上記端末装置が上記コンテンツの再生を停止した場合に、その停止した位置を表す停止位置情報を上記コンテンツ配信システムが取得し、
上記複数の端末装置の1つが上記コンテンツの再生を停止した後に、上記コンテンツ配信システムが、上記複数の端末装置の他の1つにより送信された上記送信要求を受信した場合、上記取得された停止位置情報が表す位置から上記コンテンツデータを当該端末装置へ送信する方法である。
上記コンテンツ配信方法は、
上記コンテンツ配信システムが、上記第1の端末装置へ上記第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータを送信するとともに、上記第2の端末装置へ上記第2の形式を有するコンテンツデータを送信する方法である。
上記コンテンツ配信システムが、上記停止位置情報を取得した場合、当該停止位置情報の対象となった端末装置のユーザを識別するためのユーザ識別情報と、当該停止位置情報と、を対応付けて記憶し、
上記コンテンツ配信システムが、上記端末装置により送信された上記送信要求を受信した場合において、当該端末装置のユーザを識別するためのユーザ識別情報と対応付けて停止位置情報が記憶されているとき、当該停止位置情報が表す位置から上記コンテンツデータを当該端末装置へ送信する方法である。
コンテンツを表し且つ第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータを取得するコンテンツデータ取得手段と、
上記取得されたコンテンツデータの形式を上記第1の形式から当該第1の形式と異なる第2の形式へ変換するコンテンツデータ変換手段と、
上記端末装置からコンテンツデータの送信を要求する送信要求を受信する送信要求受信手段と、
上記送信要求が受信された場合、当該送信要求を送信してきた上記端末装置へ、上記第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータ、又は、上記第2の形式を有するコンテンツデータ、を送信するコンテンツデータ送信手段と、
上記端末装置が上記コンテンツの再生を停止した場合に、その停止した位置を表す停止位置情報を取得する停止位置情報取得手段と、
を備え、
上記コンテンツデータ送信手段は、上記複数の端末装置の1つが上記コンテンツの再生を停止した後に、上記複数の端末装置の他の1つにより送信された上記送信要求が受信された場合、上記取得された停止位置情報が表す位置から上記コンテンツデータを当該端末装置へ送信するように構成される。
上記コンテンツデータ送信手段は、上記第1の端末装置へ上記第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータを送信するとともに、上記第2の端末装置へ上記第2の形式を有するコンテンツデータを送信するように構成されることが好適である。
上記停止位置情報が取得された場合、当該停止位置情報の対象となった端末装置のユーザを識別するためのユーザ識別情報と、当該停止位置情報と、を対応付けて記憶する停止位置情報記憶手段を備え、
上記コンテンツデータ送信手段は、上記端末装置により送信された上記送信要求が受信された場合において、当該端末装置のユーザを識別するためのユーザ識別情報と対応付けて停止位置情報が記憶されているとき、当該停止位置情報が表す位置から上記コンテンツデータを当該端末装置へ送信するように構成されることが好適である。
複数の端末装置のそれぞれと通信可能に構成されたコンテンツ配信装置に、
コンテンツを表し且つ第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータを取得するコンテンツデータ取得手段と、
上記取得されたコンテンツデータの形式を上記第1の形式から当該第1の形式と異なる第2の形式へ変換するコンテンツデータ変換手段と、
上記端末装置からコンテンツデータの送信を要求する送信要求を受信する送信要求受信手段と、
上記送信要求が受信された場合、当該送信要求を送信してきた上記端末装置へ、上記第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータ、又は、上記第2の形式を有するコンテンツデータ、を送信するコンテンツデータ送信手段と、
上記端末装置が上記コンテンツの再生を停止した場合に、その停止した位置を表す停止位置情報を取得する停止位置情報取得手段と、
を実現させるとともに、
上記コンテンツデータ送信手段は、上記複数の端末装置の1つが上記コンテンツの再生を停止した後に、上記複数の端末装置の他の1つにより送信された上記送信要求が受信された場合、上記取得された停止位置情報が表す位置から上記コンテンツデータを当該端末装置へ送信するように構成される。
上記コンテンツデータ送信手段は、上記第1の端末装置へ上記第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータを送信するとともに、上記第2の端末装置へ上記第2の形式を有するコンテンツデータを送信するように構成されることが好適である。
