Abstract

Es wird ein Widerstandsbauelement (1) mit einem Stapel aus keramischen Schichten (2) und Innenelektroden (5, 6, 70) angegeben, wobei Innenelektroden (5) einer ersten Sorte mit einer ersten Außenkontaktierung (3) und Innenelektroden (6) einer zweiten Sorte mit einer zweiten Außenkontaktierung (4) elektrisch leitend verbunden sind. Die Innenelektroden (5) der ersten Sorte sind überlappungsfrei von den Innenelektroden (6) der zweiten Sorte angeordnet. Eine Innenelektrode (70) einer dritten Sorte, welche weder mit der ersten (3) noch mit der zweiten (4) Außenkontaktierung elektrisch leitend verbunden ist, überlappt wenigstens teilweise mit den Innenelektroden (5) der ersten Sorte und den Innenelektroden (6) der zweiten Sorte. Für jede Innenelektrode (70) der dritten Sorte sind wenigstens drei Innenelektroden (5) der ersten Sorte und drei Innenelektroden (6) der zweiten Sorte vorgesehen. Weiterhin wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Widerstandsbauelements (1) angegeben.
