DESIGN FOR A BAND-COMB.

Specification forming part of Design No. 7,524, dated June 30, 1874: application tiled April 25, 1874. [Term of Patent 7 years] To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that 1, WILLIAM MULLER, oi

( hcsterville, in the county of Chester and State of llennsylvania, have invented a new and valuable Improvement in Designs for Combs; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description of the construction and operation of the same, reference being had to the annexed drawings making a part of this specification, and to thelettersand tignres of reference marked thereon.

Figure 1 of the drawing is a representation of my comb as applied, and Fig. 3 is a perspective view oi the same. Fig. 3 is a plan view.

The nature of my design is fully represented in the accompanying drawings, to which ret" erenee is made.

A A designate two side combs, aml 1-3 an intermediate comb, which three combs may be of the same length, or of diflhrent lengths. The intermediate comb B is arranged out of line with respect to the side combs, and is connected to the latter by two arches, a u. The back edges of the combs may be straight, or they may be curved or ornamented in any fancy manner.

I prefer to give a rounded form to thecomh I but it may be straight,likethe combs A A.

\\'hat I claim as my invention is- The design for a bandcomb formed by the portions A A 1%, connected by arches u a, substantially as described and shown.
