Be it known that I, OTTo HEINIGKE, of New Utrecht, Kings county, and State of New York, have invented or produced a new and original Design for a Pattern to be Inwrought into Ingrain and other Carpeting, in colors similar to those painted on the drawings or photographs accompanying this specification, or in other colors substituted in the place of those painted on the drawings or photographs herewith; and I do hereby declare that the drawings accompanying this specification do give and convey to any one skilled 'in the art of carpet-Weaving a defined and thorough description of the nature of my invention, and are suiiicient to enable any one skilled in the art of carpet-weaving to use my in ven tion.

What I claim as my invention, and desire to secure hy Letters Patent, is-

Tne configuration of the design hereunto annexed, when applied, to carpeting, in the form similar to the drawings or photographs accompanying this specication.
