位置业务是一项为个人以及行业用户提供定位服务的业务。 当一个 用户签约了位置业务后, 在其它用户即主叫用户需要查询该签约用户即 被叫用户的位置信息时, 网络侧的位置业务平台则利用特定的定位技术 获得该被叫用户移动终端的位置信息, 并将所获得的位置信息提供给主 叫用户。
位置业务平台所利用的定位技术主要是基于移动通信网络的定位技 术或者是基于移动终端的定位技术。 在利用基于移动通信网络的定位技 术时, 由于在被叫用户移动终端进入一个基站的小区后, 该小区的标识 会上报至位置业务平台, 因此, 位置业务平台可以利用预先设置的小区 标识与地理位置信息的对应关系, 获取该被叫用户移动终端的位置信 息。 在利用基于移动终端的定位技术时, 被叫用户移动终端是具有卫星 定位功能的移动终端, 该被叫用户移动终端利用定位卫星对自己进行定 位, 并将定位信息, 比如经纬度信息, 发送至位置业务平台, 位置业务 平台通过接收到的定位信息获取该被叫用户移动终端的位置信息, 比如 所处的街道名称等。
目前, 在实现位置业务时, 网络侧主要通过短消息的方式向主叫用 户提供被叫用户的位置信息, 其基本实现过程为: 主叫用户在所构造的 第一短消息的内容中携带被叫用户移动终端号码, 并设置该第一短消息 的接收端为特定的位置服务号码, 然后主叫用户将第一短消息发送至短 消息中心; 短消息中心根据第一短消息的接收端为特定的位置服务号码 获知本次业务为位置业务, 则将携带被叫用户移动终端号码的查询请求 发送至位置业务平台; 位置业务平台利用上述定位技术获取被叫用户移 动终端的位置信息, 然后将所获取的位置信息发送至短消息中心; 短消 息中心将接收到的位置信息携带在第二短消息中发送至主叫用户; 主叫 用户根据第二短消息中携带的被叫用户移动终端的位置信息获取被叫 用户的位置信息。
由上述通过短消息方式向主叫用户提供被叫用户位置信息的实现过 程可以看出, 主叫用户必须记住特定位置服务号码, 然而对于主叫用户 来说, 特定位置服务号码并非其熟知的号码, 较难记忆, 因此, 增加了 业务实现难度, 为用户带来了极大的不便。 另外, 主叫用户必须在自己 的移动终端上进入相应的短信界面 , 并进行一系列输入短消息内容的繁 瑣过程, 因此, 进一步为用户带来了不便。 另外, 网络侧是通过短消息 的方式将被叫用户的位置信息通知给主叫用户, 此种短消息的通知方式 较为枯燥且不够友好, 降低了用户的业务感受。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提出一种提供位置信息的方法和系统及一种 回铃音设备, 以方便用户获取被叫用户终端的位置信息, 为用户提供极 大的方便。
为了达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种提供位置信息的方法, 该方法包括:
始发呼叫时, 网络侧将本次呼叫接续到回铃音设备;
回铃音设备将携带本次呼叫的被叫用户号码的定位请求发送至位置 业务平台;
位置业务平台根据定位请求中的被叫用户号码获取被叫用户终端的 位置信息, 并将被叫用户终端位置信息发送至回铃音设备;
回铃音设备将被叫用户终端位置信息发送至主叫用户终端。
所述将本次呼叫接续到回铃音设备的步骤进一步包括: 将预先设置 的回铃音位置业务标识发送至回铃音设备;
回铃音设备接收到回铃音位置业务标识后, 执行所述的将携带被叫 用户号码的定位请求发送至位置业务平台的步骤。
