Abstract

 放射光を逃すことなく撮影し、かつ、放射光を発生する箇所の鮮明な画像を得る。カプセル型医療装置(3)は、体腔内壁(4)に照射する励起光を発生する励起光源(7)と、励起光源(7)から発せられた励起光により体腔内壁(4)において発生する蛍光を撮影して2次元的な蛍光画像を取得する感度変更可能なCCD(9)と、CCD(9)により取得された蛍光画像の少なくとも一部における蛍光強度が所定の閾値を越えたときに、CCD(9)の感度を低下させるように制御する制御部(35)とを備える。
