(2) 50~90重量%の前記熱可塑性樹脂(A)、1~40重量%の前記共重合ポリエステル樹脂(B)、および、1~20重量%の前記リン含有化合物(C)、を含有することを特徴とする(1)に記載の難燃性樹脂組成物。
(3) 前記熱可塑性樹脂(A)が、(B)成分以外のポリエステル樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂、ポリスチレン樹脂およびABS樹脂から選ばれるいずれか一種または二種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする(1)または(2)に記載の難燃性樹脂組成物。
(4) 前記リン含有化合物(C)が前記一般式(2)においてR1~R5およびX1~X3がいずれも水素原子であることを特徴とする(1)~(3)のいずれかに記載の難燃性樹脂組成物。

本発明における熱可塑性樹脂(A)は、溶融成形法によって賦形可能な熱可塑性を有する熱可塑性樹脂であれば特に限定されないが、本発明の特徴である熱可塑性樹脂の透明性を損ないにくい点を最大限発揮する意味では、透明性の高い樹脂であることが好ましい。好ましい熱可塑性樹脂(A)の例としては、(B)成分以外のポリエステル樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂、ポリスチレン樹脂およびABS樹脂から選ばれるいずれか一種または二種以上の混合物を挙げることができる。また、(B)成分以外のポリエステル樹脂としては、ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂、ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート樹脂を挙げることができる。
本発明における共重合ポリエステル樹脂(B)は、前記一般式(1)で表されるリン含有成分が共重合されている共重合ポリエステル樹脂である。
本発明におけるリン含有化合物(C)は、前記一般式(2)で表されるリン含有化合物である。
本発明の難燃性組成物は、50~90重量%の前記熱可塑性樹脂(A)、1~40重量%の前記リン含有成分共重合ポリエステル樹脂(B)、および、1~20重量%の前記リン含有化合物(C)、を含有することが好ましい。共重合ポリエステル樹脂(B)の配合比率を増やすことによって、物性低下を抑制しつつ難燃性を向上させることができるが、透明性が損なわれていく傾向にある。リン含有化合物(C)の配合比率を増やすことによって、透明性を同等に維持しつつ難燃性を向上させることができるが、物性低下、特に耐熱性低下が著しい傾向にある。一方、共重合ポリエステル樹脂(B)およびリン含有化合物(C)の配合比率が高くなりすぎ、熱可塑性樹脂(A)の配合比率が低くなりすぎると、熱可塑性樹脂(A)が本来有する物性を発揮させることが困難となる傾向にある。そこで、これら3成分をバランスよく配合することによって、物性を維持しつつ、透明性を保ちながら、ブリードアウトも生じにくい難燃性樹脂組成物を得ることができる。
本発明の溶融成形体は、本発明の難燃性樹脂組成物を溶融成形法で成形したものである。溶融成形法の例としては、射出成形法、押出成形法、ブロー成形法、Tダイ押し出し成形等を挙げることができる。成形形状は特に限定されないが、例えば、棒状、板状、シート状、フィルム状等の単純な形状に限らず、異形押出成形や注型成形による複雑な形態の成型体を得ることもできる。
(1)リン濃度:原子吸光分析により測定した。単位はmg/kgとした。
(2)透明性:厚み2mmの10cm四方の平板を射出成型により作製し、ヘイズメーター(日本電色工業(株)製、MODEL NDH2000)によりヘイズを測定した。なお、ヘイズが10%を超える試料については、「不透明」と判定した。
(3)難燃性
試験方法:UL-94に準拠(5検体の平均消炎時間)
試験片厚み:1.6mm、3.2mm
評価:規定によるランク V-0、V-1、V-2
(4)ブリードアウト試験:厚み2mmの10cm四方の平板を射出成型により作製し、23℃50%RH下で3000時間静置後のサンプル表面目視および
触診によって確認し、粉末状のブリードアウト物の有無を判定した。
(5)メルトインデックス(MI):ISO 1133に準拠して測定した。(測定温度:300℃、荷重1200g)
(6)極限粘度:フェノール/1,1,2,2-テトラクロロエタン混合溶液(重量比(3/2)、30℃で測定した。
熱可塑性樹脂(A)であるポリカーボネート樹脂(三菱エンジニアリングプラスチックス工業株式会社製、商品名:ユーピロン H-3000)80重量部に対して、リン含有共重合ポリエステル樹脂(B)(東洋紡績株式会社製、商品名:バイロン GH-230、リン濃度30,000mg/kg、極限粘度0.66dL/g)10重量部、リン含有化合物(C)(三光株式会社製、商品名:BCA、リン濃度101,000mg/kg)10重量部をヘンシェル型ミキサーで混合し、ベント付二軸押出機で溶融混練して樹脂組成物1のペレットを得た。得られたペレットを射出成型機で成型し、難燃性試験用試験片(厚み1.6mm、3.2mm)および厚み2mmの10cm四方の平板をそれぞれ作製し、前述の分析・評価方法に基づいて物性を測定した。
実施例1と同様にして、但し配合比を表1に記載のように変更して、樹脂組成物2~8を製造し、実施例1と同様に評価した。評価結果を表1に示した。

OP-930:リン酸金属塩系難燃剤、クラリアントジャパン株式会社製、商品名:OP-930。OP-930は本発明のリン含有化合物(C)には該当しない。
Claims (7)
- 熱可塑性樹脂(A)、下記一般式(1)で表されるリン含有成分が共重合されている共重合ポリエステル樹脂(B)および下記一般式(2)で表されるリン含有化合物(C)を含有する難燃性樹脂組成物。

- 50~90重量%の前記熱可塑性樹脂(A)、1~40重量%の前記共重合ポリエステル樹脂(B)、および、1~20重量%の前記リン含有化合物(C)、を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の難燃性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂(A)が、(B)成分以外のポリエステル樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂、ポリスチレン樹脂およびABS樹脂から選ばれるいずれか一種または二種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の難燃性樹脂組成物。
- 前記リン含有化合物(C)が前記一般式(2)においてR1~R5およびX1~X3がいずれも水素原子であることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の難燃性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1~4のいずれかからなる樹脂組成物からなる溶融成形体。
- 請求項1~4のいずれかからなる樹脂組成物からなるシート。
- 請求項6のシートを構成部材として有する積層体。
