Specification forming part of Design No. 6,919, dated October 7, 1873; application filed September 26, 1873. [Term of Patent 31} years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, ()TTo HEINIGKE, of the city, county, and State of New York, have invented or produced a new and original Design for a Pattern to be Inwronght into Ingrain and other Carpeting, in colors similar to those painted on the drawings or photographs ac companying this specification, or in other col ors substituted in place of those painted on the drawings or photographs herewith; and I do hereby declare that the drawings accompanying this specification do give and convey to any one skilled in the art oi caqiet-wem'ing a defined and thorough description of the nature of my invention, and are sufficient to enable any one skilled in the art of earpet-weav ing to use my invention.

\Vhat I claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

The configuration of the design hereunto annexed, when applied to carpeting, in the form similar to the drawings or photographs accompanying this specification.
