Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un programme informatique destinés au commerce électronique. Dans un mode de réalisation, le procédé consiste à recevoir un contenu électronique, à proposer automatiquement un droit de propriété intellectuelle concernant le contenu électronique, à recevoir une demande pour ce droit de propriété intellectuelle, et à transférer ledit droit de propriété intellectuelle à l'expéditeur de la demande. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, le procédé consiste à recevoir, depuis un fournisseur de services, une offre de service en ligne, à envoyer automatiquement cette offre, et à recevoir, depuis un client, une acceptation de l'offre, d'où la conclusion d'un contrat de service.