一种提供位置信息的系统, 包括主叫用户终端、 被叫用户终端、 交 换控制系统以及位置业务平台, 其中, 交换控制系统, 用于对主叫用户 终端和被叫用户终端之间的通信进行交换与控制, 该系统还包括回铃音 设备, 回铃音设备分别与交换控制系统和位置业务平台相连, 其中, 交换控制系统, 还用于保存用户对应的回铃音位置业务定制记录 , 在接收到呼叫并判断出该呼叫的用户存在对应的回铃音位置业务定制 记录后, 将呼叫接续到回铃音设备;
回铃音设备, 用于在接收到所述呼叫后, 将携带被叫用户号码的定 位请求发送至位置业务平台, 并接收位置业务平台发来的位置信息, 将 所接收到的位置信息发送至主叫用户终端;
位置业务平台, 用于接收回铃音设备发来的携带被叫用户号码的定 位请求, 根据定位请求中的被叫用户号码获取被叫用户终端的位置信 息, 并将所获取的位置信息发送至回铃音设备。
一种回铃音设备, 包括回铃音控制单元, 用于接收网络侧的交换控 制系统所接续的呼叫, 控制回铃音向主叫用户终端的传送, 所述回铃音 设备还包括位置信息获取单元, 其中,
回铃音控制单元, 还用于从所接收到的呼叫中获取被叫用户号码, 并将所获取的被叫用户号码发送至位置信息获取单元 , 以及将接收到的 被叫用户终端位置信息作为回铃音发送至主叫用户终端;
位置信息获取单元, 用于在接收到回铃音控制单元发来的被叫用户 号码后, 将携带被叫用户号码的定位请求发送至位置业务平台, 并在接 收到位置业务平台发来的被叫用户终端位置信息后, 将该被叫用户终端 位置信息发送至回铃音控制单元。
可见, 本发明提出的方法具有以下优点:
1、 在本发明中, 主叫用户只需拨打其熟知的、被叫用户移动终端的 号码, 就可获得被叫用户具体的位置信息, 而无需记忆和输入特定的位 置业务号码, 因此, 便于用户获取被叫用户的位置信息, 为用户带来了 极大的方便;
2、在本发明中, 主叫用户只需拨打被叫用户移动终端的号码, 而无 需再进行进入相应短消息界面和输入短消息内容等一系列繁琐的操作, 因而进一步为用户带来了方便;
3、在本发明中, 可以由回铃音设备将位置信息以各种形式, 比如文 字形式、 语音形式和多媒体形式等, 发送至主叫用户, 而不是现有技术 中单调枯燥的短消息形式, 因此, 极大地丰富了位置业务和定制回铃音 业务, 提高了用户的业务感受。 附图简要说明

在现有技术中, 主叫用户不仅需要输入被叫用户移动终端的号码, 而且必须输入位置服务号码, 而位置服务号码并不为主叫用户所熟知, 较难记忆, 因此, 为主叫用户带来了极大的不便。 而对于主叫用户来说, 如果无需记忆和输入位置服务号码而只输入其熟知的、 被叫用户移动终 端的号码, 就可实现后续的得到被叫用户移动终端位置信息的过程, 则 可筒化用户的操作, 为用户带来极大地方便。
针对上述特点, 本发明提出了一种全新的提供位置信息的方法, 其 核心思想是: 预先在网络侧设置与用户对应的回铃音位置业务定制记 录, 并将回铃音设备与位置业务平台相连; 当始发呼叫时, 网络侧在确 定本次呼叫的用户存在对应的回铃音位置业务定制记录后, 将本次呼叫 接续到回铃音设备; 回铃音设备将携带被叫用户号码的定位请求发送至 位置业务平台; 位置业务平台根据定位请求中的被叫用户号码获取被叫 用户终端的位置信息 , 并将被叫用户终端位置信息发送至回铃音设备; 回铃音设备将被叫用户终端位置信息作为回铃音发送至主叫用户终端。
本发明所说的回铃音设备也可称为回铃音服务器、 彩铃服务器等。 并且, 回铃音设备既可以向主叫用户终端提供从位置业务平台获取的被 叫用户终端位置信息的回铃音, 也可以提供用户定制的普通定制回铃 音, 也就是常说的彩铃, 个性化回铃音等。 这里, 为了与作为回铃音的 被叫用户终端位置信息相区别, 将目前已有的定制回铃音业务提供的回 铃音称为普通定制回铃音。
