本发明涉及移动通信技术领域, 特别涉及一种切换方法、 装置和系统。 背景技术 说
目前国际上正在研究一种家庭基站网络架构, UE (User Equipment, 用户设备) 通过家 庭无线接入点, 使用许可的频谱通过通用的 IP接入网络, 如 DSL (Digital Subscriber Line, 数字用户线) 和电缆宽带 (Cable broadband), 连接到运营商的移动网络。 许可的频谱包括: UTRANCUMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network, UMTS书陆地无线接入网)、 E-UTRAN(Evolved UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network, 演进的 UMTS 陆地无线接入网)、 CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access, 码分多址接入)、 Wimax ( Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, 微波存取全球互通)、 WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network, 无线局域网) 禾 P HRPD (High Rate Packet Data, 高速分组数据) 等无线接入网络使用的频谱。 在该家庭基站网络架 构中, HNB (Home NodeB, 家庭基站)连接到 HNB GW (GateWay, 网关), HNB GW再连 接到 SGSN ( Serving GPRS Support Node, GPRS服务支持节点)。 HNB GW起汇聚作用, 避 免过多的 HNB直接接入 SGSN给 SGSN带来过大的负荷。 该 SGSN为移动性管理实体, 在 其他系统中, 也可以是 MME (Mobility Management Entity, 移动管理实体)、 WIMAX AGW (Access GateWay, 接入网关) 等。
现有技术中当 UE从源基站切换到目标基站时,源基站将需要做数据前传的承载的信息, 通过移动管理实体透传给目标基站, 目标基站为该 UE的所有承载、 以及需要做数据前传的 承载准备资源, 然后 UE开始切换。
在实现本发明的过程中, 发明人发现上述现有技术至少具有以下缺点:
当 UE存在本地疏导(local breakout)业务时, 按照上述流程在切换过程中也会在目标基 站上重新建立承载, 但是由于本地疏导业务不需要保持业务的连续性, 因此在目标基站重新 建立承载会导致资源浪费。 本地疏导业务是指将传统的 UE通过 HNB、 HNB GW SGSN和 GGSN (Gateway GPRS Supporting Node, GPRS网关支持节点) 接入 Internet网的方式改为 UE通过 HNB或者 HNB GW直接接入 Internet网的方式, 从而减轻 Internet业务流量对移动 核心网资源的消耗。 由于本地疏导业务对服务质量要求不高, 因此不需要保持业务的连续性, 更为重要的原因是 UE切换到目标基站后, HNB或者 HNB GW分配给 UE的用于本地疏导业 务的 IP地址无法再保持了, 从而也就不需要保持本地疏导业务了。 另外, 也正是由于用于本 地疏导业务的 IP地址不能再使用了, 会导致 UE的业务流量发生路由错误, 从而丢失报文。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种切换方法、 装置和系统, 可以减少资源的浪费, 以及避免 UE 的业务流量发生路由错误。 所述技术方案如下:
一种切换方法, 所述方法包括:
若决定用户设备 UE进行切换, 获取所述 UE的本地疏导业务的承载信息;
