Abstract

The methods of manufacturing fur items, where the fur strips (2) are laid on the inner textile fabric (1) with pile outside and they are attached with the thread stitches (3) forming a seam outside, closing at least a part of the inner textile fabric (1) with the strips pile (2). Strip (2) laid on the textile (1) alternate in rectilinear (5) and loop-like areas (6), and attachment is made over the whole length of the rectilinear areas (5), at the same time the fur strips are placed along the width of the inner textile (1) with frequency, which is directly proportional to the compactness of the produced fur item, which provides reduction in work expenditures as well as broadens the assortment.

Description

Method of manufacturing fur items
The invention refers to the technology of fur items production and is meant for using it in fur-sewing industry.
It's commonly known the method of manufacturing items out of fur, which includes using of fur lines / strips, connected to each other and forming cell structure of fur fabric, at the same time before connecting fur strips into a cell structure they are preliminarily rolled and fixed in a rolled position. (SU, 1725736, A41D5/00, 1992)
This method demands a lot of work and considerable expenses.
It's also known the way of fur items production when the fur strips are laid on the inner textile fabric layer so that the fur is directed outside and they are attached to the fabric by thread stitches making seams outside, at the same time closing at least some part of the inner textile fabric with the pile of the strips (SU, 1725735, A41D5/00, 1992). This method is accepted as the closest analogue. The disadvantages of the method are big time expenditure and the limitation in the assortment of produced fur items.
The purpose of the present invention is reduction of time expenditures for the production of fur items and broadening of their assortment.
The task mentioned above is solved due to the new method of production of fur items when the fur strips are laid on the inner textile fabric with pile outside and they are attached with the thread stitches forming a seam outside, closing at least a part of the inner textile fabric with the strips pile, at the same time the strips laid on the textile alternate in rectilinear and loop-like areas, and attachment is made over the whole length of the rectilinear areas, at the same time the fur strips are placed along the width of the inner textile with frequency, which is directly proportional to the compactness of the produced fur item.
Besides, this task is solved also due to the placement of the loop-like areas on one side from the lengthwise axis of each fur strip, the loop-like areas are placed on the opposite sides of the lengthwise axis of each fur strip, the looplike areas have similar length, loop-like areas have different length, the loop-like areas are placed over the length of the strip evenly, the loop-like areas are placed over the length of the strip with a variable step.
The essence of the invention is explained by the drawings, where fig.1 represents the fur cloth produced in such way; fig 2 represents the cloth where the loop-like areas of the fur strips are placed on the opposite sides from the lengthwise axis of each fur strip;
Fig.3 represents a cloth made of fur strips, where the loop-like areas have different length;
Fig.4 represents a cloth of fur strips, where the loop-like areas are placed with a variable step;
Fig.5 represents the scheme of fur strips attachment on the inner textile when getting a fur item of big compactness; Fig.6 is the same as Fig.5, but when getting an item of small compactness.
The method is realized in the following way. The fur strips 2 are laid on the surface of the inner textile 1 with pile outside and they are attached on the surface 1 with the stitches of thread seam 3 outside, closing at least a part of the surface of the inner textile 1 with pile 4 of the strips 2. Each fur strip 2 is laid on the surface of the inner textile 1 with forming alternating rectilinear 5 and looplike 6 areas. The attachment is effected over the whole length of the rectilinear areas 5. The fur strips 2 are placed over the width of the inner textile 1 with the frequency directly proportional to the compactness of the fur item which is being produced. For example, for producing over cloths the fur strips 2 are placed on the inner textile 1 with a bigger frequency (Fig. 5), at the same time it results into a cloth with thick pile, which has strong thermal isolating features. As an inner fabric 1 it's used leather, waterproof fabric, thick woolen cloth and other materials. In order to get a needed decorative effect these fur strips are chosen of the same color (brightness increases), or of different colors. It's possible that strips of natural fur and artificial fur alternate, or fur strips alternate with fringe from silk, wool, leather, cotton, velour, or fringe made of metallic threads. For especially fancy items it's used alternation of fur strips with embroidery made of silk, cotton, wool, etc. For producing light items (in particular, the dresses for stage and show-business) as well as evening dresses, cloaks, shawls, headscarves the fur strips 2 are placed on the inner textile lwith a smaller frequency (Fig.6), at the same time as an inner textile it's used natural or artificial silk, velvet, atlas and other alike materials. As a result we get light, fully winded, wavy items.
All the combinations of the fur strips with the strips from other materials as well as embroidery used for over cloths and everything which has been said before regarding the decorative effect, they are true also for light cloths. Unlimited possibilities in getting different fur items, which differ in color range, structure and features, are hidden in placement of fur strips, their loop-like areas on the opposite sides from the lengthwise axis of each strip, due to similar and different length, variable and even step of the loop-like areas. Moreover, the loop-like areas stay unattached, it takes less time and threads for producing each item.
The items made by this method are comfortable in use, because they almost don't change form and they can be washed in a usual way, as usual textile items.
