DESIGN FOR A BlLLlARD-TABLE.

Specification forming part of Design No. 5,328, dated October 31, 1871.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, LEVI DECKER, of the city, county, and State of New York, have invented or produced a new and original Design for a Billiard-Table; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, which will enable others skilled in the art to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying illustration forming part of this specification.

The nature of my design is fully represented in the accompanying photographic illustration, to which reference is made.

A is the bottom part of the frame, resting on the legs B, and having straight sides, such as have been made heretofore. Above this is the part of the frame which I call the cove, extending from the partA to the top part 0. Now

this part I propose to make with concave or curved sides, the lower edges of Which begin at the top of the part A, and the upper edges terminate at or near the outer lower edges of the sides of the part 0 of the frame.

These concave sides, together with the straight sides, I consider to be my design, whether the said sides A or B, or either, be ornamented or plain.

What I claim as my invention is- A design for billiardtables in which the curved or concave cove B is combined with the straight sides, substantially in the manner above described.
