feet of a person from being encased and reduce the stifling feeling.
- However, some people's feet are more prone to sweating, and the sweat creates a slippery feeling between the skin of the foot sole and the insole of the slipper, resulting in skin discomfort. Worse still, the slipper may come off due to wetness and slippage, and may cause occurrence of accidents. Therefore, improvements are required.
- TW Patent No. TWM550054 discloses a shoe insert (referring to
FIG. 3a ) in which amassage particle 12 is adhered to the shoe insert via anadhesive surface 121. However, this invention is merely a technique of adding massage particles onto the shoe insert, and does not disclose any content about replacing a surface material of a slipper. - TW Patent No. TWM240106 discloses a slipper, in which a massage shoe insert 20 provided with
massage protrusions 22 can be adhered to the insole of the slipper via aback hook surface 21 according to the demand of a user. - However, the present disclosure aims to disclose a slipper with a strap having a top end; attaching manners and main objectives of the present disclosure are different from those of the foregoing two cases, which will be described in detail below.
- A main objective of the present disclosure is to enable a user to choose a surface material of a pair of shoes, i.e., slippers, and shoe insert covers thereof.
- Another objective of the present disclosure is to facilitate the user to easily replace the surface material of a slipper.
- Still another objective of the present disclosure is to provide a comfort layer with a slit, so as to be attached to a slipper with a strap having a top end.
- Yet still another objective of the present disclosure is to facilitate the user to replace the surface material of the slipper, where a fastening part is disposed on a shoe sole and is fastened to a flat sock.
- A further objective of the present disclosure is to provide a shoe insert cover fixed to a shoe insert, so that the user may place the shoe insert cover into a shoe and use it to absorb the sweat, without the need to wear socks.
- These and other aspects of the present disclosure will become apparent from the following description of the embodiment taken in conjunction with the following drawings and their captions, although variations and modifications therein may be affected without departing from the spirit and scope of the novel concepts of the disclosure.

- The present disclosure discloses a slipper which enables a user to replace a surface material according to his/her personal use habits.
- Reference is made to
FIG. 1a , which shows a first embodiment of the present disclosure. A first fixedlayer 1 is fixed between asole portion 31 of aslipper 3 and astrap 33, atop end 331 of thestrap 33 passes through a viahole 11 in the first fixedlayer 1 to fasten thestrap 33 to thesole portion 31. During assembly of theslipper 3, thesole portion 31, the first fixedlayer 1, and thestrap 33 are first provided; the first fixedlayer 1 is fixed to thesole portion 31; and thetop end 331 of thestrap 33 passes through the viahole 11 in the first fixedlayer 1 to fasten thestrap 33 to thesole portion 31. - Referring to
FIG. 1b ,FIG. 1b shows the first fixedlayer 1 provided with the viahole 11 through which thetop end 331 of thestrap 33 passes. Alower surface 15 of the first fixedlayer 1 faces thesole portion 31 of theslipper 3 and is used to contact thesole portion 31 of theslipper 3. Anupper surface 13 of the first fixedlayer 1 faces thestrap 33. When a user wears theslipper 3, the foot of the user is situated between theupper surface 13 and thestrap 33. - In an embodiment, the
upper surface 13 is a pile surface. When the first fixedlayer 1 is disposed on thesole portion 31 of the slipper 3 (thelower surface 15 may be fixed to thesole portion 31 by a double-faced adhesive tape or an adhesive), the user can directly step on the pileupper surface 13 to wear theslipper 3. - As shown in
FIGS. 1c and 1d , if the user wants to change a material which his/her foot sole contacts, a lower surface 555 (which is a hook surface in this embodiment) of a comfort layer 5 (a type of flat sock) is attached to theupper surface 13 of the first fixedlayer 1, so that thelower surface 555 and the upper surface 13 (which is a pile surface in this embodiment) are fastened to each other. As shown inFIG. 1d , an attachinglayer 553 and acontact layer 551 are bonded (by, for example, adhering with an adhesive or a double-faced adhesive tape, or sewing) on thelower surface 555, to form thecomfort layer 5. An attaching manner is as follows: A slit 51 passes through thetop end 331 of thestrap 33 until a viahole 53 is fixed to thetop end 331, and then thelower surface 555 and theupper surface 13 are pressed to bond together. Thus, the foot sole of the user can contact a material of thecontact layer 551. - There are several differences between the structure of the present disclosure and the related art shown by a comparison between
