Abstract

１つの圧電基板上に第１，第２の弾性波フィルタ部が構成され、第１，第２の弾性波フィルタ部の第１，第２の平衡端子が共通化されている構造において、平衡度の改善及び挿入損失の低減を図ることを可能とする弾性波フィルタ装置を提供する。第１の弾性波フィルタ部の第１の平衡入出力端と第２の弾性波フィルタ部の第１の平衡入出力端とが共通化されて第１の平衡端子に接続され、第１，第２の弾性波フィルタ部の第２の平衡入出力端が共通化されて第２の平衡端子に接続され、第１の弾性波フィルタ部の第１，第２の平衡出力端が、それぞれ、第１，第３の配線により第１，第３の弾性波共振子に接続され、第１，第３の弾性波共振子を介して第１，第２の平衡端子に接続され、第２の弾性波フィルタ部の第１， 第２の平衡出力端が、第２，第４の配線により、第２，第４の弾性波共振子を介して、それぞれ、第１，第２の平衡端子に接続され、第２の配線と第２の配線とが圧電基板上において交差している、弾性波フィルタ装置。