根据所述本地疏导业务的承载信息, 使得所述 UE从源基站切换到目标基站, 所述目标 基站不建立所述本地疏导业务的承载。
一种切换装置, 所述装置包括:
获取模块, 用于若决定发起用户设备 UE切换, 获取所述 UE的本地疏导业务的承载信 息;

本发明实施例提供的技术方案, 通过根据 UE本地疏导业务的承载信息进行 UE切换, 使得切换时目标基站不建立 UE的本地疏导业务承载, 并且不对本地疏导业务的数据进行前 传, 从而节省了资源, 避免了出现本地疏导业务的包路由出错的情况。 附图说明

为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进 一步地详细描述。
本发明实施例以家庭基站为例并不对本发明构成限定, 本领域技术人员应当理解本发明 还可以应用于其他的网络架构中, 其他类似的改变以及改进都应当属于本发明的保护范围之 内。
本发明实施例提供了一种切换方法, 包括: 若决定发起 UE切换, 获取该 UE的本地疏 导业务的承载信息, 根据本地疏导业务的承载信息, 使得该 UE从源家庭基站切换到目标基 站, 目标基站不建立本地疏导业务的承载。
其中,决定 UE是否发起切换通常都由 UE所在的源家庭基站根据 UE上报的对目标基站 的测量报告来做的。 UE的本地疏导业务的承载信息通常由移动管理实体来管理,移动管理实 体可以在本地保存的承载信息中查询到 UE的哪些承载为本地疏导业务的承载, 从而获取到 UE的本地疏导业务的承载信息。相应地, 基站也可以通过移动管理实体来获取到 UE的本地 疏导业务的承载信息, 例如, 移动管理实体在命令基站建立承载的时候指示该承载是用于本 地疏导的, 因此基站可以获知本地疏导业务的承载信息; 或者, 基站根据承载的特点来判断 出该承载是本地疏导承载, 如基站将服务质量符合指定条件的承载判断为本地疏导承载。 所 述承载信息为与承载相关的信息, 包括但不限于: 承载 ID、 承载的服务质量、 是否为本地疏 导业务的承载等等。
参见图 1,为本发明实施例提供的 UE本地疏导业务接入因特网示意图。本发明实施例中, UE的本地疏导业务有两种接入方式, UE通过家庭基站接入 Internet网,或者 UE通过家庭基 站和家庭基站网关接入 Internet网。 下面的实施例均可以采用这两种方式中的任一种。
本发明实施例中的移动性管理实体包括但不限于: SGSN、 MME和 WIMAX AGW。 目标 基站可以为任何类型的基站, 包括家庭基站和其他基站。
在本发明实施例中, 目标基站不建立本地疏导业务的承载包含两种情况:第一种是在 UE 从源家庭基站切换到目标基站的过程中, 通过显示或隐式的消息指示目标基站不建立本地疏 导业务的承载, 从而不对 UE的本地疏导业务的承载做切换和数据前传; 第二种是先释放 UE 本地疏导业务的承载, 然后再进行 UE从源家庭基站到目标基站的切换, 使得目标基站也不 会建立 UE本地疏导业务的承载, 避免了资源浪费。 在第二种情况下, 还有一个特殊的应用 场景, 就是当 UE的所有承载均为本地疏导业务的承载时, 则释放本地疏导业务的承载即释 放了 UE的所有承载, 因此就不需要对 UE进行切换了, 进一步避免了资源浪费。 下面分别 对这几种情况进行详细说明。
参见图 2, 本发明实施例提供了一种切换方法, 在源移动管理实体发送的前向切换请求 消息中不携带 UE本地疏导业务的承载上下文, 具体包括:
步骤 201 : UE将对 0标基站的测量报告发送给源家庭基站;
步骤 202: 源家庭基站根据该 UE发来的测量报告做切换决策, 决定切换后, 发送切换请 求消息给源移动管理实体;
切换决策可以根据需要进行设置, 有多种实现方式, 本发明实施例不做具体限定, 如当 目标基站的测量信号质量高于源家庭基站的测量信号质量时, 决定切换等等。