FIG. 1c andFIG. 3b . In the related art shown inFIG. 3b , connected pieces of a slipper are required to be pulled apart, so that the user can attach amassage shoe insert 20 to an insole. However, as shown in the embodiment of the present disclosure shown inFIG. 1c , without the need to pull apart or cut thestrap 33, only theslit 51 is required to pass through thetop end 331 of thestrap 33 until the viahole 53 is fixed to thetop end 331, to attach thecomfort layer 5. - By comparing
FIGS. 1c, 1e, and 1f , it can be learned that the difference there-between lies in the orientation of theslit 51, which may bring different effects. - In
FIG. 1c , theslit 51 extends from the viahole 53 towards front ends of the toes. Such a design makes it easy to move thecomfort layer 5 onto the first fixedlayer 1. Moreover, after the viahole 53 is fixed to thetop end 331, thecomfort layer 5 is attached to the first fixedlayer 1 along a direction from the front ends of the toes towards the heel. However, theslit 51 in such an orientation may appear unaesthetic. The main reason is that if theslit 51 cannot be tightly closed, the resulting relatively large space in front of the toes is easily seen by others when the user wears slippers. Consequently, a discontinuous pattern of thecomfort layer 5 is obvious, thereby affecting the appearance. - In
FIG. 1d , theslit 51 extends from the viahole 53 towards a lateral side of the big toe, making it easier to move thecomfort layer 5 onto the first fixedlayer 1. Moreover, after the viahole 53 is fixed to thetop end 331, thecomfort layer 5 is attached to the first fixedlayer 1 along a direction from the front ends of the toes towards the heel. Compared to the orientation inFIG. 1c , the orientation of theslit 51 inFIG. 1e makes it more difficult to fix the viahole 53. The main reason is that it is first required to move theslit 51 along a direction opposite to the big toe, before moving theslit 51 to pass through thetop end 331. After thetop end 331 enters theslit 51, theslit 51 is moved towards the big toe until the viahole 53 is fixed to thetop end 331. However, such a design alleviates the unaesthetic effect compared to that inFIG. 1c . The main reason is that the big toe of the user is located above the slit 51 (thetop end 331 is mostly held between the big toe and the index toe) when the user wears the slipper. Even when the pattern of thecomfort layer 5 is discontinuous as theslit 51 cannot be tightly closed, the discontinuous pattern is not easily seen such that the appearance is unaffected. - In
FIG. 1f , theslit 51 extends from the viahole 53 towards a lateral side of the little toe. Such a design minimizes the adverse effect of the discontinuous pattern created by theslit 51. Theslit 51 is located beneath the index toe, the middle toe, the fourth toe, and the little toe. Therefore, even when theslit 51 creates the discontinuous pattern, the discontinuous pattern is covered by the four toes when the user wears the slipper and only a small section (from the outer side of the little toe to the edge of the sole portion 31) of the pattern is exposed. The exposed section is not easily noticed by others because it is on the outmost side. Therefore, the design inFIG. 1e is unlikely to bring an unaesthetic effect as compared with the designs inFIGS. 1c and 1 e. - However, the design in
FIG. 1f makes it relatively difficult to move thecomfort layer 5 onto the first fixedlayer 1. The main reason is that it is first required to move an opening of theslit 51 to thetop end 331 before moving thetop end 331 into theslit 51. However, because a space (near a side of the big toe) at the inner side of thetop end 331 is smaller than a space (near a side of the index toe) at the outer side, the user needs to first properly squeeze the whole comfort layer 5 (which is a difficult operation) before successfully making thetop end 331 enter theslit 51. Afterwards, the top end is moved along theslit 51 until the viahole 53 is fixed to thetop end 331. Only in this way, can thecomfort layer 5 be attached to the first fixedlayer 1 along a direction from the front ends of the toes towards the heel, so that the foot skin of the user contacts different materials. - Reference is made to
FIGS. 1g and 1h , which show another embodiment of the present disclosure. The first fixedlayer 1 is provided with a hook surface on itsupper surface 13, and contacts (or is fixed onto) thesole portion 31 via thelower surface 15. An object with a pile surface may be hooked by the hook surface once the two surfaces are in contact. - The
comfort layer 5 inFIG. 1g has a three-tier structure, in which theupper surface 551 the user contacts may be made of cotton, wool, or polyester fiber. Thelower surface 555 of thecomfort layer 5 may be a pile surface, and thelower surface 555 and theupper surface 551 are fastened to each other via the attachinglayer 553. When thelower surface 555 of thecomfort layer 5 contacts theupper surface 13 of the first fixedlayer 1, they can be fastened together. If the user wants to replace thecomfort layer 5 with anothercomfort layer 5, the user only need to remove thecomfort layer 5 from theupper surface 13 to easily implement replacement. - Referring to
