Abstract

본 발명은 많은 수의 생물학적 시료용액으로부터 용액에 포함되어 있는 각각의 목표물질들을 분리하기 위하여 자성입자를 이용하여, 자성입자와 가역적으로 결합되는 타겟물질을 분리하는 자동정제장치 및 자동정제장치에 사용되는 멀티 웰 플레이트 키트에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기한 자동정제장치를 이용하여 생물학적 시료로부터 핵산을 추출하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 생물학적 시료로부터 핵산, 단백질 등을 자동으로 분리하는 데 이용될 수 있다.
