Description

DOUBLE CHAMBER APPLICATION DEVICE WITH A PLURALITY OF SPHERES
Technical Field
The undertaken invention regards the technical field relative to the production of containers provided with dispensers of hygiene and beauty products for the personal care, as soaps, creams, oils, or similar products.
Background Art
As known from every producer or technician of this field, very often the cost of the product contained is less than the cost of the container itself, and is anyway given from the sum of the two elements, with the press launch of the specific product not included (promotions, etc.). for this simple consideration, from the producers, it is really important the project field regarding the specific technological development, that, being always in motion, offers to the market devices which are developed every day, or that however satisfy the main characteristics of usage, nice aesthetic impact, and other characteristics that, anyway, obviously keep counting the cost of the production which, as said before, has often an impact in a determinant way on the final cost of the product offered.
In many cases, when for example this relation cost/container-cost/product, starts to exceed a specific value, it turns out to be more convenient to offer to the buyer a rechargeable type system, where the usage of the container is not limited to the exclusive usage of the inserted product, but, by means of simple systems, it can be recharged, so that the cost can be pulled down remarkably in a long run, absorbing however the first investment by means of the next purchase quantitatively sufficient of the product contained. In this way it comes to result commercially convenient the construction of a container equipped with an articulated type dispenser, provided with a certain mechanical complexity and relative efficiency, however amortizable along the way given the relative timing length usage, dependent on product recharges given in containers absolutely cheap, shouldn't itself have any specific prerogative, as aesthetics or different mechanism of distribution. Opposite is the production of any cosmetic or hygiene product, with a set up timing for the consume usage of the internal product, (disposable) it must necessarily sums up the costs of the product with the one of the container, with a consequence of having a price not much competitive in the case we want to offer a great product under the aesthetic and functional profile, with a dispenser that has a certain mechanical efficiency, or, we want to contain the price of the container, simplifying or even deleting the dispenser device.
The described aspect, beyond having valence and advantage of economic aspect for the producer, covers a not less importance under the ecologic profile, deleting in this way a discrete quantitative material which, otherwise, would enter the circuit of the waste that has to be eliminated or, in the best case, recycled, having anyway a cost in both economic and environmental pollution terms.
Therefore, listed the not indifferent advantages of the specific section of rechargeable containers' production, in which is placed the undertaken invention, lets deal the specific advantages and prerogatives of the object found. The container is mainly studied for the usage of tanning oils.
As known, the products in the market are made up from components specifically tanning, blended with others with a function of solar filter with a graduated protection, that varies on base of the specific type of skin, and on the grade of tanning already reached, that proportionally concurs a safer and less dangerous exposure to the sun. But is obvious that, being this type of product addressed to all the people that are expose to the sun, the specificity of the epidermis characteristic of the single person cannot, even with the wide range of products offered, be in a position to find the exact protection, added to the tanning characteristic, that the person needs.
For this reason, to the tanning oil usually used, even though is been chosen in base of our characteristics, is always more added a moisturising protective cream, which has specific characteristics that are known to the consumer, which, together with the tanning offers to the person a greater warranty of protection of the epidermis, without giving up an aesthetic tanning. But it is simple the practical problem that comes up, having anyway to bring always along two products, that must be used one after another and with traditional distribution systems; the common way of who exposes himself for tanning, indeed, previews to pour on the hand the product, and scatter it evenly on the body. Anyone who has done or even seen this operation, apparently inevitable, knows the problems that comes with it. The feature of the products that are scattered (creams and oils), turns out today to have the unavoidable usage of the hands, with the consequence that they remain anyway wet from the product, independently from the absorbing feature of the product; if this could appear an unpleasant feature, but negligible, we must think about the fact that, generally, this operation is done on the beaches, sandy for definition, and anyway, once the protection cream is scattered, the consumer uses in each case the same hands, to read, eat, or for any other thing he wants to do. Not always some water is available, therefore the uneasiness provoked is obvious. More over, as mentioned before, if we keep in mind that often the products to use are two, the disadvantage that has been described appear more evident.