回铃音设备具体的可以是智能外设 IP, 或者专用的回铃音服务器 RBTS等。 另外, 在本发明中, 在将呼叫接续到回铃音设备时, 还可以 进一步将回铃音位置业务标识发送给回铃音设备, 以通知回铃音设备本 次业务是回铃音位置业务, 也就是, 应将被叫用户终端的位置信息作为 回铃音播放给主叫用户终端,相应的,在接收到回铃音位置业务标识后, 回铃音设备再确定后续的业务处理逻辑, 即向位置业务平台发送定位请 求, 并将位置业务平台发来的被叫用户终端位置信息作为回铃音发送至 主叫用户终端; 如果没有接收到回铃音位置业务标识或者接收到的是普 通定制回铃音业务标识, 则回铃音设备可以按照播放普通定制回铃音的 业务处理逻辑进行处理。 另外本发明在发送回铃音的同时进行寻呼被叫 的处理与现有技术相同, 此处不再描述。
其中, 位置业务平台所获取的被叫用户终端的位置信息一般为被叫 用户所处区域的经纬度坐标。 在本发明中, 位置业务平台和回铃音设备 均可不进行任何处理, 直接将被叫用户终端所处区域的经纬度坐标发送 至主叫用户终端, 主叫用户终端可以根据预先存储在终端上的经纬度坐 标与区域地理环境比如地理名称和 /或建筑物名称等之间的对应关系,获 取被叫用户终端具体所处区域的具体的地理环境信息。 在本发明中, 还 可以将被叫用户终端所处区域的经纬度坐标转换为用户可理解形式的 位置信息后再发送至主叫用户终端, 具体的转换过程可以由位置业务平 台来执行, 也可以由回铃音设备来执行, 如果由位置平台来执行, 则需 要预先将地理信息系统( GIS )设置到位置业务平台中, 位置业务平台 利用所设置的 GIS来实现转换过程, 如果由回铃音设备来执行, 则需要 预先将 GIS装置设置到回铃音设备中,回铃音设备利用所设置的 GIS来 实现转换过程。
相应地, 本发明还提出了一种提供位置信息的系统, 参见图 1 , 本 发明所提出的提供位置信息的系统包括: 主叫用户终端 101 , 交换控制 系统 102, 回铃音设备 103, 位置业务平台 104和被叫用户终端 105, 其 中, 交换控制系统 102分別与主叫用户终端 101、 回铃音设备 103和被 叫用户终端 105直接相连, 位置业务平台 104分别与回铃音设备 103和 被叫用户终端 105直接相连, 并且,
交换控制系统 102, 用于对主叫用户终端和被叫用户终端之间的通 信进行交换与控制, 并保存用户对应的回铃音位置业务定制记录, 并接 收呼叫, 在判断出该呼叫的用户存在对应的回铃音位置业务定制记录 后, 将呼叫接续到回铃音设备 103;
回铃音设备 103 , 在接收到所述呼叫后, 将携带被叫用户号码的定 位请求发送至位置业务平台 104, 并接收位置业务平台 104发来的位置 信息, 将所接收到的位置信息发送至主叫用户终端 101 ;
位置业务平台 104, 接收回铃音设备 103发来的携带被叫用户号码 的定位请求, 根据定位请求中的被叫用户号码获取被叫用户终端 105的 位置信息, 并将所获取的位置信息发送至回铃音设备 103。
在本发明系统中, 所述交换控制系统 102中可以包括移动交换中心 和归属位置寄存器, 其中,
归属位置寄存器, 用于保存用户对应的回铃音位置业务定制记录和 回铃音设备的路由地址; 移动交换中心, 用于从归属位置寄存器获取回 铃音位置业务定制记录和回铃音设备的路由地址, 并在确定本次呼叫的 用户存在对应的回铃音位置业务定制记录后, 根据所获取的回铃音设备 的路由地址将呼叫接续到回铃音设备。
所述交换控制系统 102中还可以包括交换设备和业务控制点,其中, 交换设备, 用于接收所述呼叫, 并将该呼叫信息上报给业务控制点, 并在接收到业务控制点发来的回铃音设备的路由地址后, 将呼叫接续到 回铃音设备;
