Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de raccordement rapide et facile pour conduits en plastique. Ce dispositif comprend trois éléments, soit un corps cylindrique (1), un élément de blocage (6) et une douille (7). Les éléments de blocage (6) et les douilles (7) sont pré-montés sur le corps (1). On introduit le conduit (2) dans le logement cylindrique (17) défini entre le corps (1) et l'élément de blocage (6). L'élément de blocage (6) est ancré sur la paroi du conduit, ce qui empêche une désolidarisation du conduit sous l'action de la pression du fluide circulant dans ce dernier. La douille (7) sert d'élément d'assujettissement du dispositif et empêche que le corps (1) et l'élément de blocage (6) se désaccouplent du tube. L'étanchéité de la jonction est parfaitement assurée à l'aide de joints toriques (9) accouplés dans les logements annulaires (8) du corps (1). Les trois avantages fondamentaux de cette invention sont la diminution du temps de montage, sachant que le montage s'opère manuellement et qu'aucun outil mécanique n'est requis, la facilité d'encastrement des installations du fait d'un volume réduit au niveau du point de raccordement, et la possibilité d'utiliser ces accessoires avec des conduits de polyéthylène réticulé et multicouches.
