数据库子模块, 用于保存种子彩信及其数字指紋;
接口子模块, 用于为所述彩信中心与监控系统之间提供软硬件的接口 支持;
所述彩信内容识别模块通过接口子模块分别与所述种子彩信注册模块 和数据库子模块连接。
所述彩信内容识别模块包括人工干预判断模块, 用于当所述彩信消息 的数字指紋与预存在数据库中的种子彩信的数字指紋的匹配度小于预设的 阔值 N时, 釆用人工干预形成识别状态码。
所述种子彩信注册模块还包括种子彩信审批模块及审核操作界面, 用 于对所述种子彩信的内容进行审核以及通过所述审核操作界面进行批量审 核操作。
本发明的基于内容识别技术的彩信内容监控系统还包括:
统计报表模块, 用于统计某一时间段通过网络转发某一特定彩信内容 的次数以及统计来源于某一种子彩信内容被转发的次数, 并提供对应的记 录;
话单子模块, 用于生成符合规范要求的结算话单。
与现有技术相比, 本发明的有益技术效果是: 1、 改变彩信业务流程, 将用户发送的待识别彩信与系统中种子彩信的数字指紋进行逐一比对, 并 综合人工预判的结果可以实现非法彩信消息的拦截; 2、 对通过网络的彩信 内容进行统计, 可以推出彩信排行榜, 提供优质的彩信服务。 附图说明 图 1 是本发明提供的一种基于内容识别技术的彩信内容监控系统的结 构示意图;

程图。 具体实施方式
下面结合附图及最佳实施例, 对本发明做进一步详细说明。
本发明将内容识别技术应用于彩信的端到端业务领域中, 彩信中心将 彩信消息转发给目的用户之前, 先交给彩信内容监控系统做内容识别, 通 过获取端到端彩信消息的图片和文本内容, 提取彩信消息的数字指紋并与 本发明系统内数字指紋信息库中种子彩信的数字指紋进行比对, 可以实现 端到端彩信消息的监控、 拦截、 统计和提前预判。
如图 1和图 2所示, 本发明的彩信内容监控系统 1通过 HTTP (超文本 传输协议)接口协议与彩信中心 2建立双向连接, 彩信中心 2转发用户发 送的彩信消息之前, 将用户发送的待识别彩信消息发送给彩信内容监控系 统 1中的彩信内容识别模块 13 ,彩信内容识别模块 13提取待识别彩信消息 的数字指紋并与预存在数字指紋信息库中的数字指紋进行匹配, 匹配识别 后构造包含识别状态码的识别响应结果并发给彩信中心 2,彩信中心 2根据 识别响应结果处理用户发送的彩信消息。 对于通过识别的可正常发送的彩 信消息, 由本发明系统的话单子模块 16产生话单文件, 并通过 FTP (文件 传输协议)传送给计费模块 3。 网管模块 4通过 SNMP (简单网络管理协议) 监控本发明系统的网络运行状况, 保障系统网络环境的正常运行。
本发明的基于内容识别技术的彩信内容监控系统 1 包括: 种子彩信注 册模块 11、 统计报表模块 12、 彩信内容识别模块 13、 接口子模块 15、 话 单子模块 16和数据库子模块 17 , 上述各模块通过接口子模块 15、 支撑子 模块 18、 网管模块 4与彩信中心 2建立 HTTP连接。 下面分别介绍各模块 的组成及所实现的功能。
所述种子彩信注册模块 11用于注册和储存作为彩信识别基准的种子彩 信, 提取种子彩信的数字指紋信息并存入数字指紋信息库, 所述种子彩信
注册模块 11还包括对种子彩信进行管理和审查的种子彩信审查模块。 种子 彩信作为彩信的识别基准, 其内容及来源都必须经过合法性的审查, 审查 主要通过种子彩信审查模块完成。 所述种子彩信注册模块 11通过与数据库 子模块 17建立双向连接, 将种子彩信和数字指紋信息分别储存到数据库子 模块 17中的种子彩信数据库和数字指紋信息库中。如果种子彩信包括图片、 文本、 音乐和 /或视频, 则种子彩信的数字指紋信息包括种子彩信中图片的 数字指紋、 文本的数字指紋、 音乐的数字指紋和 /或视频的数字指紋。 数字 指紋可以字符串表示。
所述统计报表模块 12用于根据种子彩信注册模块 11或彩信内容识别 模块 13动态更新的数据库情况, 查询种子彩信的计数器、 种子彩信提供商 等信息, 统计出某个时间段最受欢迎的彩信内容或最优秀的彩信提供商, 为用户提供优质的彩信内容服务。