FIG. 1h , thecomfort layer 5 has a simple design, which may have a single layer made of cotton, wool, or polyester fiber. Thecomfort layer 5 can be easily attached or removed by the user to/from theupper surface 13. - Referring to
FIG. 1i ,FIG. 1i shows a first fixedlayer 1 capable of being removed from a slipper in another embodiment of the present disclosure, where the first fixedlayer 1 has a via hole 11 (used to be fixed to a top end of a strap) and a slit 111 (used to enable the top end to be moved from an opening of theslit 111 to the viahole 11 and caught in the via hole). In this embodiment, an upper surface of the first fixedlayer 1 is a hook surface, while in another embodiment the upper surface of the first fixedlayer 1 is a pile surface. Moreover, theslit 111 extends from the viahole 11 towards front ends of the toes in this embodiment. In other embodiments, theslit 111 may extend from the viahole 11 towards the big toe; or in another embodiment, theslit 11 may extend from the viahole 11 towards the little toe. - Reference is made to
FIG. 1j , which shows a manner for attaching thecomfort layer 5 to the first fixedlayer 1, and a corresponding structure. The first fixedlayer 1 is fixed on thesole portion 31. Before attaching thecomfort layer 5 to the first fixedlayer 1, anon-adhesive layer 19 may be first disposed there-between, which is neither adhered to the first fixedlayer 1 nor thecomfort layer 5. First, the top end of the strap is moved from the opening of theslit 51 of thecomfort layer 5 into the viahole 53. After confirming that thecomfort layer 5 and the first fixedlayer 1 are closely bonded, thenon-adhesive layer 19 is drawn away, thus properly attaching thecomfort layer 5 onto the first fixedlayer 1. Thenon-adhesive layer 19 may be made from fabric, paper, or gauze; and is characterized by being adhered to neither the first fixedlayer 1 nor thecomfort layer 5. Thenon-adhesive layer 19 may also have a slit, so that the top end of the strap can be moved through it. - The embodiment shown in
FIG. 1j greatly differs from the related art shown inFIG. 3b . In the related art shown inFIG. 3b , it is required to particularly pull apart the connected pieces before attaching themassage shoe insert 20 to the insole. However, by the embodiment shown inFIG. 1j , it is only required to use the non-adhesive layer. First, the non-adhesive layer is sandwiched between the first fixedlayer 1 and thecomfort layer 5 without sticking to them. Thus, the first fixedlayer 1 and thecomfort layer 5 can be arranged in positions where they are easily attached to each other. After the non-adhesive layer is drawn away, the first fixedlayer 1 and thecomfort layer 5 can be properly attached to each other. - Refer to
FIG. 1k , which shows a detailed structure of thecomfort layer 5. When thecomfort layer 5 is designed in two or more tiers, these tiers may be sewn together by stitches 55. For example, thelower surface 555 and thecontact layer 551 are sewn together (in the foregoing embodiment shown inFIG. 1j , there is an attachinglayer 553 between thelower surface 555 and the contact layer 551), so that they are firmly fixed together. - Reference is made to
FIG. 2a , which shows an embodiment of the present disclosure. Astrap 33 of a slipper at the left side is covered by a second fixedlayer 7, while that at the right side is not covered. In this embodiment, a first fixedlayer 1 may be fixed on asole portion 31. - In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the structure of the second fixed
layer 7 is shown inFIGS. 2b and 2c .FIG. 2b shows asurface 71 of the second fixedlayer 7, andFIG. 2c shows aninner surface 73 andfastening portions 75 provided thereon. The second fixedlayer 7 may be fixed on thestrap 33 via thefastening portions 75. The second fixedlayer 7 is V-shaped, so as to match the shape of thestrap 33 and be suitably fixed on thestrap 33. The plurality offastening portions 75 is arranged on designed positions (referring toFIG. 2d , which is a sectional view ofFIG. 2a along line AA′), and is symmetrically distributed on the two long sides. At least onefastening portion 75 is disposed on aninner side 771 and anouter side 773 respectively. Some sections at theinner side 771 and theouter side 773 are not provided with thefastening portions 75, so that the second fixedlayer 7 can be bent along thestrap 33 via these sections. If thefastening portions 75 are distributed all over theinner surface 73 of the second fixedlayer 7 from theinner side 771 to theouter side 773, there is insufficient space on the inner surface as the second fixedlayer 7 bends along thestrap 33, causing the second fixedlayer 7 to be excessively pushed and squeezed and easily fell off. In addition, the second fixedlayer 7 has aconcave portion 79 corresponding in position to a top end of thestrap 33. Theconcave portion 79 prevents the top end from being covered by the second fixedlayer 7, thus allowing the top end to be exposed. - In the embodiment shown in
