Abstract

Compositions pour les soins de la peau subissant un déséquilibre hormonal, et contenant un ou des oligomères de Resvératrol, en particulier de l'ϵ-Viniférine, et/ou certains de leurs dérivés. Les déséquilibres hormonaux exercent des effets négatifs sur l'état de la peau, des ongles, des cheveux, des lèvres, des organes génitaux externes, des muqueuses buccales. La ménopause engendre par essence des déséquilibres hormonaux plus au moins importants. Des produits contenant ces hormones qui font défaut à la peau ont été développés uniquement dans un cadre pharmaceutique, car ces hormones sont interdites en cosmétique. Des phytohormones non stéroïdiennes ont été également utilisées, mais la plupart des études avec ces produits ont été réalisés avec des traitement par voie orale. Les études sur les traitements topiques ne sont pas vraiment explicites. Les rétinoïdes représentent une autre catégorie de molécules utilisées pour traiter les symptômes cutanés des déséquilibres hormonaux : l'acide rétinoïque est interdit en cosmétique car tératogène et il est très irritant. Des études et des brevets décrivent des produits à base d'un stilbène le Resvératrol. Un test réalisé avec de la peau humaine de femme ménopausée non substituée, montre que l'ϵ-Viniférine (un dimère du Resvératrol), et un extrait végétal en contenant, ont des effets de type hormonal et rétinoïde sur cette peau carencée . Ce type d'activité n'a jamais été décrit auparavant. L'invention décrit des produits cosmétiques, pharmaceutiques et compléments alimentaires, destinés à prévenir et lutter contre les effets négatifs d'un déséquilibre hormonal de la peau et de ses annexes. Ces compositions contiennent au moins un oligomère de Resvératrol, et/ou un dérivé, et/ou un extrait végétal en contenant.
