Abstract
プラテンを支持部材によって機台上に支持した射出成形機の型締装置は、熱膨張によるプラテン中心の位置ずれと平行度狂いを最小限に抑えるために、固定プラテン(11)と可動プラテン(13)とをそれらの鉛直方向の略中心高さ位置で支持部材(21)、(23)によって両側から対称に支持するとともに、断熱材又は遮熱材である昇温抑制手段(33)、(51)、あるいは低熱膨張率材料である熱膨張低減手段を含む。そのうえ、より好ましい型締装置は、バックプラテン(12)もその鉛直方向の略中心の高さ位置で支持部材(122)によって両側で対称に機台から支持され、かつ、そのバックプラテンの支持部材が低熱膨張率材料によって構成される。また、上記すべてのプラテンが、それらの底部で、型開閉方向と直交する横断方向での中心位置に位置決めする基準部材と嵌合する。