上記コンテンツ配信装置に、更に、
上記停止位置情報が取得された場合、当該停止位置情報の対象となった端末装置のユーザを識別するためのユーザ識別情報と、当該停止位置情報と、を対応付けて記憶装置に記憶させる停止位置情報記憶処理手段を実現させるとともに、
上記コンテンツデータ送信手段は、上記端末装置により送信された上記送信要求が受信された場合において、当該端末装置のユーザを識別するためのユーザ識別情報と対応付けて停止位置情報が記憶されているとき、当該停止位置情報が表す位置から上記コンテンツデータを当該端末装置へ送信するように構成されることが好適である。

Claims (15)
- 複数の端末装置と、コンテンツ配信システムと、を含むコンテンツ視聴システムであって、
前記端末装置は、
コンテンツを表すコンテンツデータの送信を要求する送信要求を前記コンテンツ配信システムへ送信する送信要求送信手段と、
前記コンテンツ配信システムからコンテンツデータを受信するコンテンツデータ受信手段と、
前記受信されたコンテンツデータが表すコンテンツを再生するコンテンツ再生手段と、
を備え、
前記コンテンツ配信システムは、
第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータを取得するコンテンツデータ取得手段と、
前記取得されたコンテンツデータの形式を前記第1の形式から当該第1の形式と異なる第2の形式へ変換するコンテンツデータ変換手段と、
前記端末装置から前記送信要求を受信する送信要求受信手段と、
前記送信要求が受信された場合、当該送信要求を送信してきた前記端末装置へ、前記第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータ、又は、前記第2の形式を有するコンテンツデータ、を送信するコンテンツデータ送信手段と、
前記端末装置が前記コンテンツの再生を停止した場合に、その停止した位置を表す停止位置情報を取得する停止位置情報取得手段と、
を備え、
前記コンテンツデータ送信手段は、前記複数の端末装置の1つが前記コンテンツの再生を停止した後に、前記複数の端末装置の他の1つにより送信された前記送信要求が受信された場合、前記取得された停止位置情報が表す位置から前記コンテンツデータを当該端末装置へ送信するように構成されたコンテンツ視聴システム。 - 請求項1に記載のコンテンツ視聴システムであって、
前記複数の端末装置は、前記第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータに基づいて当該コンテンツデータが表すコンテンツを再生可能に構成された第1の端末装置と、前記第2の形式を有するコンテンツデータに基づいて当該コンテンツデータが表すコンテンツを再生可能に構成された第2の端末装置と、を含み、
前記コンテンツデータ送信手段は、前記第1の端末装置へ前記第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータを送信するとともに、前記第2の端末装置へ前記第2の形式を有するコンテンツデータを送信するように構成されたコンテンツ視聴システム。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のコンテンツ視聴システムであって、
前記コンテンツ配信システムは、
前記停止位置情報が取得された場合、当該停止位置情報の対象となった端末装置のユーザを識別するためのユーザ識別情報と、当該停止位置情報と、を対応付けて記憶する停止位置情報記憶手段を備え、
前記コンテンツデータ送信手段は、前記端末装置により送信された前記送信要求が受信された場合において、当該端末装置のユーザを識別するためのユーザ識別情報と対応付けて停止位置情報が記憶されているとき、当該停止位置情報が表す位置から前記コンテンツデータを当該端末装置へ送信するように構成されたコンテンツ視聴システム。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のコンテンツ視聴システムであって、
前記コンテンツ配信システムは、
前記端末装置が前記コンテンツを再生可能な形式を特定するための形式特定情報を取得する形式特定情報取得手段を備え、
前記コンテンツデータ変換手段は、前記取得されたコンテンツデータの形式を、前記取得された形式特定情報により特定される形式へ変換するように構成されたコンテンツ視聴システム。 - 請求項4に記載のコンテンツ視聴システムであって、
前記端末装置は、
コンテンツを特定するためのコンテンツ特定情報を含む所定の記録指示を前記コンテンツ配信システムへ送信する記録指示送信手段を備え、
前記コンテンツ配信システムは、
