Be it known that I, VILLIAM PARKIN, ofthe city of Taunton, of the county of Bristol, :ind State of Massachusetts, have invented or produced a. new ornamental Design for e. Tee-Service; :ind do hereby declare the saine to be fully represented in the ocoompanying drawing, and to be thus described, the said drawing exhibiting a. front elevation of a. teapot.
The bod)r A of the pot is cylindrical in its horizontel section.
It rests on four feet., b, each oi' which, on its front, Ench leg extends up from the bottom, and project-s from the outer surface ofthe body, end is formed parallel, and ornameuted in manner as shown, there being, at the middle of the extension ofthe leg, :i lion's head in relief, supporting, from its mouth, :i pendent of flowers.
The handle B, formed es shown, has such another lions liexul and pendent :it the upper part of cach side of it.
The eover O is surmounted by a knob, D, haring e series oi'lons heads in relief projecting from it.
The spout or nose E is pane-Hed on each fzvce, and otherwise formed as represented.
I claim the ornamental design for the body and feet, the handle, the spout, and the cover and its knob, as represented.
