MOSES I-I. EISEMAN, OF CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, ASSIGNOR OF ONE-HALF TO WORMS dz LOEB, OF CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, A FIRM.
DESIGN FOR A BELT.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 36,164, dated December 1902- Application filed September 11, 1902. Serial No. 123,038. Term of patent 3% years.
To a. whom it may concern:
Be it known that 1, Moms H. The figure is a View in elevation, showing the belt in extended position.
As shown, the belt comprises two strips or sections A and A of open-work fabric. Between the borders (t and a of each strip A and A extend the narrow bands or ribbons a that are run through the meshes or loops a of the strip. At the back of the belt are three loops or rings B, B, and B the loops or rings B and B being surmounted by the loop or ring B that is secured to the loops or rings B and B. Each of these loops or rings is of quadrilateral shape and is covered with cords I), that extend radially across the bars forming the rings or loops, the edges of each of the rings or loops being bounded by One of the strips or sections A a cord b passes through the two rings B and B, while the other one of the strips or sections A passes through the ring B At each side of the belt and at a distance from the rings or loops B, B, and B is a ring or loop B similar in appearance to the rings or loops B, B, and B and through each of these loops B the sections A and A of the belt pass. At the front of the belt are two rings or loops B and B similar in appearance to the loops B, B,and B The strips or sections A and A pass through the loop B and through the loop B To the loop B is secured an eye, and to the ends of the sections A and A adjacent the loop B is secured a hook to engage said eye when the belt is clasped about the person of the wearer.
Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is
The ornamental design for a belt as herein shown and described.
