(S26) If the operating time of the pressing plate 62 (the required time from the start to the end of the operation) T is not longer than the predetermined time T1 (S27), the process returns to step S20. If the number of detections N is greater than or equal to the predetermined number N1 in step S26, acceptance of bills from the next time is restricted (S28), and the process returns to step S20.
- step S27 the operation time T of the pressing plate 62 is the predetermined time.
- T1 ? acceptance of the bill from the next time is regulated (S28).
- S21 the pressing plate 62 of the pressing unit 60 is reciprocated only once without performing the banknote transport operation.
- S29 the operating time T of the pressing plate 62 is equal to or longer than the predetermined time T1 (S30).
- step S20 Return to.
- the acceptance of banknotes is controlled, when the opening / closing cover 75 is opened without removing the banknote storage unit 70 and the banknotes in the banknote storage unit 70 are taken out, the insertion of banknotes is detected.
- S20 When the reciprocating operation of the pressing plate 62 in step S29 is performed, the operation time T of the pressing plate 62 becomes shorter than the predetermined time T1 (S30).
- S31 After performing the bill conveyance operation and the bill storage operation (S32, S33), the number of detections N is initialized to “0” (S34), and the process returns to step S20.
- the detection switch 67 is turned on by removing the banknote storage unit 70. Detecting that it has become, cancel the acceptance restriction.
- the pressing plate 62 is reciprocated, and the operating time T of the pressing plate 62 is the predetermined time T1. If it is shorter than that, since the acceptance of banknotes is cancelled, the open / close cover 75 is opened without removing the banknote storage unit 70 in the state where the acceptance of banknotes is restricted as in the above embodiment.
- the open / close cover 75 is opened without removing the banknote storage unit 70 in the state where the acceptance of banknotes is restricted as in the above embodiment.