Disclosure of invention
The goal of the undertaken invention is to obviate to these and other disadvantages, supplying a container device for the rechargeable products type , divided in two main tanks, distinguished, respectively rechargeable with solar oil and protecting creams, equipped with a mixing chamber and an unique dispenser, which, without the hand work, is brought directly in contact with the body in every part that is meant to protect and tan; the dispenser, which is constituted from a series of rotary spheres, damped, gives to the distribution of the mixed components, a beneficial action massage, thanks to the well known dynamic action of the spheres on the epidermis. This technique, already used with success and with specific advantages of aesthetic and functional type in the distribution of specific single toilette products, comes this time addressed to the arranged usage of a tanning product with a protecting cream, completely deleting the disadvantages described and giving, also, a beneficial and relaxing massage operation. The device, which shape and dimension can diverge into infinitive executive possibilities, is essentially constituted of a main container, realized conveniently in plastic stamping, having various conformations but preferably with the upper opening of a circular shape, in a way that is possible to realize on the edge of it a thread for the assemblage of the upper mixing chamber; the container has in the inside a partition, which separates hermetically the two section, not necessary equivalent in load capacity. On the upper cylindrical edge, externally, is realized the thread, with an opportune step and a "seal" modality, in a way to supply to the system, also when turned over, a safe tightness. On this thread is going to thread a cylindrical collector, supplied with two holes of the opportune diameter destined to recharge the products (oil, fluid cream, in this case). The same collector is provided, in its internal part with an ulterior thread, obviously of a different diameter but with a common constructive conception ( seal), on which is going to be fixed the "dispenser." This one, with a cylindrical conformation, presents externally the joining thread, and has in its internal part, supported on the base from a sufficiently elastic micro-pierced membrane, a series of filled or hollowed spheres realized in pressure casting, which, contained in the upper part from a pierced wall allows its relative rotation on the two opponent surfaces; the distance that is created between the lower wall which supports the spheres, possessed by the dispenser, and the pierced wall of the collector, creates a tiny zone that we will call " mixing chamber", where the two products come in contact. This zone will necessarily be in a reduced thickness ( practically a little bit more than a film) in a way that it is possible to mix the two products ( by gravity) when the container is turned over, but avoiding however to have an excessive space left so that, once the vertical position of the container is restored, the excessive blended fluid that has not been used will indiscriminately fall inside the two tanks, leaving them, in a long run, corrupted by a percentage of product already mixed. The gathering operation, indeed, happens by the rotation of the spheres, that together with the lower part, in rotation, pick up the product creating a thin film of the two components which, by contact, will be redistributed on the body. This dynamics, thanks to the damping elasticity of the sphere's base, allows with a greater pressure a greater leakage of the product, that is anyway blended; moreover, the same operation, produces a certain and proved massage effect, besides the primary feature of using the two different cosmetic components in the same time, in an absolute hygienic and practical usage given by the distribution of the product in a clean way, without having to smear the hands as, until today, the consumers of such products are forced to do. The upper tightness of the closed product, is made up from a simple plug pressure, that has the feature of being a tight closure by means of the tightened tolerances of connection realized with fixed ends, and which is an integrating part of the dispenser, connected to it by a flexible tongue realized in the same operation of pressing, that keeps the product uniqueness when opened. A single excrescence in the front, allows to make pressure on the opening plug in a known, simple and fast way.
These and more other advantages and features of this invention will be understood in a better way from the technician of the field with the description that follows and with the help of the attached drawings, given as a practical exemplification of it, but is not to be considered in a limited way.
With reference to the enclosed figures, the device is described as follows. Fig. 1 shows an axonometric view and Fig.2 an explosion of the device, highlighting respectively compactness in the whole and detail of all the components that are necessary for the device.