业务控制点, 用于保存用户对应的回铃音位置业务定制记录和回铃 音设备的路由地址, 并根据接收到的呼叫信息确定本次呼叫的用户存在 对应的回铃音位置业务定制记录后, 根据保存的回铃音设备的路由地址 指示交换设备将呼叫接续到回铃音设备。
在本发明系统中,位置业务平台 104可以设置到回铃音设备 103中; 也可以与回铃音设备 103分别作为两个独立的网络实体, 并通过 Le接 口相连。 Le接口协议是用来查询移动终端位置信息的应用层协议,是位 置业务平台与位置应用程序之间的接口, 具体的可以参考第三代协作项 目组织 3GPP 和开放移动联盟 OMA 等制定的位置业务 (Location Services ) 的相关标准。
另外, 由于位置业务平台 104所获取的被叫用户终端 105的位置信 息通常为被叫用户终端所处区域的经纬度坐标, 因此, 为了将该经纬度 坐标转换为便于用户理解形式的位置信息, 比如该经纬度坐标对应的地 理区域的名称或建筑物名称等 ,在本发明系统中,无论位置业务平台 104 是否设置到回铃音设备 103 中, 均可在回铃音设备 103 中进一步设置 GIS装置, 位置业务平台 104获取被叫用户终端 105的经纬度坐标, 并 将该经纬度坐标发送至回铃音设备 103后, 回铃音设备 103首先利用设 置到自身中的 GIS装置将接收到的经纬度坐标转换为用户可理解形式的 位置信息, 然后再将已转换为用户可理解形式的被叫用户终端的位置信 息发送至主叫用户终端 101;
当位置业务平台 104没有设置到回铃音设备 103中时, 在本发明系 统中,还可以在位置业务平台 104中进一步设置 GIS,位置业务平台 104 获取被叫用户终端 105的经纬度坐标后, 利用设置到自身中的 GIS将该 经纬度坐标转换为用户可理解形式的位置信息, 然后再将已转换为用户 可理解形式的被叫用户终端的位置信息发送至回铃音设备 103 , 回铃音 设备 103再将用户可理解形式的被叫用户终端的位置信息发送至主叫用 户终端 101。
为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面结合附图及具 体实施例对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
在以下的实施例中, 以交换控制系统中包括移动交换中心和归属位 置寄存器, 并由位置业务平台对所获取的被叫用户终端所处区域的经纬 度坐标进行转换, 转换为用户可理解形式的被叫用户终端位置信息, 并 将用户可理解形式的被叫用户终端位置信息经回铃音设备发送至主叫 用户终端为例, 来说明本发明的具体实现过程。
图 2是实现本发明的实施例的流程图。 参见图 1和图 2, 利用本发 明的系统, 本发明方法实现提供位置信息的过程具体包括以下步骤: 步驟 201: 预先在交换控制系统 102侧设置与用户对应的回铃音位 置业务定制记录和回铃音设备的路由地址。
这里, 在交换控制系统 102中的归属位置寄存器 (HLR) 中设置与 用户对应的回铃音位置业务定制记录和回铃音设备的路由地址。 另外, 需要说明的是, 与现有技术相同, 本发明是针对签约了位置业务的用户 来设置与该用户对应的回铃音位置业务定制记录, 也就是说, 只有签约 了位置业务的用户才会存在回铃音位置业务定制记录。
步骤 202: 主叫用户终端 101发起对被叫用户终端 105的呼叫。 步骤 203: 在交换控制系统 102中, 移动交换中心 (MSC )接收到 该呼叫后, 从归属位置寄存器(HLR )处获取用户对应的回铃音位置业 务定制记录和回铃音设备的路由地址的路由信息。
