[5] 本发明提供一种可自动对食物翻炒的烹饪器具, 其主要目的在于克服现有烹饪 器具烹饪没炸食品吋要耗用大量的油、 手工翻炒食品不但麻烦并会造成浪费热 能等缺点。
[6] 本发明釆用如下技术方案: 一种可自动对食物翻炒的烹饪器具, 包括基座、 顶 盖以及设置于基座和顶盖之间的锅体, 顶盖及基座内设有连通锅体内腔与外界 的通风道, 该通风道中设有吹风装置和发热体; 锅体内设有一搅拌装置, 该搅 拌装置的转动中心设有一轴孔, 顶盖内设有电机, 该顶盖盖合于锅体上方吋其 输出轴向下配合于所述轴孔中。

[33] 参照图 4和图 5, 该右半盖 22内设有一导风装置, 该导风装置从上至下依次由上 壳 41、 上导风片 42、 下导风片 43、 下壳 44组成, 该上导风片 42和下导风片 43间 形成一 U形导风管 4, 该 U形导风管 4的两端部延伸至所述左半盖 21内, 该 U形导
风管的两侧边形成两朝下的括号形的出风口 40。
[34] 参照图 4和图 6, 所述基座 1包括一底壳 11和设于该底壳 11中的锅体座 12, 所述 锅体 3设于该锅体座 12中, 该底壳 11中还设有一吹风装置也, 该吹风装置位于锅 体座 12的右侧。 该吹风装置包括一风向朝上的风扇 61和一驱动该风扇 61转动的 电机 62以及将二者组装在一起的支架 60, 该风扇 61的上方设有一加热装置, 该 加热装置包括一壳体 5和设于该壳体 5中的所述发热体 50, 该壳体 5具有一向下朝 向所述风扇的进风口 502, 该壳 5体向上凸伸至所述导风装置的 U形导风管 4的中 部, 该凸伸部设有出风口 501。 在该锅体座 12在与所述风扇 61相对应的位置设有 散热孔 120。
[35] 该散热孔 120、 风扇 61、 进风口 502、 壳体 5、 出风口 501、 U形导风管 4、 出风口 40形成一风道, 风扇 61将经发热体 50加热过的热风引入锅体 3内, 对其内部的食 物进行加热。
[36] 参照图 4, 所述右半盖 22内还设有控制电路模块 53, 该右半盖 22上设有与该控 制电路模块连接 53的调温旋钮 541和电源开关 542。 该控制电路模块 53可对发热 体 50、 风扇 61进行控制。

[38] 本发明一种可自动对食物翻炒的烹饪器具, 包括基座、 顶盖以及设置于基座和 顶盖之间的锅体, 顶盖及基座内设有连通锅体内腔与外界的通风道, 该通风道 中设有吹风装置和发热体; 锅体内设有一搅拌装置, 该搅拌装置的转动中心设 有一轴孔, 顶盖内设有电机, 电机带动搅拌装置转动, 使锅体内的食物可以自 动翻炒, 使用方便、 安全, 具有良好的工业实用性。
Claims
[1] 一种可自动对食物翻炒的烹饪器具, 其特征在于: 包括基座、 顶盖以及设 置于基座和顶盖之间的锅体, 顶盖及基座内设有连通锅体内腔与外界的通 风道, 该通风道中设有吹风装置和发热体; 锅体内设有一搅拌装置, 该搅 拌装置的转动中心设有一轴孔, 顶盖内设有电机, 该顶盖盖合于锅体上方 吋其输出轴向下配合于所述轴孔中; 搅拌装置在电机的带动下对锅体内的 食物进行翻炒。
[2] 如权利要求 1所述的一种可自动对食物翻炒的烹饪器具, 其特征在于: 所述 搅拌装置包括一转动部件及连接在该转动部件上的搅拌体, 该转动部件可 转动地设置于锅体底面的中心位置; 该搅拌体包括一搅拌臂和一搅拌工作 部件, 该搅拌臂的一端连接于所述转动部件上, 另一端连接搅拌工作部件 ; 该搅拌臂的俯视结构为螺线形结构, 近中心部分的高度大于远离中心部 分的高度; 该搅拌工作部件包括可将食品掀起的第一工作面以及使掀起的 食品翻落的第二工作面, 二者之间成一夹角。
[3] 如权利要求 2所述的一种可自动对食物翻炒的烹饪器具, 其特征在于: 所述 锅体底面中间位置设有一向上凸起的凸环, 该凸环顶缘向中心凸伸形成一 环形凸边, 所述的转动部件的底部可转动地套接于该凸环外, 该转动部件 设有向下延伸并卡合于该环形凸边下方的卡钩。
[4] 如权利要求 2所述的一种可自动对食物翻炒的烹饪器具, 其特征在于: 所述 锅体底面中间位置设有一向上凸起的圆台形的凸台, 所述的转动部件的底 部可转动地套接于该凸台外。
[5] 如权利要求 1所述的一种可自动对食物翻炒的烹饪器具, 其特征在于: 所述 顶盖包括左半盖、 右半盖和压盖, 该左半盖和右半盖具有互相上下重叠的 部分, 该压盖压设于所述重叠部分上方, 所述电机夹设于该压盖与该左半 盖、 右半盖的重叠部分之间, 该电机的输出轴向下贯穿该左半盖、 右半盖 的重叠部分。
[6] 如权利要求 5所述的一种可自动对食物翻炒的烹饪器具, 其特征在于: 所述 右半盖内设有一导风装置, 该导风装置从上至下依次由上壳、 上导风片、
下导风片、 下壳组成, 该上导风处和下导风片间形成一 U形导风管, 该 U形 导风管的两端部延伸至所述左半盖内, 该 U形导风管的两侧边形成两朝下 的括号形的出风口。
[7] 如权利要求 6所述的一种可自动对食物翻炒的烹饪器具, 其特征在于: 所述 基座包括一底壳和设于该底壳中的锅体座, 所述锅体设于该锅体座中, 所 述吹风装置也设于该底壳中, 并位于锅体座的右侧, 该吹风装置包括一风 向朝上的风扇和一驱动该风扇转动的电机, 该风扇的上方设有一加热装置 , 该加热装置包括一壳体和设于该壳体中的所述发热体, 该壳体具有一向 下朝向所述风扇的进风口, 该壳体向上凸伸至所述导风装置的 U形导风管 的中部, 该凸伸部设有出风口。
[8] 如权利要求 7所述的一种可自动对食物翻炒的烹饪器具, 其特征在于: 所述 右半盖内还设有控制电路模块, 该右半盖上设有与该控制电路模块连接的 调温旋钮和电源开关。
[9] 如权利要求 7所述的一种可自动对食物翻炒的烹饪器具, 其特征在于: 所述 锅体座在与所述风扇相对应的位置设有散热孔。
