Technical field
The utility model relates to the field of construction, in particular, to the design of insulation panels for cladding the outer walls of building structures.
State of the art
WO 2004051023.Known wall cladding panels containing a substrate made of stone, ceramic or other material of low cost, on which a layer of granite or marble, 1-30 mm thick, WO 2004051023 is placed using a layer of highly adhesive material.
The disadvantage of this technical solution is the poor thermal insulation properties of the panel.
RU70675U1.Known wall panel for cladding exterior, mainly facade, walls of buildings and structures, including a facade surface, which is a layer cement mortar with natural stone recessed into it, and insulation; the insulation is a plate made of extruded or foamed polystyrene, on which the transverse grooves are applied in the form of a “trench”, the rectangular insulation grooves are additionally applied on the foam polystyrene insulation, rectangular grooves are applied to the long ends of the insulation made of expanded polystyrene, and the cement layer is applied the natural stone recessed into it is evenly distributed over the entire surface of the insulation, while the grooves in the shape of a “trowel” are filled with cement mortar, RU70675U1.
На плиту наносят поперечные пазы в форме «лacтoчкинa xвocтa». Extrusion or foamed polystyrene (insulation) is a plate with a thickness of 50 mm. Transverse grooves are applied on the plate in the form of a “tail hole”. Rectangular grooves are also applied to the slab - on the facade surface and along the long ends; thus prepared insulation is placed in the form of a trough; the mold is placed on a vibrating table, a cement mortar is prepared; pour the solution into the mold on the prepared insulation; as a result of vibration, the solution flows into the grooves in the form of a “little tail” and is evenly distributed over the entire surface of the insulation; then take a natural stone of one or more fractions and apply it evenly to the surface; the forms are laid on a pallet and placed in a steaming chamber; the panel stands in shape for one day.
This plate design, as follows from the above, has a very complex busy technology manufacturing, including a large amount of manual work, requiring a long time for implementation; this ultimately greatly increases the cost of the product. A wall panel is known for facing the external walls of building structures, including a porcelain tile placed on its front surface, to the back of which, by means of an adhesive composition, a layer (block) of closed-cell foamed heat-insulating material is attached through a reinforcing mesh; there are also fasteners for installing the panel on the wall of the building structure, made in the form of anchors attached to the back surface of the porcelain tile sheet and passed through a layer of heat-insulating material; at the locations of the anchors in the block of heat-insulating material, longitudinal and / or transverse grooves are made for placing guides for attaching the panels to the supporting structures of the structure; releases of anchors are located in the indicated grooves, RU2275480C1. This technical solution was made as a prototype of this utility model.
In the prototype device, fixing the panel to the wall is unreliable due to the unreliability of fixing the anchors to the porcelain tile sheet or to the reinforcing mesh. Anchors are attached to the surface of the sheet butt. Such a connection is not strong, especially in tear or shear conditions. Attaching anchors to the mesh is also unreliable and is limited by the strength of the mesh. Indicated above, it is likely to entail a violation of the integrity of the panel mounted on the wall, due to the tearing off of the specified sheet under the action of a static load - gravity for a given time. In addition, both the design and the manufacturing technology of the building panel are quite complex. To increase the reliability of the connection of the panel elements, there is a reinforcing mesh that does not bear any other functional load than the specified one, however, its presence is associated with significant material costs, in particular metal. The implementation of a reinforcing mesh of fiberglass, as indicated in the description of RU2275480 as a possible option, is practically not effective, in any case, fiberglass is not suitable for fixing anchors. Other auxiliary elements, in particular guides, also complicate and increase the cost of construction.

In the wall 1, holes 6 are made in the places corresponding to the location of the holes 5 in the sheet 2. Then, the dowels 7 corresponding to the screws 4 are inserted into the holes 6. The screws 4 are inserted into the holes 5 and turned, while the screws 4 cut through the layer 3 of the insulating material and go outside on his back. The ends of the screws 4 are inserted into the dowels 7 and screwed until the wall panel is pressed against the wall 1 as tightly as possible. The next panel is mounted in the same way, joining it to previously strengthened panels.
The screw heads reliably press the porcelain stoneware sheet and the panel as a whole against the wall, while under the influence of the gravity of sheet 2, a strong metal rod works on the cut, which is a screw whose diameter can be accurately calculated based on the known formulas of sopromat, and not the butt joint of the end of the anchor with the surface of the sheet, which takes place in the prototype and is not subject to any exact calculation due to its uncertainty.
The design of the panel, its material consumption, and the technology of its manufacture are greatly simplified, since such auxiliary elements as reinforcing mesh, guides, and other means for fixing the anchor outlets to the wall are excluded. Industrial applicability