步骤 204: 在交换控制系统 102中, MSC判断本次呼叫的用户是否 存在对应的回铃音位置业务定制记录, 如果是, 则执行步驟 205, 否贝' 执行现有的接通呼叫的过程, 结束当前流程。
这里,所述的本次呼叫的用户为主叫用户和 /或被叫用户,也就是说, 本步骤中所述判断的具体实现过程包括: MSC根据主叫用户号码和从 HLR处获取的用户对应的回铃音位置业务定制记录,判断本次呼叫的主 叫用户是否存在预先设置的、 与其对应的回铃音位置业务定制记录, 和
/或, MSC根据被叫用户号码和从 HLR处获取的用户对应的回铃音位置 业务定制记录, 判断本次呼叫的被叫用户是否存在预先设置的、 与其对 应的回铃音位置业务定制记录。在判断出存在后, MSC则可获知本次呼 叫的用户为位置业务用户,也就是说,本次呼叫业务为回铃音位置业务, 则执行后续步驟即提供位置信息的过程。
步骤 205: MSC根据接收到的回铃音设备的路由地址将呼叫接续到 回铃音设备 103 , 并将回铃音位置业务标识发送至回铃音设备 103。
这里, MSC将回铃音位置业务标识发送至回铃音设备, 是为了通知 回铃音设备本次业务不是普通的定制回铃音业务, 而是通过回铃音提供 位置信息的业务。
步骤 206: 回铃音设备 103接收到该呼叫和回铃音位置业务标识后, 根据接收到的回铃音位置业务标识获知本次业务为回铃音位置业务, 则 将从该呼叫中获取的被叫用户号码携带在定位请求中发送至位置业务 平台 104。
这里, 在本发明系统中, 如果位置业务平台 104与回铃音设备 103 是分别独立的网络实体且通过 Le接口相连, 那么, 在本步骤中, 回铃 音设备 103通过 Le接口将所述定位请求发送至网络中的位置业务平台 1 04。
另外, 回铃音设备 103接收到该呼叫时, 会执行建立主叫用户终端 101至被叫用户终端 105连接的过程,或者由 MSC建立不经过回铃音设 备的话路连接。
较佳地, 在本发明中, 可以预先在回铃音设备中针对回铃音位置业 务用户进行设置, 那么, 在本步骤中, 回铃音设备 103接收到呼叫和回 铃音位置业务标识之后, 可以首先根据预先设置的内容来决定是否继续 执行后续的提供位置信息的过程, 其具体的实现过程包括以下方式: 一、 预先由签约了回铃音位置业务的用户, 即存在对应的回铃音位 置业务定制记录的用户, 通过互联网或电话等方式在回铃音设备中设置 用户自身号码与一个或多个其它用户号码的对应关系。
如果是被叫用户进行的该设置过程, 也就是说, 存在对应回铃音位 置业务定制记录的用户为被定位方, 即被叫用户, 这样, 该被叫用户完 成的设置是自身的被叫用户号码与一个或多个主叫用户号码之间的对 应关系, 称之为第一对应关系, 则回铃音设备 103直接保存该第一对应 关系即可。 在本步骤中, 回铃音设备 103接收到本次呼叫和回铃音位置 业务标识后, 并在发送定位请求之前, 回铃音设备 103首先判断从本次 呼叫中获取的主叫用户号码与被叫用户号码之间是否满足自身中保存 的第一对庶关系, 也就是说, 在笫一对应关系中, 是否存在本次呼叫的 主叫用户号码与被叫用户号码之间的对应关系, 如果是, 则回铃音设备 103 继续执行本步骤中所述的将从该呼叫中获取的被叫用户号码携带在 定位请求中发送至位置业务平台 104的过程, 否则, 结束当前的提供位 置信息的过程;
