본 발명은 a) 투명기재, 및 b) 상기 투명기재의 적어도 일면에 구비된 보로노이 다이어그램(Voronoi diagram)을 이루는 도형들의 경계선 형태의 전도성 발열 패턴으로서, 둘 이상의 경계선이 서로 만나는 점인 경계선들의 교점부가 곡선(curve) 형태를 갖는 것인 전도성 발열 패턴을 포함하는 발열체 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다.
