Abstract

La présente invention concerne les dispositifs pour l'étude d'un matériau par le procédé de la RMN. Le dispositif selon l'invention se caractérise essentiellement par le fait qu'il comporte un aimant permanent 21 présentant une aimantation de direction Nord-Sud 22 sensiblement perpendiculaire à son axe longitudinal 23, au moins une antenne RF 24 constituée par au moins une boucle fermée 27 sensiblement située dans un plan parallèle à la direction Nord-Sud, la boucle fermée entourant l'aimant 21, les deux bornes de connexion 25, 26 étant constituées par deux points 28, 29 de la boucle fermée 27 situés sur une droite 30 coupant la boucle en deux parties sensiblement égales. Application, notamment mais non exclusivement, dans le domaine de l'industrie pétrolière pour déterminer par exemple la quantité d'eau dans la roche entourant la paroi d'un puits, la distribution de la porosité de cette roche et/ou sa perméabilité, etc.
