Abstract

 スクロール流体機械の組み立て時に固定スクロール(34)を位置決めする際に、固定スクロール(34)をθ方向に短時間で高精度に位置決めできるようにするとともに、位置決めのための機構が複雑になるのも防止するために、可動スクロール(31)と、該可動スクロール(31)に係合するクランク軸(20)と、該クランク軸(20)の軸受けを構成するハウジング部材(36)とを組み合わせた後に、ハウジング部材(36)に固定スクロール(34)を位置決めピン(38a)でθ方向に位置決めする第1位置決め工程と、上記第1位置決め工程後に固定スクロール(34)をX軸方向とY軸方向に位置決めする第2位置決め工程とを行う。
