座位部上沿着前后方向开设滑槽,支撑架滑动地插设于该滑槽内,由于滑槽的轮廓被支撑架遮蔽,因此无法标示,而对于本领域技术人员来说,滑槽的结构已被熟知,因而也不采用附图单独显示滑草形状、结构。
如图5所示,支撑架4呈闭合的框形,支撑架4包括前撑架41、后撑架42,前撑架41的内侧与后撑架42的内侧相固定地连接,如前撑架41与后撑架42通过铆钉相固定连接。
如图1-图4所示,座位部1包括位于上侧的座位层9、位于下侧的第一抵触层7,靠背部2与座位部1的交接处的下侧具有与第一抵触层7相邻接的第二抵触层8,当儿童汽车座处于正向安装位置下,第一抵触层7与支撑架4的后端部对儿童汽车座形成支撑,当儿童汽车座处于反向安装位置下,第二抵触层8对所述的儿童汽车座形成支撑。
如附图1、附图2所示,当儿童汽车座位于正向安装位置下,儿童坐在儿童汽车座内,呈坐姿,如附图3、附图4所示,当所述的儿童汽车座位于反向安装位置下,儿童半躺在所述的儿童汽车座内,即半躺姿。
如附图1、附图3所示,靠背部2包括位于上侧的靠背层10,座位层9、靠背层10以及两侧部的侧围3围成一个能够收容人体的空间。
座位部1、靠背部2分别与两侧的侧围3相固定连接。
实施例二
图6-10反映了根据本发明的实施例二,在该实施例中,儿童汽车座的主体为汽车座本体12,汽车座本体12包括位于前侧的座位部1、下部与座位部1的后部相连接的靠背部2、两个分别位于座位部1以及靠背部2左右两侧部的侧围3。
该儿童汽车座还包括支撑架4,支撑架4的一侧部与汽车座本体的前部相转动地连接。这里所谓的“汽车座本体的前部”,可以是座位部1的前部,也可以是两侧的侧围3的前部。
实施例二与实施例一基本相似,主要区别就在于上文提及和下文将要介绍的支撑架4的安装方式和动作方式。
与实施例一相似的,支撑架4也具有第一工作位置与第二工作位置,第一工作位置见图7所示,当支撑架4处于第一工作位置下,支撑架4的另一侧部转至于座位部1的后方,第二工作位置如图8所示,当支撑架4处于第二工作位置下,支撑架4的另一侧部转至于所述的座位部1的前方并且高于汽车座本体12的前部。
支撑架4与所述的座位部1之间设置有将所述的支撑架4定位于第一工作位置与/或定位于第二工作位置的定位机构。
定位机构不是本发明的发明要点,只要是能构将两个相转动的部件之间的位置固定的定位机构均能在此使用。在图6-7所示的实施例中,定位机构包括滑动或转动地设置在所述的支撑架4上的第一锁钩13、固定地设置于汽车座本体的前部上的第二锁钩14,当所述的支撑架4处于图8所示的第二工作位置下,第一锁钩钩住所述的第二锁钩。类似的,无图示,可以在汽车座本体的底部固定设置第三锁钩,当支撑架4处于第一工作位置时,第一锁钩即钩住该第三锁钩。
与实施例一相同的,儿童汽车座安装于汽车座位上具有正向安装位置与反向安装位置,当儿童汽车座处于正向安装位置下,支撑架处于第一工作位置,当儿童汽车座处于反向安装位置下,支撑架处于第二工作位置。
见图9-10具体所示,支撑架4的一侧部与座位部通过第一转轴11相转动地连接,第一转轴11的轴心线方向沿着左右方向延伸。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (16)

1. 一种儿童汽车座,包括座位部、下端部与所述的座位部的后端部相连接的靠背部、分别连接于所述的座位部和靠背部的两侧的侧围,其特征在于:所述的座位部上沿着前后方向滑动地设置有支撑架,所述的支撑架具有支撑架的后部相对座位部向后伸出的第一工作位置以及支撑架的前部相对座位部向前伸出的第二工作位置,所述的支撑架与座位部之间设置有将支撑架锁定于第一工作位置或者锁定于第二工作位置的锁定机构。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童汽车座,其特征在于:儿童汽车座至少有两种方式安装于汽车的座位上,包括正向安装位置与反向安装位置,当儿童汽车座处于正向安装位置时,支撑架处于第一工作位置,当儿童汽车座处于反向安装位置时,支撑架处于第二工作位置。