本实施例以 UE通过源家庭基站接入 Internet网为例进行说明,当通过源家庭基站和源家 庭基站网关接入 Internet网时, 本步骤中源家庭基站将切换请求消息发送给源家庭基站网关, 源家庭基站网关再将该切换请求消息转发给源移动管理实体。 图 2中所示的 "源家庭基站 /源 家庭基站网关"表示 UE通过源家庭基站接入 Internet网, 或者通过源家庭基站和源家庭基站 网关接入 Internet网。
另外, 源家庭基站通常还会构造透传的透明容器数据结构并在该切换请求中携带所述透 传的透明容器数据结构, 该透明容器数据结构中封装了需要透传的信息, 经过移动管理实体 透传给目标基站, 对于移动管理实体来说, 是不需要理解透明容器数据结构中的信息的。 本 步骤中源家庭基站在构造透明容器数据结构时, 先获取 UE本地疏导业务的承载信息, 并且 不将本地疏导业务的承载信息封装在透明容器数据结构中; 或者源家庭基站也可以不对透明 容器数据结构进行上述处理, 按照现有的流程构造透明容器数据结构, 该透明容器数据结构 中包含的数据有 UE的承载 ID、 哪些承载需要做数据前传等。
步骤 203 : 源移动管理实体收到来自源家庭基站的切换请求消息后, 在本地查询到所述 UE本地疏导业务的承载信息,发送前向切换请求消息给目标移动管理实体, 并在该前向切换 请求消息中携带以下参数: 除所述 UE本地疏导业务的承载以外的所述 UE所有承载的上下 文, 以及透传的透明容器数据结构;
承载的上下文包括但不限于以下信息: 承载 ID和承载的服务质量等等。 通过不携带 UE 本地疏导业务的承载上下文, 可以指示目标基站不建立 UE本地疏导业务的承载, 避免了目 标基站建立 UE本地疏导业务的承载以及本地疏导业务的数据前传, 从而节省了资源。
例如, 源移动管理实体在本地保存的承载信息中查询到 UE共有 3个承载, 其中, 第一 个和第二个属于本地疏导业务承载, 则源移动管理实体将第三个承载的上下文携带在前向切 换请求消息中。
步骤 204: 目标移动管理实体收到来自源移动管理实体的前向切换请求消息后, 根据该 消息中携带的承载上下文, 通过向目标基站发送切换资源准备通知消息通知所述目标基站为 该承载上下文对应的所有承载准备资源, 并在该通知中携带上述透传的透明容器数据结构。 本领域技术人员由步骤 203可以理解, 所述为该承载上下文对应的所有承载准备资源不包括 为所述 UE本地疏导业务的承载准备资源; 步骤 205: 目标基站收到来自目标移动管理实体的所述通知后, 为该通知指定的所有承 载准备资源, 并发送切换资源准备应答消息给该目标移动管理实体, 表明已为切换准备好资 源;
如果源家庭基站构造的透明容器数据结构里不包含需要做数据前传的 UE本地疏导业务 的承载信息, 则目标基站无需为 UE本地疏导业务的承载准备资源, 也就不用为 UE的本地 疏导业务做数据前传, 从而节省了资源。 如果源家庭基站构造的透明容器数据结构里包含需 要做数据前传的 UE本地疏导业务的承载信息, 则目标基站判断该需要数据前传的承载信息 (如承载 ID) 是否包含在所述目标移动管理实体的切换资源准备通知消息携带的承载信息 中, 如果未包含在该通知消息携带的承载信息中, 则目标基站放弃为该承载建立数据前传。
步骤 206: 目标移动管理实体收到来自目标基站的切换资源准备应答消息后, 发送前向 切换应答消息给源移动管理实体;
步骤 207: 源移动管理实体收到来自目标移动管理实体的前向切换应答消息后, 发送切 换命令给源家庭基站; 若所述 UE通过源家庭基站和源家庭基站网关接入 Internet网, 则所述 源移动管理实体发送切换命令给源家庭基站网关, 源家庭基站网关再将该切换命令转发给源 家庭基站;
步骤 208: 源家庭基站收到来自源移动管理实体的切换命令后, 转发该切换命令给 UE, 该 UE收到后开始切换到目标基站;