FIGS. 2c and 2d , the width (a distance from theinner side 771 to the outer side 773) of the second fixedlayer 7 is designed to approximate a sum of widths of a lower side, a lateral side, and an upper side of thestrap 33. That is, the width of the second fixedlayer 7 is greater than or equal to two times the width of thestrap 33, but less than three times the width of thestrap 33. - In another embodiment shown in
FIGS. 2e and 2f , the second fixed layer is much wider than that inFIGS. 2c and 2d . Its width is designed to be greater than or equal to two and a half times the width of thestrap 33, but less than four times the width of thestrap 33. Because of the relatively large width, after thefastening portions 75 near theinner side 771 of the second fixedlayer 7 are fixed to thestrap 33, thefastening portions 75 near theouter side 773 are made to be twisted around thestrap 33 and directly adhered onto thesurface 71. In this way, when the user wears the slipper, his/her instep is in contact with the second fixed layer 7 (rather than the strap 33), so that the user can select the material (namely, the second fixed layer 7) his/her foot contacts with. - In the embodiments shown in
FIGS. 2b to 2f , thefastening portions 75 are adhesive and can be adhered to a contacted material, which may be a double-faced adhesive tape, an adhesive having a repeatable adhesion capacity, or the like. In an embodiment shown inFIG. 2g , thefastening portions 75 that are near theinner side 771 and theouter side 773 are made of different materials. For example, when thefastening portions 75 near theinner side 771 have a Velcro® hook surface thefastening portions 75 near theouter side 773 can have a pile surface. Thus, thefastening portions 75 of two different textures can be fastened together once in contact. Vice versa, when thefastening portions 75 near theinner side 771 have a Velcro pile surface, thefastening portions 75 near theouter side 773 have a hook surface. - In an embodiment shown in
FIG. 2h , thefastening portions 75 are made of different materials. For example, when thefastening portion 75 adhered to thestrap 33 has a Velcro pile surface, the fastening portion 75 (not shown in the figure) adhered to the second fixedlayer 7 has a hook surface. Thus, thefastening portions 75 of two different textures can be fastened together once in contact. Moreover, if thefastening portion 75 adhered to thestrap 33 has a pile surface, the user can directly wear the slipper because the material of the pile surface is soft and comfortable, without the need to adhere any material to the strap, avoiding affecting the original function of the strap. Alternatively, if thefastening portion 75 adhered to thestrap 33 has a Velcro hook surface, provided that the fastening portion 75 (not shown in the figure) adhered to the second fixedlayer 7 has a pile surface or the material of the second fixedlayer 7 can be caught on by the Velcro hook surface (for example, the second fixedlayer 7 has a pile surface), the second fixedlayer 7 can be fixed on thestrap 33 once the hook surface and the pile surface are in contact. - In an embodiment shown in
FIGS. 4a and 4b , a front side and a back side of a flat sock 91 (which is the aforementioned comfort layer) are respectively shown, and asock body 911 and a joiningportion 913 are fixed together. Thesock body 911 has afront side 911 a and aback side 911 b as shown inFIG. 4b ), and is made of a sweat-absorbing material which may be one or a combination of various materials such as cotton, polyester fiber, elastomer, and the like. The joiningportion 913 is presented in different forms in different embodiments, and therefore is shown by dotted lines. -
FIGS. 4c and 4d are respectively a right view and a left view of theflat sock 91. As shown inFIGS. 4c and 4d , thesock body 911 has afront side 911 a and aback side 911 b which are fixed together with a joiningportion 913.FIGS. 4e and 4f are respectively a front view and a back view of theflat sock 91. As shown inFIGS. 4e and 4f , thesock body 911 has afront side 911 a and aback side 911 b which are fixed together with a joiningportion 913. -
FIG. 4g is a perspective view of this embodiment. Thesock body 911 has afront side 911 a (and aback side 911 b), and is connected to the joiningportion 913 in this embodiment. Theflat sock 91 is used to be adhered to aninsole 933 of ashoe 93, and reference is made to an embodiment shown inFIGS. 4h to 4i .FIG. 4h shows a status in which theflat sock 91 does not contact theshoe 93. Theshoe 93 has an upper 931, theinsole 933, and ashoe sole 935. The upper 931 and the shoe sole 935 are fastened to each other, and theinsole 933 is arranged between the upper 931 and theshoe sole 935. When a user wears theshoe 93, his/her instep is in contact with the upper 931, and the foot sole is in contact with theinsole 933. Whereas when the user steps on the ground, the shoe sole 935 lies between theinsole 933 and the ground.FIG. 4i shows a status in which theflat sock 91 is attached to theinsole 933 of theshoe 93 and covers theinsole 933, but the joiningportion 913 has not yet been fixed thereon.FIG. 4j shows a status in which the joiningportion 913 is fixed to theshoe 93, and theflat sock 91 completely covers theinsole 933. In this embodiment, the joiningportion 913 is fixed to theshoe sole 935, while in other embodiments the joiningportion 913 may be fixed to theinsole 933. When theflat sock 91 completely covers theinsole 933 and the user wears theshoe 93, theflat sock 91 lies between the foot sole of the user and theinsole 933. - Viewed from an arrow AA′ in