With the detail (1) we identify the total container's body of the products, that, by means of an internal membrane (2), divides the volume in two parts (3) and (4), which will contain in this exemplified case solar oil and moisturising cream. On the axis, exploded, (fig.2) is represented the collector (5), that has an external thread (6), with the described characteristic notes of sealing, which is inserted in the thread (7), inside the cylindrical edge (8) of the container. The lower plate (9) of the collector, is in few words a membrane of an opportune thickness, equipped of two holes (10) and (11), intended for the specific recharging of the two tanks (3) and (4), let alone for realising the products within the limited area below the spheres, that is created when assembled , as will be shown later. We specify that the described conformations could have multiple shapes, dimensions and constructive concepts, but always and anyway distributing, once are turned over, the products exiting released in the upper section, in a reduced volume, that is constituted by the assemblage of the distributor/blender (12), describable physically in its whole by the connection of a pierced base (13), supporter of the spheres (14), equipped with an appropriate elasticity so that can damp the spheres and make them independently dynamic in the axial sense, in a way that supports, in the usage, reads the natural curves of the interested body's zone, conforming therefore the pressure of the same spheres in the interested section at the distribution of the products. Continuing with the physical description of the dispenser, this, through the flexible tongue (17), obtained from the same stamping of the piece, arranges a further upper section (16) of a circular shape, which, equipped with a specific compatible joint with equivalent centre realized internally in the upper circular part of the dispenser, will have an air-tight function preventing anyway the leakage of the fluid products also in case where the container is accidentally turned over.
For a better physical comprehension of the product in all its parts, we provide in the following figures, the representation in a more detailed way of the different components: Fig. (3) shows an axonometric vertical section drawing of the assembled device, where the obvious component of it are highlighted: the container body (1), built as a unique block with the internal membrane (2) that divides the space in two (3) and (4) separated areas; the upper occlusion is guaranteed from the upper collector (5) which, threaded on the container's body, closes the upper surface, arranging its holes in base of the relative areas. The further graft of the dispenser, made up in its whole of a supporting disk for the spheres (5), the spheres (14) and the distributor/blender (12), forms, when assembled, two distinctive volumes one over another: the lower (23) is the volume that puts the products in communication with the lower part of the spheres; this volume is with a limited thickness, to avoid that the unused fluids start to fall, blended, inside the two chambers. Actually this space is reduced to a simple film of oil and cream that, collected from the lower protruded part of the spheres placed in rotation, is routed in the upper wide chamber (22), where the blending of the two products happens. The described dynamic gets activated by using the device in any direction, as the same rotation of the spheres gathers at first the single products in the zone below (23), blends them in the central part (22), and releases them when it comes in contact with the skin on the upper part of the spheres, supplying in this way the dynamic.
The conformation of the dispenser is illustrated in details in the following Fig.4 where it is represented a vertical section drawing of the dispenser (without the spheres), constituted by the lower part (13), in plastic and elastic material, that is inserted in a joint in the appropriate throat (24), creating this way a defined and controlled distance for the spheres; with the purpose of assuring the passage of the fluids between the sphere and the upper (25) and lower (26) holes, the device expects to considerate in phase of dimensioning of the system a little clearance between holes and spheres, so that the complete occlusion that would inhibit the functioning would be avoided.
Another solution, shown in Fig. 5 detail -A-, is to create in the hole moulding some side distance fins (27), placed on the circumference of all holes both upper and lower; in this way it is assured the passage of the fluid's film from the tank to the blending chamber and, last, to the interested zone of the body.