所述彩信内容识别模块 13用于接收由接口子模块 15传来的待识别彩 信消息并对彩信消息的内容进行识别和匹配, 得出匹配结果并综合人工干 预的判断结果形成最终的识别响应结果, 通过接口子模块 15发送识别响应 结果给彩信中心 2作为处理彩信消息的依据。
所述话单子模块 16用于生成彩信业务的结算话单, 并向计费模块 3通 过 FTP传递符合规范的最终话单文件。
所述数据库子模块 17用于根据不同模块的需要配置不同的数据库并保 存相应的数据库信息, 包括保存彩信注册模块 11产生的种子彩信和数字指 紋信息、 统计报表模块 12产生的统计信息、 话单子模块 16产生的话单信 息以及操作维护管理(OMM, operation maintenance management )模块 14 产生的配置数据信息。
所述接口子模块 15用于提供本发明彩信内容监控系统与外部模块之间 的接口, 为模块之间的协同工作提供软硬件的接口支持, 使各个模块相互
之间的运行保持相对独立和稳定, 保证系统的可扩展性。
本发明的基于内容识别技术的彩信内容监控系统所包含的模块与以下 的外部模块进行交互, 用于支持并完善系统的功能。
OMM模块 14用于为系统的正常运行配置数据和提供操作支持, 监控 系统各模块的运行状况,将各模块的运行数据通知网管模块 4和计费模块 3。
支撑子模块 18用于为各个模块的运行进行调度和切换, 负责传递各个 模块之间的数据或消息。
彩信中心 2用于接收并转发用户发送的彩信消息给彩信内容监控系统, 接收所述彩信内容监控系统对待识别彩信消息做出的识别响应结果并根据 识别响应结果拦截或继续下发彩信消息, 对于无响应结果的彩信消息予以 正常下发。
计费模块 3用于接收话单子模块 16传来的话单文件, 实现彩信业务的 计费功能。
网管模块 4用于为各个模块之间数据或消息的传递提供网络服务, 保 障系统网络环境的正常运行。
图 3 示出了本发明提供的一种基于内容识别技术的彩信内容监控方法 的流程。 为了便于描述, 这里只示出了与本发明相关的部分。
在步骤 S101中, 通过种子彩信注册模块提交彩信消息, 通过种子彩信 审批模块审批后, 合格的彩信消息被注册成为种子彩信并存入种子彩信数 据库。
运营商通过种子彩信注册模块可以提交彩信消息的内容源文件, 内容 源文件的基本信息至少包括: 内容提供商 ID、 内容提供商名称、 内容 ID、 内容简述、 媒体类型、 识别目的、 参与活动 ID、 有效期等可维护信息, 不 同运营商提交的数据相互间不可见。 种子彩信注册模块包括种子彩信审批 模块并提供了审核操作界面, 步骤 S101中提交的彩信消息的内容源文件需
要等待审核, 审核确认后包含合格的在有效期范围内的内容源文件的彩信 消息才可以被注册为种子彩信。 所述审核操作界面能够按内容提供商 /服务 提供商 (CP/SP )和日期范围显示, 并对当前显示内容提供批量审核操作。
种子彩信的内容及来源合法, 是本发明对用户发送的彩信进行识别的 一个识别基准。 所述种子彩信也是本发明推出最受欢迎彩信排行榜的依据, 对于用户发送的彩信消息若在系统中能匹配到一个或多个种子彩信, 则将 该一个或多个种子彩信的计数器加 1 , 计数器记录了种子彩信被转发的次 数, 因此根据系统中种子彩信的计数器记录的数值的高低就可以推出彩信 排行榜。
在步骤 S102中, 种子彩信注册模块提供用户对话程序, 彩信内容识别 模块通过该程序提取种子彩信的数字指紋并存入数字指紋信息库。 数字指 紋用于标识与其对应的种子彩信, 记录了种子彩信的特征, 通过数字指紋 信息库的建立, 可以对用户发送的彩信消息进行对比识别。
在步骤 S103中, 彩信中心收到端到端的彩信消息后, 緩存该彩信消息 并转发给接口子模块, 再由接口子模块将待识别彩信消息发送给彩信内容 识别模块, 彩信内容识别模块按照系统配置要求开始内容识别。