FIG. 4j , a schematic diagram is shown inFIG. 4k . Theback side 911 b of theflat sock 91 is attached to theinsole 933 of theshoe 93, so that theflat sock 91 lies between the upper 931 and theshoe sole 935, and is fastened to theshoe sole 935 via the joiningportion 913. When the user wears theshoe 93 and steps on thefront side 911 a of theflat sock 91, theback side 911 b of theflat sock 91 can be firmly fixed on theinsole 933, without causing a slide. -
FIG. 5a is a schematic diagram showing that theflat sock 91 is fastened to the shoe sole 935 (by a fastening region B2) of theshoe 93 via the joining portion 913 (by a fastening region B1), so that theback side 911 b of theflat sock 91 is attached onto theinsole 933. There are many manners in which the joiningportion 913 is fastened to theshoe sole 935, and various embodiments are listed below. - An embodiment shown in
FIG. 5b illustrates a detailed structure of the joiningportion 913 in a fastening region B1. The joiningportion 913 includes a fastening structure 9130 (in a sheet shape) and afastening part 9131 which is, for example, one half of a snap fastener, fixed thereon. In this embodiment, thefastening part 9131 has a convex structure. A fastening region B2 of theshoe sole 935 is provided with afastening part 9351 which is the other half of the snap fastener. In this embodiment, thefastening part 9351 has a concave structure. Therefore, thefastening parts portion 913 and the shoe sole 935 are fastened to each other. A manner of fixing thefastening part 9131 on the sheet-shapedstructure 9130 may be sewing, adhering with an adhesive, pressing, or the like. A manner of fixing thefastening part 9351 in the fastening region B2 of the shoe sole 935 may be sewing, adhering with an adhesive, pressing, nailing, or the like. - In another embodiment, the
fastening part 9131 may have a recessed structure, while thefastening part 9351 may have a convex structure. Provided that the two structures are different, they can be fitted into each other and fastened together. In still another embodiment, the two sides of the joiningportion 913 may be separately provided with afastening part 9131. Thus, the user can freely select one of the twofastening parts 9131 to be fastened to thefastening part 9351. - An embodiment shown in
FIG. 5c illustrates a detailed structure of the joiningportion 913 in the fastening region B1. The joiningportion 913 includes a fastening structure 9130 (in a sheet shape) and afastening part 9131 fixed thereon. In this embodiment, thefastening part 9131 is a magnet. The fastening region B2 of theshoe sole 935 is provided with afastening part 9351 which is a magnet in this embodiment. Therefore, after thefastening parts portion 913 and the shoe sole 935 can be fastened to each other. A manner of fixing thefastening part 9131 on thefastening structure 9130 may be sewing, adhering with an adhesive, pressing, or the like. A manner of fixing thefastening part 9351 in the fastening region B2 of the shoe sole 935 may be sewing, adhering with an adhesive, pressing, nailing, or the like. - An embodiment shown in
FIG. 5d illustrates a detailed structure of the joiningportion 913 in the fastening region B1. The joiningportion 913 includes a fastening structure 9130 (in a sheet shape) and afastening part 9131 fixed thereon. In this embodiment, thefastening part 9131 is a hook. The fastening region B2 of theshoe sole 935 has afastening part 9351, which is a fastener, fixedly provided thereon in this embodiment. Therefore, after thefastening parts portion 913 and the shoe sole 935 can be fastened to each other. A manner of fixing thefastening part 9131 on thefastening structure 9130 may be sewing, adhering with an adhesive, pressing, or the like. A manner of fixing thefastening part 9351 in the fastening region B2 of the shoe sole 935 may be sewing, adhering with an adhesive, pressing, nailing, or the like. - An embodiment shown in
FIG. 5e illustrates a detailed structure of the joiningportion 913 in thefastening region B 1. The joiningportion 913 includes a fastening structure 9130 (in a sheet shape) and afastening part 9131 fixed thereon. In this embodiment, thefastening part 9131 is a hole. The fastening region B2 of theshoe sole 935 has afastening part 9351, which is a button, fixedly provided thereon in this embodiment. Therefore, after thefastening parts portion 913 and the shoe sole 935 can be fastened to each other. A manner of fixing thefastening part 9351 in the fastening region B2 of the shoe sole 935 may be sewing, adhering with an adhesive, pressing, nailing, or the like. - An embodiment shown in
