Bc it known that I, OTTO HEiN1eiiE,of the city, county, and State of New York, have invented or produced a new and original Design for e Pattern to be Inwrought into Ingrain and other Carpeting, in colors similar to those painted on the drawing or photograph accompanying this specification, or in other colors substituted in the place of those painted on the drawing or photograph herewith; and I do hereby declare that the drawing eccompanying this specification does give and con- Vey to any one skilled in the art of carpet` weaving a defined and thorough description of the 1in-ture of my invention, and is snticient to enable any one skilled in the art ol carpet-Weaving to use my invention.

What I claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

The conn'guration of the design hereunto annexed, when applied to carpeting in the form similar to the drawing or photograph accompanying this speciiication.