在本发明实施中, 彩信中心需要提供与彩信内容识别模块进行通信的 接口, 在收到端到端彩信消息后, 彩信中心首先将该彩信消息转发给接口 子模块, 转发的彩信消息中需包含彩信消息的源用户号码、 目的用户号码、 彩信消息内容、 MSGID ( Message ID , 彩信消息身份识别码)。 MSGID是彩 信消息的身份标识, 用于唯一确定该彩信消息。 彩信中心发送待识别的彩 信消息给接口子模块的同时, 还启动一个定时器, 并等待识别响应结果; 待彩信内容识别模块处理结束并返回识别响应结果后, 若定时器设定的时 间未到, 则根据彩信内容识别模块返回的 MSGID可在彩信中心定位到该彩 信消息并依据返回的识别状态码处理该彩信消息。
在步骤 S104中, 彩信内容识别模块收到待识别的彩信消息后, 获取彩 信消息中的图片和文本信息, 提取图片和文本的数字指紋并与预存在数字 指紋信息库中的数字指紋进行逐一比对, 根据比对的匹配值构造识别响应 结果。
比对方法釆用现有的内容识别技术, 根据内容识别技术将待识别彩信 的数字指紋与所有种子彩信的数字指紋逐一比对后, 会产生一个匹配值。 系统预设了一个阀值 N, 当匹配值> N且系统开启了拦截功能时则直接拦 截彩信消息; 当匹配值<1^且系统开启了人工预判功能时, 釆用人工预判对 彩信消息进行人工识别; 若系统没有开启拦截功能和人工预判功能, 则仍 然正常下发彩信,仅对被识别到的种子彩信的计数器加 1 ,以完成统计功能。 本发明的拦截和人工预判都可以根据需要开启或关闭, 以方便实际的需要。
在步骤 S105中, 如果通过比对判断出待识别彩信消息的数字指紋与预 存在数字指紋信息库中的数字指紋的匹配值大于或等于预设的阀值 N且系 统开启了拦截功能时, 则彩信内容识别模块发出消息应被拦截的识别响应 结果给接口子模块。
所述识别响应结果包括源用户号码、 目的用户号码、 MSGID、 识别状 态码。 所述源用户号码、 目的用户号码、 MSGID与接口子模块传来的待识 别彩信消息包含的格式一致, 返回识别响应结果后彩信中心可以依据 MSGID定位到该彩信消息, 彩信中心再根据识别状态码可决定继续下发或 拦截彩信消息。 识别响应结果中的识别状态码可以使用 0和 1两个值, 0表示 消息应被拦截, 1表示消息可正常发送。 当进行匹配后的匹配值> 1^且开启 拦截功能时,将所述识别状态码置为 0,发出消息应被拦截的识别响应结果; 如果没有开启拦截和人工预判功能, 将所述识别状态码置为 1 , 发出消息可 正常发送的识别响应结果并对每个被匹配到的种子彩信的计数器加 1。 因 此, 步骤 S105判断出消息应被拦截时, 将识别状态码设置为 0。 容易理解,
也可以使用其他数值或者符号作为识别状态码。 在步骤 S105中, 所述彩信 中心还保存被拦截彩信消息的 MSGID、 源用户号码、 目的用户号码、 日期、 匹配到的种子彩信标识和转发彩信消息的内容, 并提供查询界面, 通过该 查询界面可浏览该被拦截彩信消息被识别到的内容。 所述被识别到的内容 指与种子彩信的内容相匹配的内容, 如文本、 图片、 视频等。
在步骤 S106中, 如果通过比对判断出待识别彩信消息的数字指紋与预 存在数字指紋信息库中的数字指紋的匹配值小于预设的阀值 N且系统开启 了人工预判功能时, 则彩信内容识别模块将比对结果和人工预判请求消息 发给人工干预判断模块, 等待人工预判结果。
人工干预判断模块提供了人工预判的人机对话界面, 来自于彩信内容 识别模块的人工预判请求消息在人工干预判断模块汇总后, 按照时间先后 工预判结果被返回给彩信内容识别模块, 彩信内容识别模块根据人工预判 结果构建包含识别状态码的识别响应结果, 返回给接口子模块。
在步骤 S107中, 如果系统没有开启拦截和人工预判功能, 则不论匹配 值大小, 彩信内容识别模块发出消息可正常发送的识别响应结果给接口子 模块, 并对每个被匹配到的种子彩信的计数器加 1。 此时还可以根据实际需 要记录该彩信被发送的时间, 这样就可以统计某一时间段通过网络转发某 一特定彩信内容的次数, 并提供彩信内容标识、 彩信发送人、 该彩信被转 发次数、 彩信内容提供者, 就可以统计出某个时间段达到特定转发次数时 的彩信发送人、 最受欢迎的彩信内容、 最优秀的彩信提供者等。