FIG. 5f illustrates a detailed structure of the joiningportion 913 in the fastening region B1. The joiningportion 913 includes a fastening structure 9130 (in a strip shape) and afastening part 9131 fixed thereon. Thefastening structure 9130 is fixed on the sock body 911 (the fastening structure may be fixed on thefront side 911 a or theback side 911 b, and different fixing modes may be used in different embodiments), and is connected to thefastening part 9131. The fastening region B2 of theshoe sole 935 has afastening part 9351, which is a button, fixedly provided thereon in this embodiment. Therefore, after thefastening parts sock body 911 and the shoe sole 935 can be fastened to each other. In this embodiment, thefastening part 9131 may be an elastic thread, while in another embodiment thefastening part 9131 may be an inelastic thread (in a strip shape). A manner of fixing thefastening part 9351 in the fastening region B2 of the shoe sole 935 may be sewing, adhering with an adhesive, pressing, nailing, or the like. - An embodiment shown in
FIG. 5g illustrates a detailed structure of the joiningportion 913 in the fastening region B1. The joiningportion 913 includes a fastening structure 9130 (in a strip shape) and afastening part 9131 connected thereto. Thefastening structure 9130 is fixed on the sock body 911 (the fastening structure may be fixed on thefront side 911 a or theback side 911 b, and different fixing modes may be used in different embodiments), and is connected to thefastening part 9131. The fastening region B2 of theshoe sole 935 has afastening part 9351, which is a column fixed in theshoe sole 935, fixedly provided thereon in this embodiment. Therefore, after thefastening parts sock body 911 and the shoe sole 935 can be fastened to each other. In this embodiment, thefastening part 9131 may be an elastic thread, while in another embodiment thefastening part 9131 may be an inelastic thread (in a strip shape). A manner of fixing thefastening part 9351 in the fastening region B2 of the shoe sole 935 may be screwing, nailing, inserting, or the like. - An embodiment shown in
FIG. 5h illustrates a detailed structure of the joiningportion 913 in the fastening region B1. The joiningportion 913 includes a fastening structure 9130 (in a strip shape) and afastening part 9131 connected thereto. Thefastening structure 9130 is fixed on the sock body 911 (the fastening structure may be fixed on thefront side 911 a or theback side 911 b, and different fixing modes may be used in different embodiments), and is connected to thefastening part 9131. A fastening part 9351 (which has a convex structure in this embodiment) is formed on the fastening region B2 of theshoe sole 935. Therefore, after thefastening parts sock body 911 and the shoe sole 935 can be fastened to each other. In this embodiment, thefastening part 9131 may be an elastic thread, while in another embodiment thefastening part 9131 may be an inelastic thread (in a strip shape). A manner of fixing thefastening part 9351 in the fastening region B2 of the shoe sole 935 may be screwing, nailing, inserting, or the like in one embodiment. In another embodiment, thefastening part 9351 and the shoe sole 935 are integrally formed. For example, assuming that theshoe sole 935 is made of wood, a convex structure is left after theshoe sole 935 is formed from wood, to form thefastening part 9351. If theshoe sole 935 is made of plastic, rubber, or other similar materials, of which the shape can be set by injection molding, thefastening part 9351 may be a convex structure integrally formed with theshoe sole 935. In this embodiment, thefastening part 9351 is a hook structure curved downwards.FIG. 5h shows two convex structures, but there may also be only one convex structure. In other embodiments, thefastening part 9351 may not be a hook structure curved downwards, and may be a protrusion that is used to be fastened to thefastening part 9131. - An embodiment shown in
FIG. 5i illustrates a detailed structure of the joiningportion 913 in the fastening region B1. The joiningportion 913 includes a fastening structure 9130 (in a sheet shape) and afastening part 9131 fixed thereon. Afastening part 9351, which is a hole, is formed in the fastening region B2 of theshoe sole 935. Therefore, after thefastening part 9131 is fastened to thefastening part 9351, thesock body 911 and the shoe sole 935 can be fastened to each other. In this embodiment, thefastening part 9131 is formed by two elastic bodies. However, in other embodiments, thefastening part 9131 may also be formed by more than two elastic bodies, so as to be inserted into thefastening part 9351 and be caught therein. Alternatively, thefastening part 9131 is formed by a single elastic body which can laterally expand and be compressed, so as to be caught in thefastening part 9351 after being inserted therein. By a lateral support force, thefastening part 9131 is fixed to theshoe sole 935. - An embodiment shown in