The functional dynamic is therefore represented in the following Fig.6, representing in section the device that is turned over, in operating condition: the fluids, that are contained in the tanks (3) and (4), divided by the membrane (2), by the holes (10) and (11) that are present on the collector (5), enter in the loading zone (23), in which acts a protruding part of the spheres (14); these, gathering the products while in rotation, route them in the following blending chamber (22), possessed by the distributor/blender (12), and delimited from the membrane (13), the sphere's base, and the upper part of the same dispenser. The rotation of the spheres, in any direction happens, permits in the same time to pick up the fluids from the previous chamber (23), to blend them in the chamber (22), and , last, the upper distribution of the mixture carried out by the contact of the spheres with the interested zone. The figure also shows the simple hermetic closing system of the plug (16), which, equipped with an internal protruding edge (29), goes by means of pressure to embed the appropriate throat (28), realized on the device's body. The device, can also be equipped inside the plug with a tank (30) containing anti-urticarian solutions for eventual insect stings, contact with jelly fishes, or any similar thing, easily distributed by a common sprayer (31) supplied by pressure. The Fig. 7 and 8 is shown in an axonometric view the assembled device, which, externally, does not present any difference compared to the previous version, keeping all the advantages in terms of space and ergonomic usage. Indeed, it is notable the container's body (1), the open plug (16), and the sphere's system (14), contained in the distributor/blender (12).
In the exploded of Fig. 8, on the contrary, is highlighted the difference of the described version, characterized by having, in advance to the container body (1), an occluding membrane (36), fixed by successive heat seal, by a particular joint or another known method, however connected in rotation to the container. This membrane (36) is equipped with escape's holes (10) and (11), placed in a reflected position in respect to the internal partition (2), obviously on the same radius respect to the centre. In the exploded are therefore illustrated the features (12), (14), (13), that constitute the previously described sphere's system. Advantageously the sphere's system (32), (35), (37) is inserted inside a further container disk (38), which has the internal edge (34) structured to receive the whole sphere's device, and the external edge equipped with a circular throat (10) made by a joint insertion in the centre (11), possessed by the upper membrane of the body (1), equipped with the two escape exits ( 10 and 11 ), and connected to the container.
Advantageously the device includes a disk (32), which contains the sphere's device, equipped with a single hole (33), in a way that the rotation of the whole upper system ( made axially connected but along the radius from the single joining of the fixed ends (37) and (38),) allows the alternate communication from the single lower tank to the upper system of distribution, completely occluding in the same time the distribution made by the opposite tank.
These dynamics can be easily included in the following figures 9, 10, 11, where the oblique exploded section, shows the different composition of the elements, keeping however the same distributive concept of the product: indeed, (in Fig. 9) the device consisting of the known distributor/blender (12) of the spheres (14), and the elastic lower device (13), forming the lower fluid gathering chamber (23), is this time inserted, and assembled, inside the lower rotating disk (32), by the appropriate hubbing (13) on female (35) or other known fixed assembling system; the disk (32) is equipped of a single hole (33), placed on radial distance equivalent to the holes below (10) and (11). Externally the rotating disk (32), on the edge (41), presents a circular throat (37) which will be inserted in the appropriate protruded channel (38), that is circular in the same way, of the membrane (34), connected by heat seal to the container's body (1); the membrane (34), occluding the upper opened surface of the container, is equipped with two collectors (40) and (39), which are alternated and with a specular reflection compared to the internal dividing head (2), and that allow, operating a pressure (P) or (Pl) on the container, to address the contained fluids exactly in correspondence to the holes (10) and (11), and for natural leakage, in the addressed hole (33), correspondent by rotation to one of the two holes aforesaid, supplying this way the gathering chamber (23) of the device that contains the spheres, which, with the device process described in details in the previous version, gather with the lower part the product and let it on the upper part, rotating when in contact with the skin. The arrangement of the escape holes of the material is further on represented in a plan, where, in the next Fig. 10, is shown the disk (32), centre of the sphere's device, with it's single hole (33), which, with a 180 degrees rotation (ALFA), guided as the described system, bring the specified hole in correspondence with the escape holes (10) or (11), specific of the membrane(34), and relative to the single specified product that we wish to supply (Fig. 11). Reduced to its main structure and with reference to the drawing's figures, an oils', creams' or similar products' supplying device, according to this invention, includes: - Means to contain at least one product, preferable two separated products, with a body (1) constituted from at least one or more separated tanks (3) and (4);
- Means to gather, blend and supply the products contained in the device, made up of at least one distributor/blender (12), including a number of spheres (14) which pick up the so named products, blend them with their rotation and distribute them on the body when leaned and moved on the skin. The distributor/blender (12) has number of holes (25) (eventually equipped with space segments (27) on its circumference) which are shaped with a concave section in a way to allow the passage of the fluid without having the sphere (14) that closes the hole completely.
