传统的电烤锅一般包括可提供加热的底座和底座上可盛放食物的锅盘。但随着人们生活水平的不断提高,单一的烘烤功能很难满足市场发展的需要,如中国专利申请号为CN99201785.8,发明名称为家用自动电炒烤锅,其特征是在电炉上安装一只U型炒锅,炒锅内设有一把可旋转的转铲。此专利利用电炉提供的热量可方便的制作炒烤食品,其缺点是转铲为固定安装结构,清洗不方便,而且整机复杂,功能单一,使用范围小,有漏油现象,质量难控制。
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足而提供的一种不仅结构简单、成本低、而且装拆方便、绿色环保、不渗漏的多功能炒炉。
本发明是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:一种多功能炒炉,包括加热炉盖、炉盆、炉底座,其特征在于:所述炒炉的炉盆底部有开孔,炉盆内侧有一个以上的凸块,该炉盆用来放置需加工烹调食物,炉盆内设分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置,用来搅拌食物和配料,该分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置上部搅拌铲从炉盆底部孔外侧插入炉盆底部内侧,并折叠与炉盆底部内侧紧贴,该分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置下部基座设置在炉盆底部与底座之间。
所述炒炉的炉盆底中部有一个开孔,开孔的形状可为圆形或其它形状,并与分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置活动套接,炉盆内侧有一个以上可以阻拦食物的凸块,该炉盆的底部与底座连接,炉盆上部口边沿与加热炉盖连接,该炉盆可为玻璃或金属材料。

所述加热炉盖设有发热管、加热风叶、散热风叶、电机,加热风叶对炉盆内加热,散热风叶给电机电器元件散热,两种风叶安装在同一个电机轴上,加热炉盖一端与升降杆转动连接,升降杆上设有控制升降的扣杆,扣杆通过杠杆原理,固定和松解升降加热炉盖,可以更换高低不同的炉盆或增加一个升高环来增加或减小炉盆的容量。
所述炉盆与分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置活动连接,用来搅拌食物受热均匀,烤食物时,将旋转烤架放置炉盆内侧底部与分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置活动插接,旋转烤架上设有多个小轮或滚动球体,分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置转动时驱动旋转烤架转动,实现旋转烧烤功能。将分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置上部搅拌铲树立向外压出分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置,放置旋转烤架于炉盆底部,可实现不旋转烧烤。
1、本发明采用电机驱动分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置绕其轴心转动,使炉盆与分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置产生相对转动,搅拌铲推动食物的过程中,放置于炉盆内的食物受炉盆内的凸块阻拦,食物部与翻转食物部作用下翻滚,使炉盆内部的食物均匀受热,实现炒烤功能,无须人力操作,加工出美味的菜肴。
2、分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置为活动式可拆装安装结构,手洗、机洗清洗方便,而且取出分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置后,安装密封小盖,再在炉盆内放置钢架与炉盆底部,可以实现烧烤食物的功能。
3、采用升降机构,可以在有需要烧烤大块食物时,增加一个增高环放置炉盆口上方,实现大小食物的烧烤不同需求。

如图5所示,本实施例与上述实施方式的不同之处在于,所述炉盆内设置的搅拌装置为可拆装的搅拌装置,可拆装搅拌装置包括上部整体成型的搅拌铲14和转动轴15、下部支承转动轴的基座16以及与转动轴15连接的电机连接头17,可拆装搅拌装置的上、下部与炉盆底部上、下表面压紧活动连接。炉盆底部内侧设置有一个以上可阻拦食物的凸块18,可拆装搅拌装置的转动轴15垂直穿过炉盆开孔2-1,炉盆上、下部分设在炉盆内外两侧,通过扣环锁紧上部转动轴15活动夹紧炉盆,搅拌装置的上部与下部(基座的上部)之间的密封圈3-4,与炉盆开孔紧密活动连接,使其不渗漏。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例,所述炉盆除设置分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置为转动机构外,还可以采用固定在炉盆体内,通过动力机构驱动分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置的方式,连动可旋转烤架炒烤食物,在不脱离本发明精髓的条件下,本领域技术人员所做的任何变动都属于发明的保护范围。