如果是主叫用户进行的该设置过程, 也就是说, 存在对应回铃音位 置业务定制记录的用户为定位方, 即主叫用户, 这样, 该主叫用户完成 的设置是自身的主叫用户号码与一个或多个被叫用户号码之间的对应 关系。 这样, 当回铃音设备 103获取主叫用户所设置的主叫用户号码与 一个或多个被叫用户号码之间的对应关系时, 首先向该对应关系中的被 叫用户号码发送设置位置服务请求, 接收到设置位置服务请求的被叫用 户对应的用户终端如果同意该主叫用户在后续过程中对自己进行定位, 则将设置应答消息返回给回铃音设备 103 , 回铃音设备 103将返回设置 应答消息的被叫用户号码和主叫用户号码之间的对应关系保存为第二 对应关系。 相应地, 在本步骤中, 回铃音设备 103接收到本次呼叫和回 铃音位置业务标识后, 并在发送定位请求之前, 回铃音设备 103首先判 断从本次呼叫中获取的主叫用户号码与被叫用户号码之间是否满足自 身中保存的第二对应关系, 如果满足, 则回铃音设备 103执行本步骤中 所述的将从该呼叫中获取的被叫用户号码携带在定位请求中发送至位 置业务平台 104的过程, 否则, 结束当前的提供位置信息的过程。
二、 预先由用户通过互联网或电话等方式在回铃音设备 103中设置 回铃音位置业务时间段。 在本步骤中, 回铃音设备 103接收到本次呼叫 和回铃音位置业务标识后, 并在发送定位请求之前, 回铃音设备 103首 先判断当前时间是否在预先设置的回铃音位置业务时间段之内, 如果 是, 则执行本步骤中所述的将从该呼叫中获取的被叫用户号码携带在定 位请求中发送至位置业务平台 104的过程, 否则, 结束当前的提供位置 信息的过程。
三、 预先由用户通过互联网或电话等方式在回铃音设备 103中设置 回铃音位置业务时间段, 并设置用户自身号码与回铃音位置业务时间段 的对应关系。 比如, 所设置的回铃音位置业务时间段为 20: 00 - 24: 00。 在本步骤中 ,回铃音设备 103接收到本次呼叫和回铃音位置业务标识后, 并在发送定位请求之前, 回铃音设备 103首先判断当前时间是否在所设 置的回铃音位置业务时间段之内, 如果是, 则判断在预先设置的用户号 码与回铃音位置业务时间段的对应关系中, 是否可查找到本次呼叫的用 户号码, 如果可查找到, 则继续本步骤中所述的将从该呼叫中获取的被 叫用户号码携带在定位请求中发送至位置业务平台 104的过程, 否则, 结束当前的提供位置信息的过程。
需要说明的是,在实际的业务实现中, 方式一至方式三可任意组合, 也就是说, 在本步驟中, 回铃音设备 103在接收到呼叫和回铃音位置业 务标识后, 可以以上述一种或多种方式来判断是否继续执行所述的发送 定位请求的过程。 比如, 在本步骤中, 回铃音设备 103首先判断本次呼 叫的主叫用户与被叫用户之间是否满足预先设置的对应关系, 在判断出 满足后, 继续判断当前的时间点是否在预先设置的回铃音位置业务时间 段之内, 如果是, 再继续执行所述的发送定位请求的过程。
另外, 第一对应关系、 第二对应关系以及回铃音位置业务时间段也 可以设置建立在归属位置寄存器 HLR或业务控制点 SCP中, 这样在呼 叫接续到回铃音设备之前即可判断是否存在第一对应关系和 /或第二对 应关系和 /或是否在预先设置的回铃音位置业务时间段内,如果否就不用 再连接到回铃音设备, 从而节约处理时间。
步骤 207: 位置业务平台 104接收到携带被叫用户号码的定位请求 后, 从该定位请求中获取被叫用户号码, 然后根据该被叫用户号码获取 被叫用户终端 105所处区域的经纬度坐标。