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童汽车座,其特征在于:座位部上沿着前后方向开设有滑槽,支撑架至少有部分滑动地插在该滑槽内。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童汽车座,其特征在于:支撑架呈闭合的框形。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童汽车座,其特征在于:支撑架包括前撑架、后撑架,前撑架的内侧与后撑架的内侧相固定地连接。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童汽车座,其特征在于:座位部包括位于上侧的座位层、位于下侧的第一抵触层,靠背部与座位部的交接处的下侧具有与第一抵触层相邻接的第二抵触层,当儿童汽车座处于正向安装位置下,第一抵触层与支撑架的后端部对儿童汽车座形成支撑,当儿童汽车座处于反向安装位置下,第二抵触层对儿童汽车座形成支撑。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的儿童汽车座,其特征在于:靠背部包括位于上侧的靠背层,座位层、靠背层以及两侧部的侧围围成一个用于收容人体的空间。
8. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童汽车座,其特征在于:座位部、靠背部分别与两侧的侧围相固定连接。
9. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童汽车座,其特征在于:支撑架倾斜地设置于座位部上,且支撑架的前端部高于支撑架的后端部。
10. 一种儿童汽车座,包括汽车座本体,所述的汽车座本体包括位于前侧的座位部、下部与所述的座位部的后部相连接的靠背部、两个分别位于座位部以及靠背部左右两侧的侧围,其特征在于:所述的儿童汽车座还包括支撑架,所述的支撑架的一侧部与汽车座本体的前部相转动地连接,所述的支撑架具有其另一侧部转至座位部后方的第一工作位置以及其另一侧部转至座位部的前方并且高于汽车座本体的前部的第二工作位置,支撑架与座位部之间设置有将支撑架定位于第一工作位置和/或第二工作位置的定位机构。
11. 根据权利要求10所述的儿童汽车座,其特征在于:儿童汽车座至少有两种方式安装于汽车座位上,包括正向安装位置与反向安装位置,当儿童汽车座处于正向安装位置时,支撑架处于第一工作位置,当儿童汽车座处于反向安装位置时,支撑架处于第二工作位置。
12. 根据权利要求10所述的儿童汽车座,其特征在于:支撑架与座位部通过第一转轴相转动地连接,第一转轴的轴心线方向沿着左右方向延伸。
13. 根据权利要求10所述的儿童汽车座,其特征在于:定位机构包括活动地设置在支撑架与汽车座本体的前部两个中的一个上的第一锁钩和固定地设置于另一个上的第二锁钩,当支撑架处于第二工作位置时,第一锁钩钩住第二锁钩。
14. 根据权利要求10所述的儿童汽车座,其特征在于:座位部包括位于上侧的座位层、位于下侧的第一抵触部,靠背部上在与座位部交接处的下侧具有与第一抵触部相邻接的第二抵触部,当儿童汽车座处于正向安装位置下,第一抵触部与支撑架的另一侧部对儿童汽车座形成支撑,当儿童汽车座处于反向安装位置下,第二抵触部对儿童汽车座形成支撑。
15. 根据权利要求14所述的儿童汽车座,其特征在于:靠背部包括位于上侧的靠背层,座位层、靠背层以及两侧部的侧围围成一个能够收容人体的空间。
16. 根据权利要求10所述的儿童汽车座,其特征在于:座位部、靠背部分别与两侧的侧围相固定连接。