- 1、一种多功能炒炉,包括加热炉盖、炉盆、底座,其特征在于:所述底座为传动底座,炉盆内设有搅拌装置,炉盆设置在加热炉盖与底座之间。2、根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能炒炉,其特征在于:所述炉盆侧部有开孔,炉盆内侧有一个以上的凸块。3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种多功能炒炉,其特征在于:所述炉盆内设分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置,分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置上设置有搅拌铲从炉盆底部孔外侧插入炉盆底部内侧,该分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置下部基座设置在炉盆底部与底座之间。4、根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能炒炉,其特征在于:所述炒炉的炉盆底中部有一个开孔,开孔与分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置活动套接,炉盆底部与底座连接,炉盆上部口边沿与加热炉盖连接,该炉盆为玻璃或金属材料。5、根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能炒炉,其特征在于:所述分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置放置在炉盆底部,分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置上有搅拌铲由外向内插穿炉盆底部开孔活动套接并与底座上部之间套接传动,该搅拌铲为可水平和垂直转动结构。6、根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能炒炉,其特征在于:所述分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置上的搅拌铲垂直放置时穿过炉盆底部开孔,其一端安装在炉盆底部内侧;该搅拌铲水平倒下放时与炉盆底部内侧贴紧安装。7、根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能炒炉,其特征在于:所述炒炉底座中部有一电机,电机上部设有一筋空位的电机上盖,把电机固定在底座中部,电机头上有一搅拌电机转动轴头,与分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置活动连接。8、根据权利要求7所述的一种多功能炒炉,其特征在于:所述底座的一端设有套柱,套柱内设有升降杆,加热炉盖一端与升降杆转动连接,升降杆上设有控制升降的扣杆,扣杆固定和松解升降加热炉盖。9、根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能炒炉,其特征在于:所述分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置的下部设置有接漏环基座,该接漏环基座上表面与炉盆底部外侧连接,接漏环基座下表面与电机上盖连接。10、根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能炒炉,其特征在于:所述搅拌铲一端有一转轴孔和一扣位,转轴孔与分离式可折叠活动翻转装置上部转动轴一端连接,该搅拌铲扣位与分离式可折叠活动翻转装置上部转动轴另一端扣接,该搅拌铲扣位方向与分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置上部转动轴旋转方向相反方向扣紧,该分离式可折叠活动翻转装置上部转动轴插口与底座搅拌电机转动轴连接转动。11、根据权利要求10所述的一种多功能炒炉,其特征在于:所述分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置下部接漏环基座与电机上盖插接,接漏环基座有筋位与电机上盖筋空位相对应,该分离式可折叠活动翻转装置上部转动轴插口与搅拌电机转动轴连接传动;分离式可折叠活动翻转搅拌装置的上部转动轴与下部接漏环基座之间连接有密封圈。12、根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能炒炉,其特征在于:所述炉盆与分离式可折叠搅拌装置活动连接,炉盆内放置有旋转烤架,旋转烤架上设有多个小轮或滚动球体,分离式可折叠搅拌装置与旋转烤架驱动连接。13、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种多功能炒炉,其特征在于:所述加热炉盖设有发热管、加热风叶、散热风叶、电机,加热风叶指向炉盆内,散热风叶指向电机电器元件,两加热风叶分别安装在同一个电机轴上。14、根据权利要求13所述的一种多功能炒炉,其特征在于:所述加热风叶的下部设置有进风口,发热管为发热管环,加热风叶设置在发热管环内侧,加热风叶外设置有环绕加热风叶的风道,风道的出风嘴指向炉盆内。15、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种多功能炒炉,其特征在于:所述炉盆内设有可拆装搅拌装置,可拆装搅拌装置包括上部整体成型的搅拌铲和转动轴、下部支承转动轴的基座以及与转动轴连接的电机连接头,可拆装搅拌装置的上、下部与炉盆底部上、下表面压紧活动连接。16、根据权利要求15所述的一种多功能炒炉,其特征在于:所述炉盆底部内侧设置有一个以上可阻拦食物的凸块,炉盆底中部有一个开孔,可拆装搅拌装置的转动轴垂直穿过炉盆开孔,炉盆上、下部分设在炉盆内外两侧,并由一扣环锁紧。