这里, 位置业务平台 104获取被叫用户终端 105位置信息的具体实 现过程为现有技术, 但可以简单举例为: 位置业务平台 104利用基于移 动通信网絡的定位技术来获取被叫用户终端 105位置信息。 比如, 在被 叫用户终端 105进入一个基站的小区后, 该小区的标识会保存在交换控 制系统 102的对应 HLR中,位置业务平台 104向该对应 HLR发送 MAP 信令的携带被叫用户终端号码的定位请求, HLR根据接收到的被叫用户 终端号码获取对应的小区标识, 然后通过 MAP信令将所获取的小区标 识发送至位置业务平台 104, 位置业务平台根据预先保存在自身中的小 区标识与小区经纬度坐标的对应关系, 获取与接收到的小区标识对应的 小区经纬度坐标, 即获取了被叫用户终端 105所处区域的经纬度坐标; 或者,如果被叫用户终端 105支持卫星定位功能,位置业务平台 104 利用基于移动终端的定位技术来获取被叫用户终端 105所处区域的经纬 度坐标。
步骤 208: 位置业务平台 104利用预先设置在自身中的 GIS将所获 取的被叫用户终端 105所处区域的经纬度坐标转换为用户可理解形式的 被叫用户终端位置信息。
这里, 利用 GIS将经纬度坐标转换为用户可理解形式的过程为现有 技术, 但可简单举例为: 位置业务平台 104 利用预先设置在自身中的 GIS将所获取的被叫用户终端 105所处区域的经纬度坐标转换为被叫用 户终端 105所处地理区域的地理名称和 /或建筑物及其名称等。
步骤 209: 位置业务平台 104将转换后的、 用户可理解形式的被叫 用户终端位置信息发送至回铃音设备 103。
需要说明的是, 如果预先将 GIS设置在回铃音设备 103中而不是位 置业务平台 104中, 则无需执行步驟 209, 并在步骤 210中, 位置业务 平台 104直接将所获取的被叫用户终端 105所处区域的经纬度坐标发送 至回铃音设备 103 ,回铃音设备接收到后,利用预先设置在自身中的 GIS 将所接收到的被叫用户终端 105所处区域的经纬度坐标转换为用户可理 解形式的被叫用户终端位置信息。
步驟 210: 回铃音设备 103将用户可理解形式的被叫用户终端位置 信息发送至主叫用户终端 101。
需要说明的是, 在上述步骤 210和步骤 211 中, 位置业务平台 104 和回铃音设备 103可以以语音格式或文本格式或多媒体格式来发送所述 的用户可理解形式的被叫用户终端位置信息。 另外, 还需说明的是, 如 果在本步骤中回铃音设备 103接收到的用户可理解形式的被叫用户终端 位置信息为文本格式, 则回铃音设备可以利用预先设置在自身中的语音 合成装置将文本格式的用户可理解形式的被叫用户终端位置信息转换 为语音格式后再发送至主叫用户终端 101。 本步骤的具体实现过程可以存在以下方式:
一、 在回铃音设备 103接收到被叫用户终端位置信息后, 如果本次 呼叫的用户, 主叫用户和 /或被叫用户, 为定制回铃音业务用户, 即同时 设置了普通定制回铃音, 则回铃音设备 103同时将该用户设置的普通定 制回铃音和被叫用户终端位置信息发送至主叫用户终端 101。
二、 预先在回铃音设备 103中设置不同位置信息对应不同的普通定 制回铃音, 在回铃音设备 103接收到被叫用户终端位置信息后, 如果本 次呼叫的用户, 主叫用户和 /或被叫用户, 设置了普通定制回铃音, 则回 铃音设备 103获取与被叫用户终端位置信息对应的普通定制回铃音, 然 后回铃音设备 103将所获取的对应于被叫用户终端位置信息的普通定制 回铃音发送至主叫用户终端 101。
三、预先在回铃音设备 103中设置正常位置信息,在回铃音设备 103 接收到被叫用户终端位置信息后, 如果本次呼叫的用户, 主叫用户和 / 或被叫用户, 设置了普通定制回铃音, 则回铃音设备 103判断所获取的 被叫用户终端位置信息与预先设置的正常位置信息是否相同, 如果相 同, 则将该用户设置的普通定制回铃音发送至主叫用户终端 101, 如果 不相同,则将接收到的被叫用户终端位置信息发送至主叫用户终端 101。