本实施例提供的上述方法, 通过在源移动管理实体发送的前向切换请求消息中不携带本 地疏导业务承载的上下文, 避免了切换时目标基站建立 UE的本地疏导业务承载, 从而无需 对本地疏导业务的数据进行前传, 从而节省了资源。 另外, 由于对本地疏导业务的承载不做 切换, 即不再保持 UE的本地疏导业务, 本地疏导业务的包都被丢弃了, 因此也就不会出现 本地疏导业务的包路由出错的情况。 参见图 3, 本发明实施例还提供了一种切换方法, 在源家庭基站发送的切换请求消息中 携带 UE本地疏导业务的承载标识或者不切换本地疏导业务的指示标识, 具体包括:
步骤 301 : UE将对目标基站的测量报告发送给源家庭基站;
步骤 302: 源家庭基站根据 UE发来的测量报告做切换决策, 决定切换后, 获取 UE的本 地疏导业务的承载信息, 发送切换请求消息给源移动管理实体, 该切换请求消息中携带 UE 本地疏导业务的承载标识, 或者, 携带不切换本地疏导业务的指示标识;
上述切换决策可以根据需要进行设置, 有多种实现方式, 本发明实施例不做具体限定。 所述承载标识可以为承载 ID, 指示标识可以为标志位, 例如, 设置为 1表示不切换 UE的本 地疏导业务承载, 设置为 0表示切换 UE的本地疏导业务承载;
图 3中所示的 "源家庭基站 /源家庭基站网关"表示 UE通过源家庭基站接入 Internet网, 或者通过源家庭基站和源家庭基站网关接入 Internet网;如果 UE通过源家庭基站和源家庭基 站网关接入 Internet网,则源家庭基站将切换请求消息发送给源家庭基站网关,源家庭基站网 关再将该切换请求消息转发给源移动管理实体;
另外, 源家庭基站在构造透明容器数据结构时, 根据获取的 UE本地疏导业务的承载信 息, 不将本地疏导业务的承载信息封装在透明容器数据结构中。 源家庭基站可以从负责管理 UE承载信息的源移动管理实体获取到 UE的本地疏导业务的承载信息;
步骤 303 : 源移动管理实体收到来自源家庭基站的切换请求消息后, 根据该切换请求消 息中携带的承载标识或指示标识, 发送前向切换请求消息给目标移动管理实体, 并在该前向 切换请求消息中携带以下参数: 除 UE本地疏导业务的承载以外的 UE所有承载的上下文, 以及透传的透明容器数据结构。 其中, 如果切换请求消息中携带的是承载标识, 则源移动管 理实体可以在本地保存的信息中查询到该承载标识对应的承载上下文, 在前向切换请求消息 中不携带所述 UE本地疏导业务的承载 ID; 如果切换请求消息中携带的是指示标识, 则源移 动管理实体可以在本地保存的信息中查询到该 UE的本地疏导业务的承载信息, 包括承载上 下文, 在前向切换请求消息中不携带所述 UE本地疏导业务的承载信息;
承载的上下文包括但不限于以下信息: 承载 Π)和承载的服务质量等等。 通过不携带 UE 本地疏导业务的承载上下文, 可以指示目标基站不建立 UE本地疏导业务的承载, 避免了目 标基站建立 UE本地疏导业务的承载以及本地疏导业务的数据前传, 从而节省了资源。
步骤 304〜步骤 308: 与步骤 204〜步骤 208相同, 此处不再赘述。
类似地, 本实施例中, 源家庭基站也可以在构造透明容器数据结构时, 不进行特殊处理, 仍将 UE的本地疏导业务的承载信息封装在透明容器数据结构中, 相应地, 目标基站在收到 来自目标移动管理实体的切换资源准备通知消息后, 判断透明容器数据结构中需要数据前传 的承载信息是否包含在目标移动管理实体的通知消息携带的承载信息中, 如果未包含在该通 知消息携带的承载信息中, 则目标基站放弃为该承载建立数据前传。
本实施例提供的上述方法, 通过在源家庭基站发送的切换请求消息中携带 UE本地疏导 业务承载标识或不切换本地疏导业务的承载的指示标识, 使得源移动管理实体在发送的前向 切换请求消息中不携带本地疏导业务承载的上下文, 从而避免了切换时 0标基站建立 UE的 本地疏导业务承载, 无需对本地疏导业务的数据进行前传, 节省了资源。 另外, 由于对本地 疏导业务的承载不做切换, 即不再保持 UE的本地疏导业务, 本地疏导业务的包都被丢弃了, 因此也就不会出现本地疏导业务的包路由出错的情况。 参见图 4, 本发明实施例还提供了一种切换方法, 在 UE切换之前先释放掉 UE本地疏导 业务的承载, 具体包括:
