Definitions
- the present invention relates to a metal cookware handle, and to a cookware comprising the metal cookware handle. Background technique
- Some existing cookware such as the connection structure between the handle of the frying pan and the body of the pan, is as follows: Referring to Fig. 1, the outer side of the cooker body 1 is welded with a square column 2 with an inner screw hole, and the bakelite handle 4 is connected to the front end portion.
- the square inner hole 41 is matched with the square column 2, and the front lower portion of the handle 4 is provided with a longitudinal groove 42.
- a through hole is formed between the front end surface of the groove 42 and the rear portion of the square inner hole 41, and the through hole and the square column
- the inner screw holes of 2 are located on the same axis, and the bakelite handle 4 is tightly fitted on the square column 2 by fastening screw nails 5.
- a metal fireproof ring 3 is placed in the front end of the handle 4.
- the existing pot handles are generally made of bakelite, and the bakelite quality is brittle and cannot withstand large collisions or impacts. At the same time, bakelite products can withstand lower temperatures.
- the furnace temperature reaches 200 °C or above, and directly radiates to the front of the bakelite handle. Since the bakelite is heated to 180 ⁇ , it begins to soften and deform, and emits harmful gases, which affect human health. . As a result of frequent heating, the front end of the bakelite handle is deformed and damaged, and the fastening screw is loose, which is prone to safety accidents.
- the metal fireproof ring has a certain protective effect on the front end of the bakelite handle, when the flame of the open flame touches the front end of the bakelite handle, the metal fireproof ring will function to isolate the flame, but it does not have an insulating effect, so Frequently in a higher temperature environment, the front end of the bakelite handle is also damaged by thermal deformation. Summary of the invention
- the object of the present invention is to provide a metal cookware handle which is fireproof, high temperature resistant and safe.
- the metal cookware handle is not damaged by thermal deformation in a high temperature environment, and does not generate harmful gas and affect human health.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a cooker comprising the above-described metal cookware handle.
- a metal cookware handle comprising a metal handle sequentially connected, a metal connecting body, a square post with a screw hole connected to the cooker body, and a screw that connects the metal connector to the square post, where:
- the front side of the metal connecting body is provided with a blind hole-shaped square inner cavity and matched with the square column;
- the middle and lower part of the metal connecting body are provided with a longitudinal groove, and the front end surface of the groove and the rear end surface of the square inner hole Forming a partition wall and opening a through hole through which the screw passes, the through hole is located on the same axis as the inner screw hole of the square column, and the rear end portion of the metal connector is provided with a connecting step through which the front end of the metal handle is Inlay welding.
- a further metal cookware handle according to the invention wherein the front end face of the metal connector matches the shape of the outer surface mounting of the cookware to be joined.
- a further metal cookware handle wherein the square inner hole of the front portion of the metal connecting body is formed by four square studs which are respectively located outside the four sides of the square inner hole according to the further metal cookware of the present invention.
- a handle, wherein the metal connector is integrally formed of stainless steel or cast iron or aluminum-zinc alloy material. Alternatively, it may be made entirely of other metal materials.
- a further metal cookware handle according to the present invention wherein the metal handle is a hollow metal handle or a hollow metal handle or a solid metal handle.
- a cooker comprising a cookware body and a metal cookware handle according to any of the above aspects of the invention, the metal cookware handle being welded or riveted through the square column The outer side of the cookware body.
- the present invention has the following remarkable effects:
- the metal body Since the metal body is connected between the body of the cookware and the hollow or solid metal handle, it becomes an all-metal cookware handle, so that the handle of the cookware can be fireproof and can withstand a high temperature environment of 200 ⁇ or more without damaging the handle, The handles are securely connected, eliminating safety hazards.
- the cookware handle of the present invention After the metal cookware handle of the present invention is used, the cookware does not emit harmful gas in a long-term high-temperature cooking environment, and thus does not cause damage to human health.
- the whole metal handle cookware can be placed in a furnace above 400 °C.
- the invention is mainly used for various cookwares of the assembly type handle, such as various types of frying pans, frying pans, soup pots, woks, small milk pots and the like.
- Fig. 1 is a schematic view showing the connection structure of a conventional frying pan and a bakelite handle.
- FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing the connection structure of the metal cookware handle and the cooker of the present invention.
- Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A of Fig. 2;