ユーザを識別するためのユーザ識別情報と、当該ユーザが使用する端末装置が前記コンテンツを再生可能な形式を特定するための形式特定情報と、を対応付けて記憶する形式特定情報記憶手段と、
前記端末装置から前記記録指示を受信する記録指示受信手段と、
を備え、
前記コンテンツデータ取得手段は、前記受信された記録指示に含まれるコンテンツ特定情報により特定されるコンテンツを表すコンテンツデータを取得するように構成され、
前記コンテンツデータ変換手段は、前記受信された記録指示に含まれるコンテンツ特定情報により特定されるコンテンツを表すコンテンツデータが取得された場合、その記録指示を送信してきた端末装置のユーザを識別するためのユーザ識別情報と対応付けて記憶されている形式特定情報により特定される形式へ、前記取得されたコンテンツデータの形式を変換するように構成され、
更に、前記コンテンツ配信システムは、前記取得されたコンテンツデータ、及び、前記変換されたコンテンツデータを記憶するコンテンツデータ記憶手段を備えるコンテンツ視聴システム。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のコンテンツ視聴システムであって、
前記コンテンツデータ変換手段は、前記コンテンツデータの一部が取得された時点にて、当該取得された一部のコンテンツデータの形式を変換するように構成されたコンテンツ視聴システム。 - 複数の端末装置と、コンテンツ配信システムと、を含むコンテンツ視聴システムに適用され、
前記コンテンツ配信システムが、コンテンツを表し且つ第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータを取得し、
前記コンテンツ配信システムが、前記取得されたコンテンツデータの形式を前記第1の形式から当該第1の形式と異なる第2の形式へ変換し、
前記端末装置が、前記コンテンツを表すコンテンツデータの送信を要求する送信要求を前記コンテンツ配信システムへ送信し、
前記コンテンツ配信システムが、前記端末装置から前記送信要求を受信し、
前記コンテンツ配信システムが、前記送信要求を受信した場合、当該送信要求を送信してきた前記端末装置へ、前記第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータ、又は、前記第2の形式を有するコンテンツデータ、を送信し、
前記端末装置が、前記コンテンツ配信システムから前記コンテンツデータを受信し、
前記端末装置が、前記受信したコンテンツデータが表すコンテンツを再生し、
前記端末装置が前記コンテンツの再生を停止した場合に、その停止した位置を表す停止位置情報を前記コンテンツ配信システムが取得し、
前記複数の端末装置の1つが前記コンテンツの再生を停止した後に、前記コンテンツ配信システムが、前記複数の端末装置の他の1つにより送信された前記送信要求を受信した場合、前記取得された停止位置情報が表す位置から前記コンテンツデータを当該端末装置へ送信する、コンテンツ配信方法。 - 請求項7に記載のコンテンツ配信方法であって、
前記複数の端末装置は、前記第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータに基づいて当該コンテンツデータが表すコンテンツを再生可能に構成された第1の端末装置と、前記第2の形式を有するコンテンツデータに基づいて当該コンテンツデータが表すコンテンツを再生可能に構成された第2の端末装置と、を含み、
前記コンテンツ配信システムが、前記第1の端末装置へ前記第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータを送信するとともに、前記第2の端末装置へ前記第2の形式を有するコンテンツデータを送信する、コンテンツ配信方法。 - 請求項7又は請求項8に記載のコンテンツ配信方法であって、
前記コンテンツ配信システムが、前記停止位置情報を取得した場合、当該停止位置情報の対象となった端末装置のユーザを識別するためのユーザ識別情報と、当該停止位置情報と、を対応付けて記憶し、
前記コンテンツ配信システムが、前記端末装置により送信された前記送信要求を受信した場合において、当該端末装置のユーザを識別するためのユーザ識別情報と対応付けて停止位置情報が記憶されているとき、当該停止位置情報が表す位置から前記コンテンツデータを当該端末装置へ送信する、コンテンツ配信方法。 - 複数の端末装置のそれぞれと通信可能に構成されたコンテンツ配信システムであって、
コンテンツを表し且つ第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータを取得するコンテンツデータ取得手段と、
前記取得されたコンテンツデータの形式を前記第1の形式から当該第1の形式と異なる第2の形式へ変換するコンテンツデータ変換手段と、
前記端末装置からコンテンツデータの送信を要求する送信要求を受信する送信要求受信手段と、
