The invention relates to a revolving door actuator (1) mounted under a lintel and comprising a housing (2) which has a base plate (3) and is designed to be mounted on the bottom side of a lintel (71), further comprising an output disk (5) which is mounted on the base plate (3) so as to be rotatable about an output pin (4), a lever (6) which is directly and rigidly connected to the output disk (5) and can be connected to the revolving door (73) to mutually transmit forces therewith, and a spring unit (7) which is arranged in the housing (2), is used as an energy store for a closing or opening movement of the revolving door (73), and is connected to the output disk (4) to mutually transmit forces therewith.