FIG. 5j illustrates a detailed structure of the joiningportion 913 in the fastening region B1. The joiningportion 913 includes a fastening structure 9130 (in a sheet shape) and afastening part 9131 connected thereto. In this embodiment, thefastening part 9131 is one component of a Velcro fastener, and is sewn to thefastening structure 9130. The fastening region B2 of theshoe sole 935 has afastening part 9351, which is the other component of the Velcro fastener, fixedly provided thereon in this embodiment. One of thefastening parts fastening parts sock body 911 and the shoe sole 935 can be fastened to each other. - An embodiment shown in
FIG. 5k illustrates a detailed structure of the joiningportion 913 in the fastening region B1. The joiningportion 913 includes a fastening structure 9130 (in a sheet shape) and afastening part 9131 connected thereto. In this embodiment, thefastening part 9131 is one half of a zipper, and is sewn to thefastening structure 9130. The fastening region B2 of theshoe sole 935 has afastening part 9351, which is the other half of the zipper, fixedly provided thereon in this embodiment. One of thefastening parts pull tab 9131 a, so as to control thefastening parts pull tab 9131 a is disposed on thefastening part 9131, but may be disposed on thefastening part 9351 in other embodiments. Therefore, after thefastening parts sock body 911 and the shoe sole 935 can be fastened to each other. - An embodiment shown in
FIG. 51 illustrates a detailed structure of the joiningportion 913 in the fastening region B1. The joiningportion 913 includes a fastening structure 9130 (which is a hole) and afastening part 9131 connected thereto. In this embodiment, thefastening structure 9130 is formed on thesock body 911, and thefastening part 9131 is one half of a threaded fastener and fixed to thefastening structure 9130. The fastening region B2 of theshoe sole 935 has afastening part 9351, which is the other half of the thread fastener and fixed to theshoe sole 935, fixedly provided thereon in this embodiment. Thefastening parts fastening parts fastening parts sock body 911 and the shoe sole 935 can be fastened to each other. A manner of fixing thefastening part 9351 to the shoe sole 935 may be nailing, locking, pressing, or the like. - An embodiment shown in
FIG. 5m illustrates a detailed structure of the joiningportion 913 in the fastening region B1. The joiningportion 913 includes a fastening structure 9130 (which is a hole) and afastening part 9131 connected thereto. In this embodiment, thefastening structure 9130 is formed on thesock body 911, and thefastening part 9131 is formed by double clasps and fastened to the fastening structure 9130 (that is, one of the double clasps is fastened to the fastening structure 9130). The fastening region B2 of theshoe sole 935 has afastening part 9351, which is a loop and fixed to theshoe sole 935, fixedly provided thereon in this embodiment. When thefastening parts fastening structure 9130, and the other one of the double clasps is fastened to thefastening part 9351. When one of the clasps is removed from thefastening structure 9130 or thefastening part 9351, thesock body 911 and the shoe sole 935 are separate. Therefore, after thefastening part 9131 is fastened to both thefastening structure 9130 and thefastening part 9351, thesock body 911 and the shoe sole 935 can be fastened to each other. When it is required to open the clasp to hook another object (for example, the fastening structure 9130), atab 9131 b is pressed to open afastening component 9131 c to form a hook at a side of one of the clasps, and the hook is passed through and attached to the object (or the object is removed from the clasp). A manner of fixing thefastening part 9351 to the shoe sole 935 may be nailing, locking, pressing, or the like. - In the foregoing embodiments, the joining
portion 913 is mainly fastened to theshoe sole 935. That is, the fastening region B2 is located on theshoe sole 935, and the fastening region B1 is not directly formed on thesock body 911 but on the joiningportion 913. However, in other embodiments, the fastening region B1 of the joiningportion 913 may be directly formed on theback side 911 b (or thefront side 911 a) of thesock body 911, and the fastening region B2 is formed on theinsole 933, as shown inFIGS. 6a and 6b . In an embodiment shown inFIG. 6a , the fastening region B2 is formed on a section corresponding to the toes on theinsole 933. By fixing the fastening region B1 located on thesock body 911 to the fastening region B2, thesock body 911 can be adhered to theinsole 933. - In an embodiment shown in
FIG. 6b , the fastening region B2 is formed on a section corresponding to the heel on theinsole 933. By fixing the fastening region B1 located on thesock body 911 to the fastening region B2, thesock body 911 can be adhered to theinsole 933. - As described in the foregoing embodiments, when the fastening region B2 is formed on the
shoe sole 935, the fastening region B2 may be provided with at least one of thefastening parts 9351 shown inFIGS. 5b to 5m , to achieve fastening. When the fastening region B2 is formed on the insole 933 (as in the embodiments shown inFIGS. 6a and 6b ), the fastening region B2 may be provided with at least one of thefastening parts 9351 shown inFIGS. 5b to 5m , to achieve fastening. The fastening region B1 may be provided with at least one of thefastening parts 9131 shown inFIGS. 5b to 5m , to achieve fastening; and is formed on thesock body 911. - An embodiment shown in