前記送信要求が受信された場合、当該送信要求を送信してきた前記端末装置へ、前記第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータ、又は、前記第2の形式を有するコンテンツデータ、を送信するコンテンツデータ送信手段と、
前記端末装置が前記コンテンツの再生を停止した場合に、その停止した位置を表す停止位置情報を取得する停止位置情報取得手段と、
を備え、
前記コンテンツデータ送信手段は、前記複数の端末装置の1つが前記コンテンツの再生を停止した後に、前記複数の端末装置の他の1つにより送信された前記送信要求が受信された場合、前記取得された停止位置情報が表す位置から前記コンテンツデータを当該端末装置へ送信するように構成されたコンテンツ配信システム。 - 請求項10に記載のコンテンツ配信システムであって、
前記複数の端末装置は、前記第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータに基づいて当該コンテンツデータが表すコンテンツを再生可能に構成された第1の端末装置と、前記第2の形式を有するコンテンツデータに基づいて当該コンテンツデータが表すコンテンツを再生可能に構成された第2の端末装置と、を含み、
前記コンテンツデータ送信手段は、前記第1の端末装置へ前記第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータを送信するとともに、前記第2の端末装置へ前記第2の形式を有するコンテンツデータを送信するように構成されたコンテンツ配信システム。 - 請求項10又は請求項11に記載のコンテンツ配信システムであって、
前記停止位置情報が取得された場合、当該停止位置情報の対象となった端末装置のユーザを識別するためのユーザ識別情報と、当該停止位置情報と、を対応付けて記憶する停止位置情報記憶手段を備え、
前記コンテンツデータ送信手段は、前記端末装置により送信された前記送信要求が受信された場合において、当該端末装置のユーザを識別するためのユーザ識別情報と対応付けて停止位置情報が記憶されているとき、当該停止位置情報が表す位置から前記コンテンツデータを当該端末装置へ送信するように構成されたコンテンツ配信システム。 - 複数の端末装置のそれぞれと通信可能に構成されたコンテンツ配信装置に、
コンテンツを表し且つ第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータを取得するコンテンツデータ取得手段と、
前記取得されたコンテンツデータの形式を前記第1の形式から当該第1の形式と異なる第2の形式へ変換するコンテンツデータ変換手段と、
前記端末装置からコンテンツデータの送信を要求する送信要求を受信する送信要求受信手段と、
前記送信要求が受信された場合、当該送信要求を送信してきた前記端末装置へ、前記第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータ、又は、前記第2の形式を有するコンテンツデータ、を送信するコンテンツデータ送信手段と、
前記端末装置が前記コンテンツの再生を停止した場合に、その停止した位置を表す停止位置情報を取得する停止位置情報取得手段と、
を実現させるとともに、
前記コンテンツデータ送信手段は、前記複数の端末装置の1つが前記コンテンツの再生を停止した後に、前記複数の端末装置の他の1つにより送信された前記送信要求が受信された場合、前記取得された停止位置情報が表す位置から前記コンテンツデータを当該端末装置へ送信するように構成されたプログラム。 - 請求項13に記載のプログラムであって、
前記複数の端末装置は、前記第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータに基づいて当該コンテンツデータが表すコンテンツを再生可能に構成された第1の端末装置と、前記第2の形式を有するコンテンツデータに基づいて当該コンテンツデータが表すコンテンツを再生可能に構成された第2の端末装置と、を含み、
前記コンテンツデータ送信手段は、前記第1の端末装置へ前記第1の形式を有するコンテンツデータを送信するとともに、前記第2の端末装置へ前記第2の形式を有するコンテンツデータを送信するように構成されたプログラム。 - 請求項13又は請求項14に記載のプログラムであって、
前記コンテンツ配信装置に、更に、
前記停止位置情報が取得された場合、当該停止位置情報の対象となった端末装置のユーザを識別するためのユーザ識別情報と、当該停止位置情報と、を対応付けて記憶装置に記憶させる停止位置情報記憶処理手段を実現させるとともに、
前記コンテンツデータ送信手段は、前記端末装置により送信された前記送信要求が受信された場合において、当該端末装置のユーザを識別するためのユーザ識別情報と対応付けて停止位置情報が記憶されているとき、当該停止位置情報が表す位置から前記コンテンツデータを当該端末装置へ送信するように構成されたプログラム。
