Description

一种把手 技术领域
本实用新型涉及通信信息技术领域, 尤其涉及一种应用于起拔可插拔 式小面板的把手。 背景技术
在通讯行业中,可插拔式小面板在 1U盒体结构及多插卡单板中被广泛 应用。 如图 1所示, 这是可插拔式小面板的一种典型结构, 主要由托盘 101 与印刷电路板 ( PCB, Printed Circuit Board ) 102组成; 其中, 托盘 101前 端为前面板 103, 前面板 103上装有松不脱螺钉 104。 另外由于用户需求, 通讯设备密集化和小型化发展日趋明显, 前面板 103 的尺寸被尽量压缩, 而接口器件又要求尽可能密集, 小面板往往没有足够空间用于安装起拔器 和普通拉手。 再加上 PCB板端插头与背板插座插接时存在较大的预应力, 直接拉扯松不脱螺钉旋钮非常费劲, 而且由于松不脱螺钉大多采用铆接工 艺, 多次拉扯容易脱落。 可插拔式小面板的起拔因此成为了一个难题。
目前, 行业内主要采用以下方法:
在面板底部设置扁平形拉手 201 ,如图 2所示。这种拉手的优点是起拔 力大, 手感好, 占用面板有效空间较小; 但也存在明显缺点:
( 1 ) 更改了面板结构, 占用了部分面板器件面空间;
( 2 ) 当几块带扁平形拉手的单板层叠使用时, 会阻碍其下面相邻单板 的布线;
( 3 ) 把手会影响小面板接口线缆的插拔。 发明内容
本实用新型提供一种把手, 用于解决小面板的起拔难的问题。
本实用新型实施例提供一种把手, 包括把手主体(301 )、 不脱出螺钉 ( 302 )和弹簧( 303 );
所述把手主体(301 ) 中心设置贯穿该把手主体(301 ) 的中心通孔; 所述不脱出螺钉( 302 )依次穿过弹簧( 303 )和所述中心通孔与把手 主体( 301 )活动连接;
所述把手主体(301 )底部中心通孔外侧设置有底部螺纹孔(3015 ), 通过该底部螺纹孔(3015 )与螺钉(601 )结合的方式使该把手固定到面板 上。

该装置还包括简易拉手(801 ), 该简易拉手(801 ) 的两个连接端分别 卡接在两个把手手柄的轴肩部分,其中, 所述简易拉手(801 )为 U型结构。
本实用新型实施例所提供的装置拥有松不脱螺钉的优点: 螺钉不脱落、 拆装方便快捷、 通用性好。 同时还具有拉手功能, 方便了小面板的起拔, 而且不占用面板有效空间。 附图说明

本实用新型实施例提供一种把手, 将不脱出螺钉和把手集成在一起, 替换普通松不脱螺钉实现面板的锁定同时, 为面板的起拔提供可靠的着力 点。
如图 3和 3A所示, 本实用新型提供的一种把手, 包括把手主体 301、 不脱出螺钉 302和弹簧 303:

所述把手主体 301底部中心通孔外侧设置有底部螺纹孔 3015 (参见图 4 ), 通过该底部螺纹孔 3015与螺钉 601 (参见图 6 )结合的方式使该把手 固定到面板上。
如图 3和 3A所示, 为了便于面板的起拔, 在实用新型实施例中所述把 手主体 301的纵切面为工型, 在图 3所示的结构中该!巴手主体 301的上下 表面都设置为长方形。
所述把手主体 301 的纵切面和上下表面都可根据具体的应用环境进行 设计, 并不局限于工型和长方形。
其中, 所述把手主体的上下表面可以设置为圆形、 正方形或不规则形 状等。 在拉拔所述可插拔式小面板时, 该把手主体 301 的上表面突出部分 只要能够提供足够大的接触面即可。
如图 4和 4A所示, 在本实用新型的具体实施例中, 所述 4巴手主体 301 包括手柄 3011、 贯穿该巴手主体的中心通孔、 底部螺纹孔 3015 和定位柱 3016;

