Be it known that I, ELEMIR J. N EY, of the city, count-y, and State of New York, have invented or produced a. new and original Design for a. Pattern to he Inwronght into Ingrain and other Carpeting, in colors similar to those painted on the drawings or photographs accompanying this specification, or in other colors substituted in the place of those painted on the drawings or photographs herewith; and I do hereby declare that the drawings aecompnnying this speciea-tion do give and convey to any one skilled in the art of ompetwenving a. dened and thorough description of the na.- tnre of my invention and are suicient to ena.- hle any one skiled 1n the art of carpet-weaving to use my invention.

W hat I claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

The configuration of the design hereunto annexed, when applied to carpeting, in the form similar to the drawings or photographs aecompanying this specification.
