Abstract

Fotovoltaik-Modul mit wenigstens einer Solarzelle, die eine Energie erzeugende Schicht aufweist, an deren Strahlungsrückseite eine erste Kontaktschicht ausgebildet ist und an deren Strahlungsvorderseite eine zweite Kontaktschicht ausgebildet ist, wobei unterhalb einer der Strahlung abgewandten Seite der ersten Kontaktschicht ein Licht verstärkendes Material ausgebildet ist.