This distributor/blender (12) is characterized by the feature of the spheres that pick up with the lower protruding part the fluids which the tanks (3) and (4) has put down in the correspondent chamber (23) through the holes (10) and (11) that are found on the plate (9) of the collector (5). These spheres (14), once they pick up the product, blend them, by means of their own rotation inside the upper chamber (22), and distribute the blended fluids on the body by the property of dragging and dissipation of the fluid on the spheres, releasing on the body, and in the same time, with the same dynamic, restoring the cycle. Advantageously, to assemble the distributor/blender (12) to the collector (5), which is communicating with the tanks (3) and (4), the distributor/blender (12) includes an external thread (20), made on the back circular section of the aforesaid piece (12), qualified to thread by seal the corresponding thread (18) executed on the collector (5). Advantageously to close in the lower part the spheres (14) inside the distributor/blender(12), this last one includes a flat circular base (13) realized in a plastic material, sufficiently elastic to damp the spheres, and supplied with a superficial drilling for the same spheres, with a concave section opposite to the previous one, and eventually with some distance fins for the fluid's passage. Advantageously to contain in a simple, fast , as well as inexpensive manner the aforesaid base (13) inside the distributor/blender (12), this last one needs a precise job (throat) (24) for the diameter and the thickness, in a way that it is possible to join the base (13) to the dispenser with a simple insertion made by pressure. Favourably to make the tank (3) and (4) in communication with the distributor/blender (12) is expected a collector (5) with a circular shape, a free to move cable in the upper side, and in the lower side equipped with a plate (9) which has a better double function of sealing for the partition (2) of the two chambers and the setting of the assemblage of the supplying chamber (23), found below the lower part of the spheres, that reach the fluid thanks to the two holes (10) and (11) realized on the inferior part of the plate (9) of the same collector.
Favourably to assemble the collector (5) to the body of the container (1), the first one (5) includes a seal thread (6) realized on the external circular wall of the collector, with the diameter, pitch and features compatible to the screw of the respective thread (7) created inside the circular body (8) of the container (1).
Favourably to contain in a separate way tanning oil and protective moisturizing cream, the container (1) is equipped with an internal dividing membrane (2), realized while moulding the piece. Favourably to close the upper part of the device, a plastic plug is expected (16) connected to the container by a flexible fin (17), internally equipped of a circular edge (29) that is joint by pressure to the corresponding throat (28) realized on the body of the container or on the external part of the dispenser.
Advantageously to consent a third part that contains an anti-sting for insect's stings, jellyfish's contact etc, made from a tank (31) realizable inside the plug (16), from which, by the usage of a common sprayer (30) placed inside the plug, it is possible to use the product by just pressing the plug.
Advantageously the device, thanks to the special dispenser, allows the usage of the moisturizing cream and the solar oil all in one time, avoiding the repetitive applying operation to the consumer. Advantageously the device permits, thanks to the special way of usage, to the hands to avoid getting dirty during the usage, and therefore to the consumer to have to use napkins or something else for touching any other object, food, etc.
Advantageously the device allows with the aforesaid positive effects, to give a beneficial massage on the body thanks to the proved usage of the spheres, which reactivate the circulation, relax and anyway give a nice sensation during the usage.
Advantageously the device gives the possibility to introduce, inside the plug, a third product, allowing therefore to the holidaymaker a very easy usage, reducing the need to bring along different types of products. Advantageously the device constitutes a rechargeable type of manufacture, and raising therefore the price respect to a common container, which is anyway amortizable in a short time after a few recharges.
