Claims (9)
- 절연성 기판; 및
상기 절연성 기판 위에 발열 페이스트 조성물을 인쇄하여 형성한 발열 씨드층과, 상기 발열 씨드층을 덮는 도금층을 구비하는 발열 패턴층;을 포함하고,
상기 발열 페이스트 조성물은,
전도성 입자;
헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 폴리비닐 아세탈 및 페놀계 수지를 포함하는 혼합 바인더;
유기 용매; 및
분산제;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 발열 페이스트 조성물의 전도성 입자는 탄소나노튜브 입자 및 그라파이트 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 절연성 기판 위의 상기 발열 패턴층을 덮는 수지 보호층; 및
상기 수지 보호층 위에 부착된 덮개 기판;
을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 절연성 기판 및 덮개 기판의 소재는 각각 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트(PEN), 폴리이미드, 셀룰로스 에스테르, 나일론, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리술폰, 폴리에스테르술폰, 폴리비닐리덴플로라이드, 폴리비닐부티랄(PVB), 유리, 유리섬유(매트), 세라믹, 운모석 또는 실리콘 고무를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도금층의 소재는 구리 또는 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체. - 절연성 기판 위에 발열 페이스트 조성물을 인쇄하여 발열 씨드층을 형성하는 인쇄 단계; 및
상기 발열 씨드층을 덮도록 도금층을 형성하여 상기 발열 씨드층과 상기 도금층을 구비하는 발열 패턴층을 형성하는 도금 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 발열 페이스트 조성물은,
전도성 입자;
헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 폴리비닐 아세탈 및 페놀계 수지를 포함하는 혼합 바인더;
유기 용매; 및
분산제;
를 포함하는 발열체의 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 발열 페이스트 조성물의 전도성 입자는 탄소나노튜브 입자 및 그라파이트 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체의 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 도금 단계 이후에 수행되는,
상기 절연성 기판 위의 상기 발열 패턴층을 덮도록 수지 보호층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 수지 보호층 위에 덮개 기판을 부착하는 단계;
를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체의 제조 방법. - 절연성 기판; 및
상기 절연성 기판 위에 발열 페이스트 조성물을 인쇄하여 형성한 발열 씨드층과, 상기 발열 씨드층을 덮는 도금층을 구비하는 발열 패턴층; 및
상기 발열 패턴층을 덮는 수지 보호층;을 포함하고,
상기 발열 페이스트 조성물은,
전도성 입자;
헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 폴리비닐 아세탈 및 페놀계 수지를 포함하는 혼합 바인더;
유기 용매; 및
분산제;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체.