顶部中心通孔 3012、弹簧 303和底部中心通孔 3014内径均大于中部螺 纹孔 3013。
另外, 所述把手主体 301底部中心通孔外侧设置有底部螺纹孔 3015 , 通过该底部螺纹孔 3015与螺钉 601结合的方式使该把手与可插拔式小面板 连接。
如图 4A所示,所述手柄 3011为把手主体 301外表面设置的突出部分; 所述把手主体 301底部还设置定位柱 3016,该定位柱 3016与可插拔式 小面板托盘上的定位孔 1013 (参见图 6 )对应。 使该把手与小面板的位置 相对固定, 便于安装。
如图 5所示, 为了与所述 I巴手主体 301的结构对应, 本实用新型中所 述不脱出螺钉 302可以设置为一端设置螺钉头 3021 , 另一端设置有带螺纹 的螺纹头 3023 ,连接螺钉头 3021与螺纹头 3023的导杆 3022直径小于螺钉 头 3021与螺纹头 3023直径; 螺纹头 3023的螺纹与把手主体 301的中部螺 纹孔 3013匹配。
其中, 不脱出螺钉 302结构如图 5所示, 不脱出螺钉的螺钉头 3021尺 寸较大, 侧面滚花, 便于手拧; 顶部设置十字槽或是一字槽, 便于使用螺 丝刀或者电动起子彻底紧固。 在具体的应用中本实用新型所提供的把手自身装配过程包括: 将弹簧 303放入 4巴手主体 301的顶部中心通孔 3012, 然后将不脱出螺 钉 302螺纹头部分 3023穿过弹簧 303插入顶部中心通孔 3012,并拧入中部 螺纹孔 3013 , 直到 3023全部穿出 3013; 此时, 弹簧 303 已经由原来的自 然状态被压缩, 从而产生一个反向的推力, 使不脱出螺钉 302与把手主体 301之间保持相对固定。
本实用新型与小面板的装配过程如 6所示。 托盘 101上安装把手的相 应位置上开有 2个沉头孔 1011 , 1个中心通孔 1012和 1个定位孔 1013。 将 把手按图示方向装到小面板托盘 101上, 并用 2枚沉头螺钉 601固定锁紧。 而螺钉可以从中心通孔 1012自由穿过。
本实用新型在小面板上的应用如图 7所示。 由图可知, 本实用新型在 使用过程中不占用面板有效空间, 同时具有螺钉不脱落、 拆装方便快捷、 固定可靠, 通用性好等优点。 当起拔力不大时, 可以直接使用把手主体 301 的手柄 3011起拔面板;
如图 8所示, 当起拔力较大, 直接拉手柄 3011不足以起拔面板时, 本 实用新型还提供一种起拔装置, 该装置包括两个图 3 所示的把手, 并且该 把手分别设置于可插拔式 '〗、面板托盘两端。
另外, 为了增加所述把手的起拔力, 本实用新型实施例的起拔装置, 还包括简易拉手 801 ,该简易拉手 801的两个连接端分别卡接在两个把手手 柄的轴肩部分。 为了方便使用, 所述简易拉手 801为 U型结构。
本实用新型拥有松不脱螺钉的优点: 螺钉不脱落、 拆装方便快捷 、 通 用性好。 同时还具有拉手功能, 方便了小面板的起拔, 而且不占用面板有 效空间。
本实用新型通过螺钉与面板固定, 彻底克服了拉扯普通松不脱螺钉容 易脱落的问题, 面板起拔可靠。 本实用新型所述的装置并不限于具体实施方式中所述的实施例, 本领 域技术人员根据本实用新型的技术方案得出其它的实施方式, 同样属于本 实用新型的技术创新范围。

Claims

1、 一种把手, 其特征在于, 包括把手主体(301)、 不脱出螺钉(302) 和弹簧( 303 );
所述把手主体(301 ) 中心设置贯穿该把手主体(301) 的中心通孔; 所述不脱出螺钉( 302)依次穿过弹簧( 303 )和所述中心通孔与把手 主体( 301 ) 活动连接;
所述把手主体(301 )底部中心通孔外侧设置有底部螺纹孔(3015), 通过该底部螺纹孔(3015)与螺钉(601)结合的方式使该把手固定到面板 上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的把手, 其特征在于, 所述把手主体(301) 还包括手柄 (3011 ), 所述手柄 (3011 ) 为把手主体(301 )外表面设置的 突出部分。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的把手, 其特征在于, 所述不脱出螺钉(302) 穿过所述中心通孔时旋过中心通孔中部设置的螺纹, 并且所述不脱出螺钉 ( 302)螺纹外径大于中心通孔螺纹部分的内径。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的把手, 其特征在于, 所述中心通孔包括容纳 弹簧 ( 303 )的顶部中心通孔 ( 3012 )、与不脱出螺钉 ( 302 )的螺纹头 ( 3023 ) 螺纹匹配的中部螺纹孔(3013)和容纳不脱出螺钉(302)的螺纹头( 3023 ) 的底部中心通孔 (3014);

7、 根据权利要求 4至 6任一项所述的把手, 其特征在于, 所述螺钉头 ( 3021 )顶部设置十字槽或一字槽。
8、 根据权利要求 1 所述的把手, 其特征在于, 所述把手主体(301) 底部还设置定位柱(3016), 所述定位柱(3016)与可插拔式小面板托盘上 的定位孔 ( 1013) 匹配对应。
9、 一种起拔装置, 其特征在于, 包括两个权利要求 1至 8任一权项所 述的把手, 该把手分别设置于可插拔式 ' j、面板托盘两端。