四、 回铃音设备 103将被叫用户终端位置信息发送至主叫用户终端 101的过程中, 回铃音设备 103接收到被叫用户终端 105的摘机信号, 则判断该被叫用户终端位置信息是否未发送完毕, 如果是, 则继续发送 被叫用户终端位置信息。
五、 回铃音设备 103将被叫用户终端位置信息发送至主叫用户终端 101 , 在发送完毕后, 回铃音设备 103 判断是否未接收到被叫用户终端 105 的摘机信号, 如果未接收到, 则回铃音设备确定本次呼叫的用户, 主叫用户和 /或被叫用户,设置了普通定制回铃音之后, 将该用户设置的 普通定制回铃音发送至主叫用户终端 101。
另外, 还需要说明的是, 回铃音设备 103在上述步骤 207中接收到 呼叫之后, 并在执行步骤 211之前, 回铃音设备 103可能接收到被叫用 户终端 105无法接通的信息, 此时, 仍可以继续执行本发明的过程。 比 如,在步骤 210中,回铃音设备 103接收到的被叫用户终端位置信息时, 同时接收到被叫用户终端 105无法接通的信息 , 则回铃音设备 103可以 继续将被叫用户终端位置信息发送至主叫用户终端 101。 上述的被叫用 户终端位置信息可以是经纬度坐标, 也可以是用户可理解形式的被叫用 户终端位置信息如地理区域的名称或建筑物名称等。
图 3是在本发明中回铃音设备的结构示意图。 参见图 3, 本发明还 提出了一种回铃音设备, 该回铃音设备内部的基本结构包括回铃音控制 单元和位置信息获取单元, 并可进一步包括语音合成单元和地理信息系 统(GIS )单元, 其中,
回铃音控制单元, 用于接收网络侧的交换控制系统所接续的呼叫, 控制回铃音向主叫用户终端的传送, 并从所接收到的呼叫中获取被叫用 户号码, 以及将所获取的被叫用户号码发送至位置信息获取单元, 并将 位置信息获取单元发来的被叫用户终端位置信息作为回铃音发送至主 叫用户终端;
位置信息获取单元, 用于在接收到回铃音控制单元发来的被叫用户 号码后, 将携带被叫用户号码的定位请求发送至位置业务平台, 并在接 收到位置业务平台发来的被叫用户终端位置信息后, 将该被叫用户终端 位置信息发送至回铃音控制单元。
参见图 3 , 如果回铃音设备中进一步包括语音合成单元, 则该语音 合成单元与回铃音控制单元和位置信息获取单元分别相连, 并且, 所述 位置信息获取单元接收到的被叫用户终端位置信息为文本格式; 所述位 置信息获取单元进一步用于将文本格式的被叫用户终端位置信息发送 至语音合成单元; 语音合成单元, 将接收到的文本格式的被叫用户终端 位置信息转换为语音格式, 并将语音格式的被叫用户终端位置信息发送 至回铃音控制单元; 所述回铃音控制单元发送至主叫用户终端的被叫用 户终端位置信息为语音格式。
参见图 3 , 如果回铃音设备中进一步包括地理信息系统 GIS单元, 则该地理信息系统与回铃音控制单元和位置信息获取单元分别相连, 并 且, 所述位置信息获取单元接收到的被叫用户终端位置信息为被叫用户 终端所处地理区域的经纬度坐标; 所述位置信息获取单元进一步用于将 被叫用户终端所处地理区域的经纬度坐标发送至地理信息系统; 所述地 理信息系统 , 用于将所接收到的被叫用户终端所处地理区域的经纬度坐 标转换为用户可理解的被叫用户终端位置信息, 然后将转换后的用户可 理解的被叫用户终端位置信息发送至回铃音控制单元; 所述回铃音控制 单元发送至主叫用户终端的被叫用户终端位置信息为用户可理解的被 叫用户终端位置信息。