Advantageously this special quality allows the usage of products with different features along the way. Advantageously the point of buying a rechargeable product is to consolidate the need of reduction of the one-time usage containers, which weight in a great way upon the overproduction of pollutant materials.
Advantageously the device, keeping untouched all of its features, can be made in different shapes, dimensions, and with a different number and diameter of the spheres, material and assembly's system of the components.
As known, for some cosmetic/medical products, because of their chemical composition, is better to avoid in some contraindicated cases their mixture, as the specific combination could modify the features, or, in some cases, could become counter-productive. For this purpose, the device, expect, maintaining however the described features, an alternate system of distribution of the different products charged in the tanks, in a way that these, contained in the two separated chambers, can be distributed in a totally independent way.
Therefore we obtain by inserting the system that contains the drawing and product distributing spheres, inside a further chamber, places exactly on the upper escape holes of the container, that this time will be part of a membrane connected to the main container; inside of this chamber, there will be inserted the device that contains the spheres, that will be contained inside a rotary membrane itself, equipped with an internal edge for holding the spheres device, and an external edge for the joint with the main container.
The aforesaid membrane is equipped with one hole, placed on radial distance from the centre equivalent to the one expected for the two distributing holes, so that a rotation of 180 degrees of the plug, allows alternatively the connection of a tank to the distribution system, followed by the occlusion of the opposite tank. The concept of gathering and distributing of the cosmetic fluid remain identical, but in this case we avoid the blending of the two products, assuring this way to the device further unlimited possibilities of usage. The upper membrane, occluding the products' container, presents on the surface two holes for the distribution, so that if an external manual pressure is tried on the container, this is addressed to the escape hole anyway, the only vent allowed to the fluid.
In this way, it is possible to use the product even without the necessity of turning it over, waiting the leakage exclusively for gravity.
This functional widening of the device is illustrated in the attached Table 5 and 6. Advantageously the container (1) includes on the upper part an occluding membrane (36), fixed by a successive heat seal, by a particular joint or another known method, however connected in rotation to the container.
This membrane (36) is equipped with escape's holes (10) and (11), placed in a reflected position in respect to the internal partition (2), obviously on the same radius respect to the centre. Advantageously the sphere's system (12), (14), (13) is inserted inside a further container dick (32), which has the internal edge (35) structured to receive the whole sphere's device, and the external edge equipped with a circular throat (37) made by a joint insertion in the centre (38), possessed by the upper membrane (34), equipped with the two escape exits (10 and 11), and connected to the container. Advantageously the device includes a disk (32), which contains the sphere's device, equipped with a single hole (33), in a way that the rotation of the whole upper system (made axially connected but along the radius from the single joining of the fixed ends (37) and (38),) allows the alternate communication from the single lower tank to the upper system of distribution, completely occluding in the same time the distribution made by the opposite tank.
Advantageously the rotary disk (32) present on the external part, on the edge (41), a circular throat (37) that is inserted in the appropriate protruded channel (38), which is circular in the same way, possessed by the membrane (34), connected by heat seal to the container (1).
Advantageously the membrane (34), which occludes the upper opened surface of the container is equipped with two collectors (40) and (39), alternated and divided in a speculated way in compare to the internal division head (2), and that allows, by operating a pressure (P) or (Pl) on the container, to address the contained fluid exactly in correspondence to the holes (10) or (11) and, for natural leakage process, to the oriented hole (33), corresponded by rotation to one of the two holes aforesaid, supplying so the gathering chamber (23) of the device that contains the spheres. Advantageously the device can be constituted by two or more blenders/distributors (12) where each one of them is connected to a chamber that contains a product, so that these chambers are all placed inside the same body (1) and separated from each other. In this way it is possible to distribute three different products using three different distributor/blender (12).
Practically the execution features could change in an equivalent way to the shape, dimensions, nature of the material that have been used, without exiting from the solution adopted for this idea and therefore remaining in the limits of the protection accorded from the present licence for industrial invention.
