Abstract
L'invention concerne une composition qui se présente sous la forme de granulés à matrice entéro-soluble enrobée dans un pelliculage gastro-résistant. La composition libère le médicament progressivement dans le tractus gastro-intestinal bas, ce qui permet un traitement médicamenteux local des maladies de ce secteur. La composition se prête particulièrement bien à l'admistration de 3-(3-cyano-phényle)méthylène-2,4-pentanédione au niveau du colon.