在步骤 S108中,接口子模块将识别响应结果返回给彩信中心, 彩信中心 判断步骤 S 103中设定的计时器是否到时, 若计时器的时间未到则根据识别 响应结果中的识别状态码决定后续流程。 如果识别状态码表示的是消息可 正常发送的状态, 则彩信中心正常下发该彩信; 如果识别状态码表示的是
消息应被拦截的状态, 则彩信中心拦截该彩信。
在步骤 S109中, 如果彩信中心判断步骤 S103设定的计时器已经到时时 彩信内容识别模块仍没有响应, 则彩信中心自动下发该彩信消息。若彩信中 心发送了该彩信消息后彩信内容识别模块又返回识别响应结果, 则彩信消 息丟弃该识别响应结果不予处理。
综上所述, 本发明实施例预先注册存储用于作为彩信识别标准的种子 彩信, 并对每个种子彩信设置了计数器用于统计彩信排行榜, 通过提取种 子彩信的数字指紋形成数字指紋数据库, 再将用户发送的待识别彩信与系 统中种子彩信的数字指紋进行逐一比对, 并根据需要结合人工预判和拦截 功能可以对用户发送的非法彩信进行监控和拦截, 从而保证了彩信环境的 健康和谐。 通过种子彩信的计数器记录的数值的高低可以推出最受欢迎的 彩信内容, 为用户提供优质的新型彩信应用服务。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在 本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应包含 在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims
1、 一种基于内容识别技术的彩信内容监控方法, 其特征在于, 预先注册种子彩信, 并提取和存储所述种子彩信的数字指紋; 所述方 法还包括:
緩存并转发接收到的彩信消息;
提取转发来的所述彩信消息的数字指紋, 并将所提取的数字指紋与存 储的所述种子彩信的数字指紋进行匹配, 生成识别响应结果;
根据所述识别响应结果对所述被緩存彩信消息进行下发或者拦截。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的基于内容识别技术的彩信内容监控方法, 其 特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 当进行匹配后的匹配值小于预设的阔值 N且 开启人工预判功能时, 釆用人工干预判断是否发送所述彩信消息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的基于内容识别技术的彩信内容监控方法, 其 特征在于, 所述根据所述识别响应结果对所述被緩存彩信消息进行下发或 者拦截还包括: 如果在预设的时间间隔内没有收到识别响应结果, 则自动 下发所述被緩存的彩信消息; 如果自动下发后收到识别响应结果, 则丟弃 该识别响应结果。
4、根据权利要求 2或 3所述的基于内容识别技术的彩信内容监控方法, 其特征在于, 所述转发的彩信消息包括: 彩信消息的源用户号码、 目的用 户号码、 彩信消息内容和彩信消息身份识别码。
5、根据权利要求 2或 3所述的基于内容识别技术的彩信内容监控方法, 其特征在于, 所述识别响应结果包括: 彩信消息的源用户号码、 目的用户 号码、 彩信消息身份识别码和识别状态码。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的基于内容识别技术的彩信内容监控方法, 其 特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 当进行匹配后的匹配值大于或等于预设的阔 值 N且开启拦截功能时, 将所述识别状态码置为 0, 发出消息应被拦截的 识别响应结果; 如果没有开启拦截和人工预判功能, 则将所述识别状态码 置为 1 ,发出消息可正常发送的识别响应结果并对每个被匹配到的种子彩信 的计数器加 1。