步骤 401 : UE将对目标基站的测量报告发送给源家庭基站;
步骤 402: 源家庭基站根据 UE发来的测量报告做切换决策, 决定切换后, 获取 UE的本 地疏导业务的承载信息, 释放 UE的本地疏导业务的承载;
具体地, 源家庭基站向源移动管理实体发送 UE本地疏导业务承载释放请求消息, 源移 动管理实体收到该释放请求消息后, 执行 UE本地疏导业务承载释放流程, 另外, 源家庭基 站还发送无线资源重配置消息给 UE, 通知 UE释放掉本地疏导业务的无线承载。
源家庭基站可以从负责管理 UE承载信息的源移动管理实体获取到 UE的本地疏导业务 的承载信息。
步骤 403 : 源家庭基站发送切换请求消息给源移动管理实体;
步骤 404: 源移动管理实体收到来自源家庭基站的切换请求消息后, 发送前向切换请求 消息给目标移动管理实体, 并在该前向切换请求消息中携带 UE的所有未释放的承载的上下 文, 由于 UE的本地疏导业务的承载已经释放掉了, 因此, 此时携带的内容中不包含 UE的 本地疏导业务的承载上下文;
步骤 405: 目标移动管理实体收到来自源移动管理实体的前向切换请求消息后, 根据所 述前向切换请求消息中携带的承载上下文, 通知目标基站为该承载上下文对应的的所有承载 准备资源, 并向目标基站发送切换资源准备通知消息;
步骤 406: 目标基站收到来自目标移动管理实体的切换资源准备通知后, 为该通知指定 的所有承载准备资源, 并发送切换资源准备应答消息给目标移动管理实体, 表明已为切换准 备好资源;
步骤 407〜步骤 409: 与步骤 206〜步骤 208相同, 此处不再赘述。
在本实施例中, 源家庭基站释放 UE的本地疏导业务的承载后发送切换请求消息给源移 动管理实体的方式, 还可以由以下方式来替换:
源家庭基站先发送切换请求消息给源移动管理实体, 源移动管理实体收到该切换请求消 息后, 获取 UE的本地疏导业务的承载信息, 释放 UE的本地疏导业务的承载, 然后继续执 行 UE的切换流程。 图 4中所示的 "源家庭基站 /源家庭基站网关"表示 UE通过源家庭基站接入 Internet网, 或者通过源家庭基站和源家庭基站网关接入 Internet网。本实施例中, 若所述 UE通过源家庭 基站和源家庭基站网关接入 Internet网,则源家庭基站和源移动管理实体之间交互的消息均通 过源家庭基站网关来转发。
本实施例提供的上述方法, 在 UE切换前先释放掉 UE本地疏导业务的承载, 然后再进 行 UE切换, 目标基站在切换过程中建立的承载为 UE的所有未释放的承载, 由于 UE本地疏 导业务的承载已经先释放掉了, 因此该所有承载不包含 UE本地疏导业务的承载, 避免了目 标基站建立 UE本地疏导业务的承载以及本地疏导业务的数据前传, 从而节省了资源。 另外, 由于对本地疏导业务的承载不做切换, 即不再保持 UE的本地疏导业务, 本地疏导业务的包 都被丢弃了, 因此也就不会出现本地疏导业务的包路由出错的情况。 参见图 5,本发明实施例还提供了一种切换方法, 当 UE的所有承载均为本地疏导业务的 承载时不发起切换, 具体包括:
步骤 501 : UE将对目标基站的测量报告发送给源家庭基站。
步骤 502: 源家庭基站根据 UE发来的测量报告做切换决策, 决定切换后, 获取 UE的本 地疏导业务的承载信息, 根据本地疏导业务的承载信息, 判断 UE的所有承载是否均为本地 疏导业务的承载, 如果是, 则释放 UE的所有承载, 不触发 UE从源家庭基站切换到目标基 站。
具体地, 源家庭基站可以采用以下两种方式中的任一种:
源家庭基站向源移动管理实体发送本地疏导业务的承载释放请求消息, 源移动管理实体 收到后, 执行释放本地疏导业务承载的流程;
