Be it known that I, ELEMIR J. N EY, of' the city, county, and State of New York, have invented or produced nne'w and originel Design f'or'a Pattern to be Inwronght into Ingrai'n and other Carpeting, in colors similar to those painted on the drawing or photograph aecompanying this specication, or, in other colors substituted in the place of those painted on the drawing' or photograph herewith; and I do hereby declare that the drawing accompanying this specification does give and convey to any one skilled in the art of carpet-Weaving a dened and thorough description of the nature of my invention, and is spuicient to elm bie any one skilled in the art of carpetweaving to use my invention. l