FIG. 7 illustrates a detailed structure in which the fastening region B2 on theshoe sole 935 and the fastening part 9351 (which is, for example, a button in this embodiment) are fastened to each other. Thefastening part 9351 is first fixed onto asurface layer 9353 by sewing, adhering with an adhesive, or another fixing manner; and thesurface layer 9353 is then attached to the shoe sole 935 so as to fasten theshoe sole 935 and thefastening part 9351. Thesurface layer 9353 may be made of one or a combination of the following materials: leather, fabric, cotton, gauze, polyester fiber, and the like. Thesurface layer 9353 may be fixed to the shoe sole 935 in one or a combination of the following manners: sticking, nailing, pressing, and the like; or in combination with other manners. - Referring to
FIGS. 8a to 8c , another embodiment of the present disclosure is disclosed, which aims to relieve discomfort of some people whose feet are more prone to sweating. This embodiment discloses ashoe insert cover 953 which has a shoeinsert cover top 9531 and a shoe insert cover bottom 9533 connected thereto. Aconventional shoe insert 951 may be placed in from an opening in the shoe insert cover bottom 9533 so as to be fixed between the shoeinsert cover bottom 9533 and the shoeinsert cover top 9531.FIG. 8a is a schematic diagram of theshoe insert cover 953 viewed from the shoeinsert cover top 9531. Because the shoe insert cover bottom 9533 cannot be directly seen, the edge of the opening of the shoeinsert cover bottom 9533 is shown by a dotted line.FIG. 8b is a schematic diagram of theshoe insert cover 953 viewed from the shoeinsert cover bottom 9533, and therefore a back side of the shoe insert cover top 9531 can be seen from the opening of the shoeinsert cover bottom 9533.FIG. 8c shows that theshoe insert 951 is placed between the shoeinsert cover bottom 9533 and the shoeinsert cover top 9531, and therefore the back side of the shoe insert cover top 9531 cannot be seen from the opening of the shoe insert cover bottom 9533 (unless theshoe insert 951 is made of a transparent material). Theshoe insert cover 953 is made of one or a combination of the following materials: cotton, fabric, polyester fiber, and the like; or other sweat-absorbing sock materials. When theshoe insert 951 is placed into theshoe insert cover 953, theshoe insert cover 953 and theshoe insert 951 can be placed together into ashoe 9535, as shown inFIG. 8d . Therefore, when wearing theshoe 9535, a user can use theshoe insert cover 953 his/her foot sole contacts to absorb the sweat, without the need to wear socks, thus providing a relatively dry wearing experience and achieving both air-permeating and sweat-absorbing effects. - Referring to
FIGS. 8e to 8f , another embodiment of the present disclosure is disclosed, which aims to relieve discomfort of some people whose feet are more prone to sweating. This embodiment discloses ashoe insert cover 953 which has a shoeinsert cover top 9531 and a shoe insert cover bottom 9533 connected thereto. The shoeinsert cover bottom 9533 is formed by two separate pieces and the two pieces are respectively fixed to the shoeinsert cover top 9531. Aconventional shoe insert 951 may be placed in from an opening between the two pieces of the shoeinsert cover bottom 9533, so as to be fixed between the shoeinsert cover bottom 9533 and the shoeinsert cover top 9531.FIG. 8e is a schematic diagram of theshoe insert cover 953 viewed from the shoeinsert cover bottom 9533, and therefore a back side of the shoe insert cover top 9531 can be seen from the opening between the two pieces of the shoeinsert cover bottom 9533.FIG. 8f shows that theshoe insert 951 is placed between the shoeinsert cover bottom 9533 and the shoeinsert cover top 9531, and therefore the back side of the shoe insert cover top 9531 cannot be seen from the opening between the two pieces of the shoe insert cover bottom 9533 (unless theshoe insert 951 is made of a transparent material). Theshoe insert cover 953 is made of one or a combination of the following materials: cotton, fabric, polyester fiber, and the like; or other sweat-absorbing sock materials. When theshoe insert 951 is placed into theshoe insert cover 953, theshoe insert cover 953 and theshoe insert 951 can be placed together into theshoe 9535. Therefore, when wearing a shoe provided with theshoe insert 951 and theshoe insert cover 953, a user can use theshoe insert cover 953 his/her foot sole contacts to absorb the sweat, without the need to wear socks, thus providing a relatively dry wearing experience and achieving both air-permeating and sweat-absorbing effects. - The present disclosure is described above in detail with specific embodiments, which are not intended to limit the scope of patent rights claimed by the present disclosure but used to describe the spirit of the present disclosure in detail, for learning and reference by persons of ordinary skill in the art.
