Be it known that I, O'r'ro HEINIGKE, of New Utrecht, Kings county, and State of New York, have invented or produced a new and original Design fora Pattern to he inwrought into lngrain and other Carpeting, in colors similar to those painted on the drawings or photographs accompanying this specitieation, or in other colors substituted in the place of those painted on the drawings or photographs herewith; and I do hereby declare that the drawings accompanying this specification do give and convey, to any one skilled in the art of carpet-weaving, a defined and thorough description of the nature of my invention, and are sufiicient to enable an one skilled in the art of carpet-weaving to use my invention.

What I claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

The configuration ot' the design hereunto annexed, when applied to carpeting, in the form similar to the drawings or photo raphs accompanying this specification.