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的基于内容识别技术的彩信内容监控方法, 其 特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 对于被拦截的彩信消息, 保存被拦截彩信消 息的彩信消息身份识别码、 源用户号码、 目的用户号码、 日期、 匹配到的 种子彩信标识和转发消息的内容, 并提供查询界面用于查询该被拦截彩信 消息被识别到的内容。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的基于内容识别技术的彩信内容监控方法, 其 特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 提供所述种子彩信的审核操作界面, 所述种 子彩信经审核确认并在有效期范围内时作为种子彩信; 所述审核操作界面 按内容提供商 /服务提供商 CP/SP和日期范围显示, 并对当前显示内容提供 批量审核操作。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的基于内容识别技术的彩信内容监控方法, 其 特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 根据所述种子彩信的计数器统计一个时间段 特定彩信内容被转发的次数, 结合彩信内容标识、 彩信发送人和彩信内容 提供者确定达到特定转发次数时的彩信发送人、 最受欢迎的彩信内容、 最 优秀的彩信内容提供者。
10、 根据权利要求 2所述的基于内容识别技术的彩信内容监控方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 人工预判结果通过人机对话界面被输入, 根据人工预判结果形成识别状态码, 该识别状态码作为识别响应结果发送 给彩信中心。
11、 一种基于内容识别技术的彩信内容监控系统, 其特征在于, 所述 监控系统与彩信中心双向连接, 所述监控系统包括: 种子彩信注册模块、 彩信内容识别模块、 数据库子模块和接口子模块; 其中, 种子彩信注册模块, 用于注册作为彩信识别基准的种子彩信, 提取并 存储所述种子彩信的数字指紋;
彩信内容识别模块, 用于对待识别彩信消息的数字指紋与所述种子彩 信的数字指紋进行识别匹配, 生成识别响应结果并经由接口子模块发送给 彩信中心; 其中, 识别响应结果用于决定彩信消息可正常发送或彩信消息 应被拦截;
数据库子模块, 用于保存种子彩信及其数字指紋;
接口子模块, 用于为所述彩信中心与监控系统之间提供软硬件的接口 支持;
所述彩信内容识别模块通过接口子模块分别与所述种子彩信注册模块 和数据库子模块连接。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的基于内容识别技术的彩信内容监控系统, 其特征在于, 所述彩信内容识别模块包括人工干预判断模块, 用于当所述 彩信消息的数字指紋与预存在数据库中的种子彩信的数字指紋的匹配度小 于预设的阔值 N时, 釆用人工干预形成识别状态码。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的基于内容识别技术的彩信内容监控系统, 其特征在于, 所述种子彩信注册模块包括种子彩信审批模块及审核操作界 面, 用于对所述种子彩信的内容进行审核以及通过所述审核操作界面进行 批量审核操作。
14、 根据权利要求 11、 12或 13所述的基于内容识别技术的彩信内容 监控系统, 其特征在于, 所述监控系统还包括统计 ^艮表模块, 用于统计一 转发的次数, 并提供对应的记录。
15、 根据权利要求 11、 12或 13所述的基于内容识别技术的彩信内容 监控系统, 其特征在于, 所述监控系统还包括话单子模块, 用于生成符合 规范要求的结算话单