或者, 源家庭基站向源移动管理实体发送 UE上下文的释放请求消息, 源移动管理实体 收到后, 删除该 UE的所有承载。
如果该 UE的所有承载中有部分为该 UE本地疏导业务的承载, 则先释放本地疏导业务 的承载, 然后触发该 UE从源家庭基站切换到目标基站, 即图 4所示实施例中的流程, 此处 不再赘述。
源家庭基站可以从负责管理 UE承载信息的源移动管理实体获取到 UE的本地疏导业务 的承载信息。
步骤 503 : 源家庭基站发送无线资源重配置消息给 UE, 通知 UE释放掉本地疏导业务的 无线承载, UE进入空闲态, 切换流程终止。 本实施例中, 源家庭基站判断 UE的所有承载是否均为本地疏导业务的承载, 如果是, 则发送本地疏导业务的承载释放请求消息或 UE上下文的释放请求消息给源移动管理实体, 这种方式还可以由以下方式来替换:
源家庭基站在决定切换后, 发送切换请求消息给源移动管理实体, 源移动管理实体收到 该切换请求消息后, 在本地查询到 UE本地疏导业务的承载信息, 判断 UE的所有承载是否 均为本地疏导业务的承载, 如果是, 则发送本地疏导业务的承载释放请求消息或 UE上下文 的释放请求消息给源家庭基站, 源家庭基站收到后, 释放 UE的所有承载, 并删除 UE的上 下文。
图 5中所示的 "源家庭基站 /源家庭基站网关"表示 UE通过源家庭基站接入 Internet网, 或者通过源家庭基站和源家庭基站网关接入 Internet网。
在本实施例中, 由于 UE的所有承载均为本地疏导业务的承载, 因此在释放 UE本地疏 导业务承载之后, 就不存在 UE的承载了, 从而也不需要发起 UE切换了, 避免了目标基站 建立 UE本地疏导业务的承载以及本地疏导业务的数据前传, 从而节省了资源。
本实施例提供的上述方法, 应用于 UE的所有承载均为本地疏导业务承载的场景, 在符 合切换条件时, 释放掉 UE本地疏导业务的承载, 即相当于释放了 UE的所有承载, 因此也 无需再进行 UE切换, 从而避免了目标基站建立 UE本地疏导业务的承载以及本地疏导业务 的数据前传, 从而节省了资源。 另外, 由于对本地疏导业务的承载不做切换, 即不再保持 UE 的本地疏导业务, 本地疏导业务的包都被丢弃了, 因此也就不会出现本地疏导业务的包路由 出错的情况。 参见图 6, 本发明实施例还提供了一种切换装置, 包括:
获取模块 601, 用于若决定发起 UE切换, 获取 UE的本地疏导业务的承载信息; 切换模块 602,用于根据获取模块 601获取的本地疏导业务的承载信息,使得 UE从源家 庭基站切换到目标基站, 目标基站不建立本地疏导业务的承载。
上述装置可以具体应用于源移动管理实体中, 相应地, 切换模块 602具体包括: 接收单元, 用于接收来自源基站的切换请求消息;
切换单元, 用于在接收单元收到切换请求消息后, 向目标移动管理实体发送前向切换请 求消息, 并根据获取模块 601获取的本地疏导业务的承载信息在前向切换请求消息中不携带 本地疏导业务的承载上下文, 指示 0标基站不建立本地疏导业务的承载。 具体过程同图 2所 示的实施例中的描述。 当上述接收单元接收的切换请求消息中携带本地疏导业务的承载标识时, 上述切换单元 具体包括:
提取子单元, 用于在接收单元收到切换请求消息后, 提取该切换请求消息中的承载标识 或不切换本地疏导业务的指示标识;
发送子单元, 用于根据提取子单元提取的承载标识或不切换本地疏导业务的指示标识, 向目标移动管理实体发送前向切换请求消息, 该前向切换请求消息中不携带本地疏导业务的 承载上下文, 指示目标基站不建立本地疏导业务的承载; 详细过程同图 3所示的实施例中的 描述。
在本实施例中, 切换模块 602可以具体包括:
释放子单元, 用于根据获取模块 601获取的本地疏导业务的承载信息, 释放本地疏导业 务的承载;
触发子单元, 用于在释放子单元释放本地疏导业务的承载后, 触发 UE从源家庭基站切 换到目标基站, 该切换过程具体同图 4所示的实施例中的描述。
